Our drive was very good and humble but Kerala being a more of wild natural place so he could have been more adventurous. Saying this bcos we wanted to go to Top Station in munaar to see sunset or su

nrise and hotel staff and other drivers suggested that it’s very safe route but our driver told it’s dangerous bcos of elephant presence on the route and he won’t go and so we have to drop that location. Also driver should be more enthusiastic and suggest good shopping (spices etc) and other hidden gems rather he was more interested in taking us to shopping and activities where I think the commission was arranged. But other than this he covered all the places in itinerary and was very polite through out the trip. Had a great trip and lot of memories.

Hotel Golden.castle : Bathroom drain was choking, Hand wash soap was not provided. Tea Kit is not available. Bed Tea was given after 7 AM and charged amount for bed tea and water bottle this is minor things can be avoided. Lazo.areca.resort : Resort was good but far from the main market. Quality of food was Ok. natural things are very good , cleanness in resort is not upto mark (may be due to rainy seasons) incests / moths etc are in room and outside room, Major issue water is coming from roof specially in bathroom (three places) and one place in room. Kempscave : Good hotel little far from main market. service time is little late this is my second tour with travel triangle. Over all good experience with you this can be much better with little changes It is not understood for taking extra charges while payment of tour with UPI & Debit cards.
