Plz dont go massourie hotel Classic fall resort..very old property..very disappointed .bed not good,door handle broken.bad smale from room,Food was very terrible,not tase ,in above given three star only for Corbet hotel and Nainital hotel... rushikesh hotel Trihari is good for only food Hotel golden Oak . nainital

Trang is an amazing person. She came to meet is on our arrival and explained to us entire trip plan. Also she was sending reminder of schedule every night for the next day. Best part she was available 24hous for us, which make us feel so comfortable. We had really great time and we strongly recommend Golden Footstep for any one planning to visit Vietnam.

I had booked my travel (Sightseeing and Local Transfers) with Trang of Golden Footstep and would say it was one of the best decisions for the Trip. Her arrangements and updates to customer were to the point. She ensured I had a comfortable experience during my travel. There were not just one but every part of the journey was memorable right from my 1st destination that was Phu Quoc to Ha Noi, Ba na hills was the best of the lot along with 3 island tour at phu quoc.

We booked the trip with Golden footsteps after reading previous super positive reviews . It holds true..Mrs Trang Nyugen handled everything so efficiently and economically. We will definitely recommend her again to everyone. She is always quick to respond, includes activities and trips as per family requests and super professional.

As always the trip experience thru travel triangle was good. However, when booked Ritu (TT) and Abbishek (Golden journey) had promised to discount TT fees in last installment. But the promise was not kept. Drivers were good and Abhishek was always available for support

5 Stars - An Unforgettable Vietnam Experience! We recently returned from our Vietnam trip (7th May to 13th May) organized by Travel Triangle, and we can't stop raving about it! Right from the planning stage to the final drop at the airport, everything was extremely smooth, flawless, and absolutely memorable. Our itinerary covered Hanoi City, the famous Train Street, Halong Bay cruise, the stunning landscapes of Ninh Binh, the charming streets of Hoi An, vibrant Da Nang City, and the absolute highlight of the trip – the magical Ba Na Hills. Every location was perfectly curated and timed, giving us a beautiful blend of nature, culture, and relaxation. Thanks to Travel Triangle for making this journey so seamless. The coordination, local guides, accommodation, and transfers were all top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-managed and memorable international trip. A special mention for Ba Na Hills – it felt like we had stepped into a fairytale. The Golden Bridge, cool mountain air, and the entire ambiance were simply surreal.

We had taken a land package for our Srilanka vacation from Crimson voyages via Travel triangle. Nurshida from Crimsons voyages was our trip manager. I initially liked the swift and prompt communication with Crimsons which made me go ahead with their itinerary. We liked the way they greeted us at the airport. The hotels were also very good at all locations . However, the other experiences , could have been better. I am sharing few things which we didn't like about them. 1. The driver assigned to take us around was not even aware of the itinerary which was finalized with Crimson. Due to his lack of awareness, we missed our Colombo casino visit which was part of the package. I had to give him a copy of the itinerary separately to bring into his knowledge, what we were supposed to do. Till then he was simply blank. There seemed to be a huge communication gap within the team of Crimson. 2. A 7 GB SIM card was supposed to be provided to us as complimentary with the tour package. I had discussed the same with Nurshida before travel, however, after a lot of persuasions and follow ups, they gave me a used SIM with only 1.7GB data. The response from the backend team was very cold. Things could have been better. For every other thing they had an excuse that it is a New years’ time and shops are all closed ( in reality not all shops were closed and I had detail discussion prior to our travel). 3. Driver was not having any knowledge about the places. For every other thing which was promised to us, we had to keep following up with the driver or the tour manager. 4. The vehicle assigned to us was also not in good condition. Video system was not functional. Things did not look welcoming as initially we had hoped for. I hope Crimson voyages will take note of these feedbacks for their future clients. Thank you. Beach resort stay at Palms Bentota and stay at Araliya green city hotel.

Booked 8 nights 9 days trip to Vietnam through travel triangle. We enjoyed our trip very much. We got seamless service and best hotels, vehicles and Guides. Our sri lanka trip was organized by steeple tours. It was very well organized and all customizations were done as per our suggestion. Mrs Chandi was very helpful and she was always polite and helped us in getting things done faster All the hotels we stayed were very good. No issues faced. Would like to mention specifically , our driver Mr Anil was very friendly and helpful. He was very polite too and drove very smooth! His suggestions were very apt and helped in planning places better. He was kind to our kid and a good gentleman as well. Thanks steeple tours for organizing our trip well and helping us in getting queries resolved faster. Thanks Varsha Stay at the palms was very good. Very beautiful resort huge and good food for Indians as well. Kids can enjoy beach and pool time.

The hotels in Katra and Srinagar were quiet good. The best hotel was Petals of Chinar in Srinagar. The Hotel Pahalgam Suits was good but the rooms were quiet small and the water was dirty and smelly. The Divine Oak Golden leaf hotel was good on first visit, but during the last visit the bathrooms were unclean. Also the dining area had grey water leakage at multiple places which was not taken care of for over a week's time. We literally had to have our breakfast and dinner in smelly dinning room. Apart from these small things, the hotels were good. The cab driver was amazing and the service agent was good too.
