This was amongst the best family holiday we had till date. I will give 100% to Tropical Ceylon for their well planned itinerary which enabled me to visit maximum places and could rest properly as well. The best part was transportation with chauffeur which helped a lot in making this trip customized to our preferences of timing and where we want to eat or drink tea etc. Our Chauffeur Mr Gayan was very helpful, caring and was always ready to go extra mile to make our visit more comfortable and memorable. Stay arrangements were also very decent except the hotel at Nuwara Eliya which was Oak Ray the bush. Attitude of the staff of hotel was very arrogant and ignorant. They didnot listened to you and were very confident that wether they will give good service or not guest are bound to come to their property due to locational advantage. Hotel Rivendell and Hotel Pandanus was best in term of their location, service, staff behavior and food preference. My trip ended with tragic bomb blasts in colombo for which our prayers are with people of Srilanka. At this tough time it was ensured from the tropical ceylon team and especially our chauffeur Mr Gayan that we reach airport safely by coordinating with authorities and ensuring we donot enter or go towards affected areas. People of Srilanka are very friendly and always ensure that they help to their best of abilities.

We booked our 7-day Bhutan trip with Green Zone Destination through Travel Triangle. Mr. Gyam Sir from Green Zone curated a wonderful itinerary which covered all the important places and suiting our needs. The hotels were very comfortable and accessible to the main market as we wanted. Gyam Sir not only was there in planning this itinerary but was also always was in touch and made sure we were comfortable during our entire trip which was a great gesture from his side. We are very thankful to him for that. Our guide who was with us throughout the trip, Mr. Jigme Tenzin Sir was a very knowledgable and a friendly person. His vast knowledge helped us in knowing about the Bhutanese culture and tradition. He was extremely helpful during our hike to the Tiger Nest understanding our pace and motivating us to complete our hike successfully. He also took care of an elderly person who was travelling with us at every place and we are very grateful to him for that. Mr. Roshan, our driver was also very punctual and experienced and we were comfortably reaching our destination right on time covering all places. Had a good experience with Bali go trips.. Initially I was skeptical to book through them but their constant / immediate replies to quires gave confidence.. Near to the tour date a separate whatsapp group was created with bali team from their side and we were able to add members from our side which made communication process very easy. Each day program and instructions were provided in the group. All went well and we enjoyed the trip.

All good with Capture Kashmir tour operator. Ms. Mehak was passionate to organize the tour. Driver Aizeez was decent. The hotel arrangements are good except in the Hotel Devine Oak at Katra. We asked for single room with Quad sharing for 4 persons. Hence the room sizes in Hotel Azizia in Srinagar, Frosty mountain in Pahalgam were given good rooms. House boat experience at Srinagar was good except some communication gap between operator and boat organizer. On the whole , the tour went on well with Capture Kashmir. Also Thanks to Travel triangle.

Though no one connected from travel triangle, which was disappointing, everything else went smooth.

Our family had the most incredible experience in visiting Bhutan and I thank Bhutan Green Zone Destination Tours for planning this trip. The location is beautiful, and the local people are very helpful. My experience with the travel partners was okay; however, their communication with the cab vendor was poor. This caused me, as a tourist, some inconvenience. Double-check with them regarding the cab vendor; otherwise, everything was fine and perfect. Thanks to Nanda for providing support. Lachung is truly a beautiful place, and the drivers were kind and helpful. While a bit more local knowledge would have been beneficial, the experience was still positive.

Overall good experience. Smooth check in and check out. Although little bit delay in speedboat transfers, but resort experience was top notch.
