We experience their commendable services for followings: 1) Excellent response since our query , guidance & offering optimum cost for Quality hotels/Food/cab services as promised. 2) Provided good condition car for travelling and provided very polite nature Driver; who not only guides you to cover all points as planned having customary nature behaviour. 3) Our Travel guide ; Ms Anis ; was having commendable helping nature and very polite customary behavior and prompt response during initial talk to last service provided. She helped by guiding us time to time during our tour period for any problems and safety of us . She helped us even late night hours by making call for booking of Gondola cable cart at Phase II at Gulmarg as we faced problems for online bookings. .

My Kashmir trip was good. Service and food of Sarai hotel was good. Food of Gulmarg hotel was bad. Agency driver Shahid Wani is very good, he took us around very well. Service of house boat was very bad, we changed the room because the heater of the house boat was not working. Sarai hotel and Shahid Wani were very good in this trip.

Srinagar Hotel staffs were supportive and helpful, however the hotel was not of 4-star standard. The service and rooms condition including the beds were not very good. Gulmarg hotel stay was small but was good. Pahalgam hotel and services were not so good. Complimentary breakfast and dinner were with a limited spread. Guided trip Kashmir should be more professional in terms of their communication and better coordination with the hotel in terms of customer expectations. They should be more engaging with customer to create excitement and mental comfort. Traveltriangle was helpful in just connecting to the local agent and their involvement was NIL
