Sunitapp's 10 days trip to Bali

It was excellent experience, barring the communication gap on first day of the tour. The Driver was not aware of the itinerary as to what's included and we had to struggle of our own. Still The entire trip was well coordinated, Drivers Bee as well as Rissanto, well disciplined, always smiling and very considerate towards his guests. All Hotels booked , Ramada in Seminyak, Pandava in Nusa Penida and Bali Relaxing resort in Nusa Dua , were all clean and worth the value. The team at Bali too was quick in response. However, my observations with respect to some tourist spots and activities as under, is to give fair view of what one gets and take conscious decision to opt or opt out to save on time and money : 1. The place for Lunch booked during first day of Kintamani Tour was different than what was mentioned in our itinerary, finding difficult at our level and driver too was clueless, although lateron some alternative arrangements were made. 2. The Bali Swing at Aloha was not only waste of time and money, but was worthless. Out of 6, only 2 tried. Swing was not even better than the swing at your Home. Rice terraces too not worthy of visiting. So Swing as well as rice terraces is not worth the amount and time spent. 3. While visit to besakh temple is worth, tertha Ganga can be avoided, as it doesn't have much to see. 4. Tanha Lot temple visit was overwhelming. Instead of Teertha Ganga, more time can be spent in Tanha Lot. 5. Ulun Danu Temple is worth, but nothing much to see in Uluwatu , except for Kechak Dance. 6. Nusa Penida island visit and it's all tour are not worth the visit. Snorkeling at crystal bay, is wastage of time and money, and much much inferior to the experience that you gain in Phiphi island tour in Thailand. Overnight stay in Nusa Penida Hotel not suggested as water is salty, instead day tour from Sanur can be taken if at all this island anyone want to visit. 7. The candle light dinner, arranged, was superb and we all enjoyed the evening. Overall experience was fantastic, the Team Kalpana Tours and Travels and it's counter part Indo Jaya Travels Bali, both deserve all appreciations. Ms Soni Jha, Kalpana Tours, was quite patient even though I kept on calling her repeatedly before finalizing fine details of the plan. Regards Prem Prakash Sharma 1. Tanha Lot Temple 2. Ulundanu Temple, 3. Besakh Temple, 4. Candle light Dinner and of course hotel stays.

Vijay's 6 days trip to Thailand

Out trip overall was great...we had enough fun despite the scorching heat!. I booked flight and hotel on my own and took others from BB for 7 days. Organizers were good but needs improvements...read on i will list all and anyone reading will have a good view because we also saw reviews first good things: 1. Cabs were all good and were on time...everything was on time..be prepared to be ready on time and indian style doesnt work! which is good i say..we boarded late everywhere, something to learn to manage time better on a personal note 2. once the on field team gave the plans a day before, everything was executed as per plan and time...good job 3. I lost the phone day4, support provided post that was good...Krabi cab driver lady helped as well to connect to sales...thanks to her 4. Phi phi tour speed boat and the instructor was nice. We had other people from same state of India so we became friends and really had fun. Snorkelling given in monkey island was too good and wow! it was awesome! Thanks. Maya bay was damn crowded and didnt enjoy but for a couple of pics to feel good...swimming in phi phi ley was ok ok with water not so clear...nice day spent 5. Please do jetski in koh kai (last stop) island...we had the best fun...and it was too good than India...thanks to the operator...I think the tour should make a tie up and provide in good price to all...it was damn fun 1000 for 2 ppl for 20 mins...they take you very far and you can ride it 6.Overall good but can be awesome as per below suggestions now the bad: 1. Indrani worked so hard to get this done till late night 2am on 2 days...nice of her and must appreciate...sole reason for booking from TT was to have hassle free tour plus given the fact that i had made them work ....in reality I would have managed all myself in fact at better rates...but at the same time she became the problem also unfortunately...on field team gave a different itinerary to her basis practicality...it was a lack of common sense from Indrani. She had my full plan given to her with flight time and everything and after confirming the plan she sent a completely different itinerary just a few hours before flight as on field team could not accommodate our day1 plan due to flight timings...but this was known to Indrani and everything was agreed as per my plan...they backtracked and i had a bad 2 hours and really got disappointed as I would lose day3 second half. I had to accept what they gave...they started asking questions as if i am on a criminal investigation...please ensure to have proofs of documents given to them via watsapp...they swapped day1 with day3 itinerary without any communication...I didnt like it...should not have accepted the booking if they couldnt deliver it that way...i would have booked on my own anyway...but once accepted their changed plans, it was all good and well executed...bad part was neither Arinjay nor Indrani were available post that to talk and they just disappeared...it wasnt great. But once i accepted on field team plans all went well. but it was not what i wanted. but end of the day it was good anyways. 2.India team were not able to tell upfront that there would be how many snorkels and where...phi phi island they gave 1 snorkel at monkey beach and it was really good and was wow! but i was looking for a more refined premium 3-4 snorkels...i think these guys dont have it...if you want so, book directly there or viator...I would have liked to pay more and get more 3. 7 island tour was ok ok mainly due to jelly fish...Krabi everywhere jelly fish issue was there...spoilt everything actually...yet snorkel at poda island was good but still jelly fish troubled although not venomous ones were in poda island ...i think they picked up slightly late so, they hurried up everywhere... 4. food for vegetarians was not great anywhere...7 island was not great...phi phi was just ok...but good thing we didnt have any stomach problems 5. you give us 3 vendor options...it is difficult to have that guilt of not giving to 2 and going with 1 tips to TT: 1. please provide more premium options like just a snorkel trip for those who want...or give 2 or more snorkel for phi phi...i would pay more and get more...upon checking in krabi there were several such options availabel for a lot less price likje 1200 thb per head 2. veg food can be improved 3. Please raise intinerary before booking...backtracking later wont be great 4. although cabs were grt and on time...would be great if can give 2 notifications, one 3-4 hours before and another 1 hour before...else it becomes stressful for slightly lazy people...like can give notification at night for next day...we had to jump and pack to meet timelines...but the blame is not really on you but on us lazy types...so, to avoid stress u can give 2 notifications 5. i recomment speed boat for 7 islands. food can be better here.. id id not like giving snorkel equipment responsibility on us...boat should store them 6. phi phi pls provide 2 or more snorkel you ccan cut swimming and give snorkel 7. pls let people know about jelly fish tips to travellers: 1. go for premium snorkel options by keeping one day extra. These organizers do not have such plans...you take normal 1 day from them and premium from other sources...can book directly in krabi/phuket or viator.. 2. Their timelines are v strict pls be prepared on time...its good thing 3. 7 islands was all about jelly f ish...everyone got bit...beware 4. spend more time snorkelling..take your own gear or at least the mouth piece 5. go on a similan island or othe rsmall island day tour... 6. we selected journey hub in patong (very good rooms and pool) really worth the price but breakfast for veg wasnt really great although they claim indian food but you have salads to compensate...Krabi resort in krabi ( v nice room and place) good breakfast ...both were hygenic and good...citrus 11 in bkk was too good a hotel dont miss breakfast here was the best and good clean rooms but no pool (we didnt want it anyways) 7. try seafood restaurant in patong opposite journeyhub...v nice thai food 8. be careful about boat edges and ladder ..can cut 9. must buy water pouch for phone...i lost my phone in poda island and it really troubled our next 2 days 11. dont miss icon siam mall at 6...good electronics available in center world just buy there and dont wait for MBK..mbk duplicate products can be there. 12. must try finger chips in icon siam 13. platinum mall products are hyped according to me...be ready with a lot of time we covered only 4 floors of 18 floors 14. no driver understands english have the translator installed 15. buy a sim right after landing...300 thb for 8 days worked well for me 16. people seem good from outside...but they are not as great...but no trouble faced...are same everywhere...if you pay well u r treated well else ignored

"Just returned from Vietnam to New Delhi, and I can't stop raving about the incredible experience! From the bustling streets of Hanoi, serene waters of Ha Long to the vibrant energy of Ho Chi Minh City, every moment was a new adventure. Exploring the ancient charm of Hoi An, relaxing on the breathtaking beaches of Phu Quoc, and immersing myself in the culture of Da Nang – it was truly unforgettable. The tour was expertly planned by The Aurora Travel and Travel Triangle, with knowledgeable guides, comfortable accommodations and authentic local cuisine, though we are vegetarians the planners took care that we were served with vegan options.Vietnam has stolen a piece of my heart. Surprise Photo shoot at one of the beach included in the itinerary, Camia Resort,Cu chi tunnels and of course Halong Bay Cruise..

Sakshi's 7 days trip to Vietnam

We had an incredible experience during our Vietnam journey, thanks to the exceptional efforts of the LVP Travel team. The staff members were incredibly supportive and cooperative throughout our trip, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Our accommodations were consistently clean and hygienic, and we were always provided with prompt transportation whenever needed. However, there were a couple of aspects that left us feeling disappointed. 1. Firstly, the size of the buses provided, despite being equipped with air conditioning, was quite small and uncomfortable. 2. Additionally, our experience aboard the Halong Bay Cruise fell short of our expectations. Despite being advertised as a 4-star cruise, we found the reality to be quite different upon arrival. The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't functioning properly, and the overall quality of the rooms didn't meet our expectations. Consequently, we felt that the experience wasn't worth the amount we had paid.

Overall trip experience was "above average" or "3.5/5 -star rating". Some good things - - The arrangement during the trip was good. Guides were mostly on time, pickups from airport were on time - Hotels were good, no real complaints on that front Things that could have been better - - While communicating needs of trip, I think some miscommunication happened and I believe fitting "dan ang and bana hills" in the trip could have been great (maybe even if it meant removing ho chi minh). Talking to other travellers there, I realised those were the more touristy place - I had mentioned that it's our honeymoon trip and first international trip as couple. Any small gesture with regards to that (like maybe decoration or dining) would have been great. Of course, I didn't push on arranging anything so I don't mind as such. Halong bay trip was mentioned as "romantic and intimate dinner" but it was just a simple dining hall setting with all travellers sitting together. - Some tour buses were a bit uncomfortable / crowded, I have left feedbacks for them accordingly - A bit more proactive communication from TripNexa's side regarding weather, currency exchange, popular dishes there etc, would have been good. Anyway, I had pinged Shruti or you in cases where I needed inputs.

Pratibha's 8 days trip to Vietnam

We took a package for 10 days. Our agent Jade from Namaste Vietnam was very helpful and gave all the necessary information timely. She also accommodated all our reasonable requests and went above and beyond to arrange a surprise birthday cake for me in the hotel. One thing that we did not like is the guided tours because they are always in hurry and does not let us spend time in one place. We actually had to spend extra to get private transfer in the last guided tour to actually enjoy the place. Next time we will make sure not to include any guided tours in the trip. Having private transfers and then exploring the place on our own is the best option. However, that's upon us because we chose the guided tour in first place. Otherwise the trip was amazing. The cruise on Halong Bay was perfect.

Our interaction with Alice from Namaste Vietnam was exceptional. She exuded warmth, proactivity, and genuine kindness throughout our journey. Alice effectively coordinated and communicated all tour and guide details, even being available at midnight for any concerns that arose. Her personal touch was evident as she made sure to meet and greet us before our departure and offered suggestions for additional places to visit when we had free time. When we encountered a flight delay in our second city, Alice swiftly adjusted our plans, demonstrating remarkable flexibility and dedication to ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Regarding accommodations, all the hotels were ideally situated, allowing us to explore the cities easily on foot. Our travel itinerary, covering three cities starting with Hanoi, then Danang, and finally Ho Chi Minh City, was meticulously planned. Each destination offered unique experiences, from exploring Ha Long Bay to visiting pagodas and marble mountains in Danang, and finally, discovering the Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong Delta in Ho Chi Minh City. The tour guides in each location were exemplary, always punctual and ensuring there was never a dull moment during our excursions. In terms of constructive feedback, it's worth noting that Vietjet Airlines consistently experiences delays, which could impact travelers' plans and schedules. Additionally, while the Cu Chi tunnels were a fascinating visit, some travelers might consider Mekong Delta as optional, as it may not align with everyone's interests. Overall, our experience with Namaste Vietnam exceeded our expectations, thanks to Alice's outstanding service and the well-planned itinerary that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and culture of Vietnam. One of the most cherished aspects of our journey was the genuine warmth of the people we encountered. Immersing ourselves in their rich history provided profound insights and appreciation. We relished the culinary delights of vegan restaurants, while the breathtaking beauty of Ha Long Bay and the serene atmosphere of My Khe Beach left lasting impressions. Exploring pagodas offered moments of tranquility. strolling through vibrant night markets added an element of excitement. Thanks to the diverse eateries, our days were filled with delightful culinary experiences. Moreover, engaging with fellow travelers added an extra layer of joy to our adventure. Overall, the trip was a tapestry of unforgettable moments, blending cultural exploration, culinary delights, and meaningful connections with new acquaintances.

Islander inn hotel was worst. There were rats around in room. Food quality was not even hygiene (with Rats around). Tango Beach resort food was good but service was not good. They took 3hours to provide extra mattress even after pre-booking. Virgin beach resort was kind of OK. Other than Hotel, overall experience was great especially at Havelock Island and Neil Island. Do not recommend any water activity at North bay island as there is all dead corrals. Marine life at Neil Island and water activities at Havelock islands were good.
