Tsrsriram's 3 days trip to Kerala

Mr. Vipin your cab driver was amazing and so professional. Without any hesitation he showed all the places and explained where ever possible. Since it was raining today, we could not visit beach in the evening, instead he suggested to spend some time at looloo mall and my kid enjoyed there. He understood that we are from Chennai and he put tamil songs in his FM set. We are thrilled with his approach. Convey my spl thanks to him. Thanks to Mr.Alan ji for arranging the great trip to trivandrum. Spl thanks to him for allowing me to customize the sight seeing plan. I appreciate his coordination and clear follow up at each and every stage. Our family really enjoyed the trip. We enjoyed events at Magic plant.

Abhirami's 6 days trip to Rajasthan

We chose to travel triangle for planning our 8 day trip to 4 cities in Rajashthan from chennai in the 2023 year end. The travel triangle agent helped us in setting up the itenerary and the hotel accommodations. Since the arrival at the airport until the end of the trip, the agent was accessible and helping. All the hotels booked for us was awesome and made our New year's Eve wonderful. We never faced any difficulties in contacting the drivers after reaching the respective destinations. It was a beautiful trip altogether. The only negative remark about the trip was our 10 hour bus journey from Jaisalmer to Jaipur. The agent should have checked for better bus with better reviews/ ratings. The bus journey was very uncomfortable for my family consisting of elderly people as the drivers admitted a lot of people on the way in the middle of the night without reservation. Although we had reserved our sleeper births, the people sat on our seats and on the floor which never happens in South India on sleeper busses. This was very disturbing and scary throughout the night. So in future please ensure the bus bookings are from reliable travels and even if it costs and additional 500-600 rupees. All the hotel accommodations especially the accommodation in the Mandore guest house, Jodhpur was excellent. The Jaisalmer desert camp stay was a different experience with cultural shows, bonfire, the camel safari and jeep safari in the sand dunes. Once in a lifetime experience! The Udaipur City palace and the amer palace (Jaipur) tour was incredible The shopping experience in the bazars was also nice.

Senthil's 6 days trip to Bali

I went for a honeymoon trip to Bali and it was a pleasant experience for us, because the ALS destinations had a very well organised trip as promised. Thanks to Sandhya for explaining it well.Only problem I faced was with VISA at the last minute.I have booked through Goibibo and it has two different PNR from Chennai to Malaysia, Malaysia to Bali.Since we had a baggage , only for taking out the bag , we need to cross the immigration , get the bag and again checkin. It costed me 20 k because of the last minute surprise and express VISA. Again I have to specifically mention about the driver Mr.Kadek , he was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Thanks to travel triangle as well.

Radhika's 3 days trip to Malaysia

Everything went well with the trip. The pick up for all sight seeing yours was on time and the pick up driver was very friendly. We I fact got a Tamil speaking driver which was so convenient. She helped us with all the sites and attractions in our leisure time apart from the tours mentioned in the package. Overall our experience was very good. Langkawi is such a beautiful place. We went to Chennai beach, cable car, sky bridge and many other attractions. The one thing I didn’t like was the cab was available till evening 6 only and we had to pay a huge fare for a vehicle which was too big for us (arranged by the driver) on one evening beyond 6 pm. It was unnecessary and we paid a huge fare for the van just for 2 people. It was not our mistake that no other vehicle was available. Why should we pay for the big vehicle? Other than that everything was fine. Better suggestions for restaurants could have been provided. Could have included a complimentary photo shoot which makes the package a lot more attractive. Please include this in next packages. Thank you. This is a picture of us on one of the islands during island hopping tour in langkawi

We have to say that this trip was well planned and executed by the team which is highly commendable! The travel and driver Co-operated really well. The hotel - Paradise village Resort (Must go!!!) has home-made food, TV, Good view, Camp fire etc. We came from Chennai, still, everyone understood us patiently and supported us throughout. The trip was filled with whatever we wanted as a couple. Thanks to the entire crew and Million thanks to Santoshi who made this happen for us! We will never forget any moment of this week

Priyanka's 4 days trip to Pondicherry

I had booked a family trip to Pondicherry and Mahabalipuram from the Chennai airport for 4 nights. The agent was responsive in accommodating my requests before the booking was confirmed. The overall experience was fine. However, the hotel that we stayed at in Pondicherry (for 3 nights) wasn't very clean. It was an old hotel and the AC air smelled of mold. Breakfast was included in the tour package but packaged breakfast was provided in the room and not a dine-in experience-- something that I didn't expect. Additionally, their was seating and cupboard options but the space was limited and restrictive for 2 people in a room. I must stay the staff was polite though. I wish I had the time to carefully review the package and hotel choices before booking. We stayed one night at Sangam Inn and Banquet in Mahabalipuram. This hotel was very clean and had a nice ambience with dine-in options. All the staff was very polite and accommodating. We were suppose to leave before the official breakfast time to get to the airport in time and they prepared the breakfast 30-mins before our departure time. Lastly, the cab drive was overall fine but I would have appreciated that the driver wasn't driving in a rush. During our drive from Chennai airport to Pondicherry (Day 1), we had to let him know that he was driving a bit rough. Post that, the driving was better. In my past experience from another tour company, the driver had the itinerary and would take us to all the places by himself. In this trip, we had to communicate with the driver regularly about our daily plans. I am not sure if that is usually the case but this allowed us some flexibility .

Indratejv's 6 days trip to Andaman

There were little issues but were resolved timely by Mr.Arjun. So we had a good trip. As per our call I am listing out all the inconveniences that we have faced and are facing as of our 4th day today: 1. Light and sound show has been closed since a few months (appx 3) and we were not informed about that. It costs Rs.300 per person which we paid as part of our trip. Literally this is supposed to be the highlight of our first day trip at Port Blair 2. Havelock- Symphony Palms Beach resort We were told that we would be getting all 4 star hotels, but this hotel was a 3-star. Also, We were told that we would be getting sea facing rooms. However we were given a room in Casa Grande which is not sea facing and is also on the other side of the road. Even if the welcome mail had mentioned casa grande on the itinerary, how would we know that casa grande is not sea facing without visiting the hotel? On an important note, Even after all the bookings we were told that we did get sea facing rooms only by Mr. Arjun, which is an other very clear lie. The room also was not that tidy and we found a rat roaming on the floor. We did complain to the room service people and was not resolved. 3. We were promised some complimentary services like - scuba diving to a shallow level, photography at Neil island, cake. This message was deleted from our WhatsApp chat by Mr.Arjun after the payment. This is very unprofessional by Travel Triangle. When we questioned about these complimentary services on call and why he deleted the messages, Mr.Arjun told us, since it was not possible due to some invalid reason, he deleted the message without even informing us. 4. Services- Whenever we called Mr. Arjun (during working hours only) he never used to lift the call and kept on stalling us with some reason and also rudely cut our calls in the middle of our conversations. 5. Neil island - Silver sands beach resort - This hotel doesn’t have any sea facing rooms at all. Again, a clear lie by Mr. Arjun that we would be getting all sea facing resorts. 5. Mr. Arjun informed that Kala Pathar beach was included in Havelock, however the itinerary did not show that. I did question him about updating the itinerary. However, he said it would be included. When we reached havelock and checked with our guide, he said this was not included in our itinerary. 6. Similarly we requested for Chidiya Tapu also to be included in our itinerary for Port Blair. But this has not included in our itinerary even now. We have been facing some issues and problems every day since our arrival to Andaman. This was supposed to be a stress free trip for us but this is proving to be a very stressful and problematic trip beacuse of many unfulfilled promises and unprofessional acts. 7. We had no cab on the last day to airport. We called our guide Irshad, we called the cab driver but no answers and we called our travel agent and his phone was switched off. We almost missed our flight to Chennai because we had to walk till the airport with all our luggage as the airport was nearer. We waited for the cab driver and the guide if only they would have informed us that they aren’t coming to pick us up we would have started earlier and the Airlines people wouldn’t have been announcing our names in the final call. All thanks to travel triangle and our guide Irshad.
