First of all I will thank you Pallavi Pandey for politely listening me & giving proper guidance while making the Iternary.. Hotels were very good & my family was very comfortable. Driver Albin Savy handled all the small small things very professionally right from picking us from Kochi Airport on first day to dropping us at Trivendrum Airport on last day. Breakfast provides by the hotels was very hygienic. Overall I will rate 10/10 to the service provided to me by the travel agent & all my further trips will plan from Travel Triangle only. Visit to Eravikulam National park at Munnar Elephant ride & Kalaripayattu at Thekkady Houseboat experience was best at Alleppey Kanyakumari & Padmanabhan Swami temple visit was the best part of the trip .

Munnar and Thekkady were great- both Winternote and Woodnote hotels are amazing. Staff was eager to please and were always available for service. Our cab driver Riyas Vali was very polite and respected our wishes of where to go and when to start, where to stop. Allepey houseboat was a unique experience for water cruise and overnight staying in the boat, but somewhat subpar in terms of absence of glitz, paucity of dining options, saltwater supply in bathrooms etc. Do not wish that this feedback be passed to houseboat operators, it is what it is and traveller should understand what they are getting into, that is look beyond how it is marketed. Need to appreciate that after buying the package, not an extra penny was asked anywhere. Do not sleep during the drives from Kochi to Munnar, to Thekkady, to Allepey- or you will miss beautiful forest and mountain scenery!

Munnar and Thekkady were great. But experience in Alleppey was not good. We book a luxury house boat but the service provided by them was very bad. The agents should not book services with such house boat companies. Everything from check in to check out in the houseboat was bad experience.

Agency booking for hotels : Overall its not promising as i had specifically requested to have bookings done near munnar and Thekkady. They have booked 12 to 15 kms away from Munnar which has caused a lot of inconvienience to travel morning and evening . I have asked them to book near by hotels they have not taken into consideration Driver and Car: Excellent driver and shown the places but it would have been better if he was given more instructions of places to visit. which was missing Hotel in Munnar : i was the only guest in the hotel and charges are more per day. no provision for lunch on the day of check in. we had to travel 10 kms for lunch as its far away from city. Hotel in Thekkaday : Same story far away from Thekkady . it could have been better if we were given room in Thekkady as tthis is off season. House boat in Allepey : worst 2 bed room not cleaned , it was very old boat and cleaning was not done from Dream waters. Maintainence is very poor. after i have gone there i have seen other better house boats at same price. this is worst. But the caretakers service was good . Massage was very bad. house boat has tied up with Massage center in the village. it was not worthy for the money.

The initial stay at Munnar was very good and services were also provided on timely fashion. Cab provided was functionally ok but was not in the best of condition. Driver was also quite good having distinct know-how about the place and suggestions for places to visit were also very helpful. Stay at Houseboat in Allepey needed improvement for which communication was also done with Agent. Meal was also sub-par at the houseboat. Stay at Thekkady was satisfactory but not great whereas resort at Kovalam was a nice stay. Complimentary breakfast was good only at Munnar. Overall, it was quite a unique experience with visuals of greenery all around.

The first two hotels were amazing i.e. adishakti and times square. Decent hotel in Thekkady. However would have preferred ac hotel in munnar but was suggested it won't be required Vagamon hotel experience was worst. It was hot there and rooms were too small. Both cab drivers jithu and Anish were amazing. They made sure we visit everyplace and cover as many locations as possible. they stopped at good restaurants for munching and snacking. Both made us feel safe and acted as our big brothers. I would suggest them to everyone i know wanting to travel to kerela. Namit also planned the trip very well. He picked up my calls and tried to give out a resolution. But at times i felt I was not up to mark and I felt that he could have handled the situation better. Kerela agent arun never contacted us during the trip and neither picked up the phone for sikara ride. Although he made the required arrangement properly. Overall me and my friend's had a great experience with trip sailor ..looking forward for more such trips in future. I think jithu as our cab driver was amazing and the first two days he gave us an amazing time. Anish on the last day took us to adventure park and motivated us to do the activities as it was our last day.

Our kerala trip was good and enjoyed whole trip. Cab was good and the cab driver was also good. We have enjoyed most in Munnar. Thekkady was good and very clean area. Enjoyed here like kathakali and Kalari martialats and enjoyed the Tusker cafe Sadyar thali which is kerala traditional thali in banana leaf. But in private house boat which was not situated in Alleppey it's very from main Alleppey and we have faced most trouble like no hygiene and clean the house boat and food was not good. You can house boat only run approx 3 hour in our full day journey so it was not good experience please improve this service for house boat. Thanks travel triangle for host our trip.

Thanks Mamta mam from Travel Unbounded for Amazing Kerala Trip. I have booked kerala honeymoon trip from travel unbounded in February 2024 and the experience was amazing. Hotels given in Munnar and Alleppey were wonderful, just one hotel at thekkady, was an average hotel and with very spicy food. Overall it was an beautiful experience. I really Appreciate the service, thanks again for the lovely experience.

JonJes - Amazing services right from the house boat to the cab and the driver and obviously the hotel selections. Anne from JonJes - the lady always available on call. Vishnu - drove us around central kerala and was always willing to suggest places. Ajith - we called him the houseboat king. Extremely polite and friendly. First experience of a houseboat and can't state anything bad. Even the staff on board was always willing to accomodate our out of glutton food demands. Biju - our driver for the rest of the trip from Alleppey to the north of Kerala - words can't describe his humble and friendly character. All his recommendations were worth the time and effort since we didn't regret a single place we visited even though at times we decided to skip for our comfort. Hotels - Jungle park in Thekkady - 5 stars is all I can state especially for the outdoor seating into the wilderness Raviz Kadavu - better than the 5 stars I've been to in other countries And with the amount of relaxation we had I can only remember the hotel names and not the locations

We are 2 English girls and felt extremely safe with our driver and Janit was always available to help us out! We booked this tour from Dubai and the whole process was very easy! We visited Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady, Allepey & Marari Beach! I would recommend this company to everyone and hope to return to Kerela soon. Such a beautiful part of the world!
