Thanks to Trip Trail and specifically to Aman for being there at all times to guide us , motivate us , provide good service irrespective of the hour of the day . Our decision for the family trip was too last minute and yet Aman and trip trail matched the pace in giving right info to procuring the necessary permits to helping us with the iterinary. We surely had a memorable trip . However if I have to give some recommendations I will request any travel agent to give iterinary options to travellers instaed of a copy paste of a single iterinary. This will give a sense of participation and fulfilment to travellers . Example - Leh Palace and Santhi Stupa was never part of the itinerary but we ended up visiting them after we were in Leh . So if we had options to choose from we would have skipped one or more places from the itinerary and rather visited a place for the second time or a new one . If it is implementable then it will make a difference to travellers . Thanks Rancho School in Leh

The trip was generally positive, with only two hotels presenting minor issues. However, the remaining three hotels met our expectations, and the cab driver provided excellent service. Very good driver

Overall we had a great experience even when we had a blocked road via Srinagar to leh we could manage to make it up and reach leh and Santa ji is really flexible and helping for our ever changing plans on the spot and made sure at every point we are safe or not and we had done one of our memorable trip safely. Thanks Travel Triangle and Lazy Travels to organize such a smooth trip.. trip experience was good and it was organized properly. Our Cab driver Mr. Mingur was a experience and good driver. there were few things to mention here is 1) sand dunes hotel at Nubra. they have some serious hot water issues. the owner talked to me and changed some tap settings to restore hot water in our taps. but we have to remind him 3-4 times in our 2 nights stay..it was bit uncomfortable. Below ratings is not for Sand Dunes hotel .. but or other two.

The trip was overall nice. Hotels were good except at one place could be better. The Bike vendor was not a supportive person. One place in Itinerary could have been better, when we realized it was too late. The travel guide should have given that option earlier. Overall nice experience but could have been the best. The travel experience was really good. The place was amazing. Travel agent kept the permits and things ready. Hotels were really good except for the stay in Tso Moriri it was changed last minute and even the travel agent was not informed about the same. This is why one less star to the travel.agents. it is their duty to check a day prior with the hotels about the booking of their customers.

We're back from Leh Ladakh, and all we have are incredible memories and a serious case of wanderlust (thanks to Shefali of course)! Seriously, thank you for such a fantastic trip. Shefali is very professional, cooperative and were always available to answer our questions throughout the planning process and until the last day.
