Overall, the experience is excellent except for the hotel provided in Manali as they charged extra for everything, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. And for Shimla, most of the places were skipped and they did not show us entire places given in the trip planner

For Travel in Ease team: We did a 10 day trip with travel on ease from manali to amritsar covering kasol, bir, dharmshala and Dalhousie in between. They provided us with amazing service with a private cab that was with us throughout these ten days and 5 days of hotel stay in which breakfast and dinner was included. The properties that they booked were good except for Dharamshala however food included at each of the properties is worth mentioning. They had a well planned itinerary in which they covered all the attraction points. We had a couple trip and we were so much at ease because of their service. Also will like to say that the driver Ajay Thakur that we got is the best. So professional and humble. If we ever travel to north again we will go with travel ease. Special shout out to Baby Dharta for planning and coordinating the trip. Cheers to Sahil from Admin team and again Ajay for being an amazing driver cum guide. For Travel triangle team: Service needs to improve as there was no person from TT team to coordinate with throughout the trip, kept on calling but no response!

Amazing Trip experience with you all...Specially the Welina Grand Manali Hotel the candle light dinner was done very nicely. Just the complain was of Dharamshala Hotel the room was not so good as compared to all other locations which I want to share. Our trip was initially Organised by Pallavi, she gave her best time to make fit as per my request. Since we were travelling with a 3year kid, I request her to make a comfortable itinerary with maximum coverage and I happy to share that she was able to deliver the same. On trip coordination from @Shivam was also good, at last moment he suggested to change one hotel, which I believe correct decision when we saw the location of previous hotel. Overall it's a very satisfactory trip, I will give 9 out of 10. Only things I believe need to improve food quality and varieties in hotels, every next day their food menu was repeating. If we stay for there nights we have to eat same menu for two nights, same things I face for both the hotels in Dalhousie and Mcleodganj.

Had a wonderful trip, stay was awesome but cab driver behavior was not friendly at all . He was smoking through out trip outside of cab but the smell of it was very bad. He was very rude , if we ask him to go to any place he just start giving excuses. He even bought Liquor not sure if he had it or not. Snow fall at manali and shimla was lifetime memory for us.

We were received at the airport by Mr. Amir, who was very proactive and helpful in all aspects. He navigated us throughout the tour without any rush or delay at any place, and made us comfortable throughout our entire tour. Hotel Grand Sahara Hills at Srinagar was cosy and spacious, and we had a good experience. But they need to improve their room service. (4 stars) Hotel Supreme Resort at Pahalgam is not fully ready to receive guests. The hotel  construction is not complete. Basic facilities such as approach road are not yet built, and the generator is not capable of running heater or geyser. The location is also not great. Food served had limited choices, they had only jain food. (2 stars) Hotel Zahgeer at Gulmarg is very good and in a good location. Service and food was also good. (5 stars) On the last day we stayed in Blue Dolphin houseboat in Dal lake. While the houseboat itself is okay, it was too cold to utilise any of its space due to the extremely cold weather. It had a firewood based heater in 2 out of 4 rooms, which was not sufficient to warm any room up to a comfortable temperature. We should have been advised against staying in a houseboat in such a weather condition on the last day of a long trip. The tour co-ordinators were in communication and helped out wherever possible.

Everything was awesome, great service and hospitality Hotel in Gulmarg was not that cleanly maintained. But food was too good there. Every single person I met asked for money/tip from me. Ofcourse no action item to you for that

The office trip organized by TravelTriangle was excellent. Everything was well-planned and delivered as promised.

It was good experience. However few things should have been cleared in the quotation. They have added lal tibba in the itinerary where there cab doesn't go. They asked us to visit other places instead of lal tibba. We visited lal tibba by walk as it was only 1 km from the other places. When we visited the other places via cab, lal tibba was in our way. What was the point of saying that we dont go there?? What i have understood is that they themselves not aware of the route. There was lack of clarity about th places. Otherwise overall experience was fine Everything except clarity for one of the place.

Cab and driver was very good and cooperative, Few hotels had very basic rooms which should have been premium given we were travelling as premium category and investing decent amount.

Driver tends to avoid visiting spots that cause him inconvenience. They shall be mandated by the agent to cover the spots given in the quote in any situation. The payment process seemed a bit haphazard. The website generates invoice other than amount decided. It has a scope to improve. Rest of the service was good, trip cost was reasonable. Good service.

Itinerary was very nicely planned. Cab provided was in good condition. Driver was very co-operative and showed us the places we wanted. Hotel view from Mussoorie was very good, but food was average. Overall, very good experience with Navicrow Holidays

La Nivasa hotel was very nice and the food, hospitality of the staff was very friendly. Specail thanks to Deepak who worked in La Nivasa for taking care of our request. The Cab driver experience was okay and could be improved. The driving partner ask for extra cash if they need to wait after 6 p.m. , this was never communicated before the trip and they do create a scene out of it. Last time when I visited Manali faced similar issue and this time in Nainital was not so different experience.

The hotels Bodi Tree and The Dunes were excellent. But the cottage at Pangong and the hotel at Hanley was horrible and hopeless. I wish u please make the tourists aware that there is no heater, no hygiene and food is hopeless in these 2 places.

Journey was excellent, finalised the trip with minimum time. This is my second trip with Travel Triangle after Kashmir last year. Hotels and cab was very good, special mention for supportive and polite drivers. Nubra Valley and Pangong lake was awesome. Travelling between huge mountains range it self is a permanent experience.

The Hotel (Sita International) which was booked for us in Delhi was not at all Good., simply pathetic. So, it's strictly recommended not to visit or book any room at Sita International in New Delhi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

Very good experience by travel triangle. What room you provide in agra is worst. And also driver didnot have experience to show best south meals hotels. Ashok country resort Hotel which was provided in delhi was not upto 4 star standards, doesnt have any restaurants near by. It looks like an extension area. Hotels in Agra and Jaipur were good. Driver Shiv Ji was too friendly and very supportive through out the Journey. Overall it was a good time spent except the hotel experience standard in Delhi.

In Jodhpur, only mahrangarh fort was shown by the driver. Rest no other points are covered. Disappointed in Jodhpur Sunrise desert camp service and food and folk dance were very nice.

Travel guide at Jodhpur was not accompanied full day of the tour. The sight seeing were good.

Overall experience was great however the hotel at Jaisalmer "The Elite castle" was not upto mark. Doors were not ok additionally bed was broken and washroom was not clean. I have already requested to give me deluxe hotel but the hotel was not even equal to 2 star.

The overall trip was good apart from some bad experiences. The cab driver was really good and always punctual and took care of comfort of the passengers. Hotels were good as well except one hotel in jaisalmer where i had to change 3 rooms for multiple reason. We found a rat in first room, in 2nd room washroom there were cochroaches and in 3rd room the bedsheets and pillow were dirty as well the previous garbage bag was not cleared. It really pissed of my mind. 2nd things i wanted to talk about that the travel company which has provided cab asked for 500 rs extra just for a site visit which was not under the plan but comes on the way from jodhpur to jaipur. It was hardly a 2km diversion from the main road. And aprt from that i feel the plan could have been done little better. Because most of time went on cab travelling from 1 city to other. I felt either 1city could have been removed or there should have been 1more day added. I covered udaypur, jaisalmer, jodhpur and jaipur in 7days and 6nights. I will suggest to add one more day as 7day is not enough and you need to rush to cover places which is not a good experience. Regarding shopping do your own research because driver might suggest some places which actually might be constlier and first time travellers can easily fall under this.

Hi, My trip to varanasi and ayodhya was planned by back to holidays and I have trusted and booked everything through back2holidays via Travel triangle. Trip was well planned and executed. Co-operation at all level were recommendable. Assured them to back next trip from them only.

Trip was good and relaxing, but driver misguided us during trips in Ayudha also in Varanasi, about travel conveyance in side the city where our allotted car could not enter and cost of boat ride facilities for Ganga Aarti and other temple timings,he didn't take us to few spots according to travel itinerary, but car was good and hotels in Ayudha and Varanasi were good, location of hotel in Prayagraj was not very satisfactory . Travel agent was very cooperative. Overall a good experience . This is our second trip with travel triangle. A good reasonable platform for planning and choosing a family trip

Travel agent (Rishabh) was great and planned the trip to varanasi and ayodhya very well and budget friendly. Hotels, cab, temple darshan and sightseeing was excellent. vishalakshi darshan in afternoon and exploring the small streets of banaras.

yeah the trip was excellent .the planning part with the help of travel agent was best. The cab driver was also good but did tried to skip few local places tough. travel triangle was very responsive and helpfull. U can surely book through them. there were some glitches overall trip was good.

It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.

Total Holiday package deal was done in a transparent manner. Every quarry was resolved/clarify by travel adviser. Vehicle Service provided by Guruji Travels was excellent. Especially Driver Mr. Sandeep Kumar has made our journey safe and enjoyable. His Driving was the safe and excellent command on vehicle driving in Hilley region as well as on the plain road. He was so cooperative and polite with us. He has tried his level best to maintain our schedule.
