The best places we visited were Zero Point, Nathula Pass, and Yumthang Valley, all of which were absolutely unforgettable. A special mention for our driver Simon (Innova Crysta - SK07Z0141), who assisted us during the Lachung part of the trip. He was extremely polite, helpful, and enthusiastic about tourism and sightseeing. He guided us properly throughout the journey and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. However, the most disappointing part of the trip was our experience with the first driver, Anil Gurung (WagonR - SK01TA2807), who was assigned to us for 5 out of the 8 days of the tour. Right from the beginning, his attitude and behavior felt unprofessional and questionable. We are a pure vegetarian family, and pure vegetarian restaurants were easily available at every location, but despite repeatedly informing him, he deliberately avoided stopping at vegetarian places because he personally preferred non-vegetarian food. He would stop only where he wanted to eat. Even when we searched for nearby pure veg restaurants ourselves and requested him to take us there, he refused. Because of this, we had to book an auto separately, spend extra money from our own pocket, and somehow manage our lunch near Bagdogra Airport on the last day. Apart from this, we were made to pay parking charges at almost every location, even though these expenses should have been managed by the driver or included in the travel arrangements. This felt very unfair and poorly managed. The worst experience happened on the day of our return flight. The driver was extremely irresponsible and not punctual at all. He went for lunch and disappeared for almost 1.5 hours. Despite repeatedly calling him, he ignored our calls and only answered the manager, “Shailendra.” Because of his careless behavior, we almost missed our flight. To make matters even worse, when he finally returned, he appeared to be drunk. This is absolutely unacceptable, unsafe, and highly unprofessional for someone responsible for tourists’ safety and travel. Sikkim itself is beautiful and memorable, and some parts of the trip were genuinely wonderful, especially our stay at Rufina Palm Bliss and the experience with driver Simon.

Day 2- hotel rufina pinasa residency is the great hotel in Gangtok breakfast was excellent Every thing was gud in morning but as we started our trip after 30-40 min we saw the real face of driver we don't know what happened but suddenly driver turned the car in very angr one side their was mountain and one side there was river it was really very scary we were 6 adult and 3kids he didn't even think for a second before turning the car in that fast speed.. After we reached homestay lachung comfotel food was very very bad we discussed to travel agent before only for 3veg and 3non veg people choices but than also they didn't made any non veg item and items were also very bad we just tested only salt and spicy in veg dish no other flavours.. Day 3- breakfast was average but for dinner we ask them for non veg firstly they refused to make the chiken they told us that their is no chicken available in market but then we took permission form them to bring chicken and we provided them but then they completely burnt the dish we were not able to eat that so it was very bad experience in North Sikkim in terms of food. Day 4 - we had planned for nathula pass and other points but coz of weather we were not able to go there it was completely fine but they asked for 1500rs extra in advance to drop us to final destination zuluk because of route diversion zuluk homestay eco hut was very nice and food was also very good.. Day 5-zuluk - dargelling every thing was gud bt all 3 rooms provided in hotel was very small.. Day 6- dargelling - Siliguri every thing was gud and driver was very nice he explains every thing and show every point that was mentioned in tour plan.. Overall experience was not that nice that we have imagined before going in trip. We have to call travel agent almost daily for a complaint. But suman ji from bina travel is very nice and humble person she attended us every time and resolved the problems but problems comes daily and sometimes it's belond her capacity. We have booked this tour with travel traingle and we have called high authority of travel traingle to complain but till now they didn't have taken any action and never called back for follow up regarding trip

Vikas from TravelEPedia (supervisor/manager) was also very supportive and ensured that my trip went smoothly, even during a road transport strike in Himachal. That kind of coordination during unexpected situations truly deserves appreciation. The drivers, Mr. Rahul and Mr. Vijay, were very humble, professional, and ensured I felt safe throughout. They covered all promised places and made the journey comfortable. A special shoutout to Mr. Vijay from Himalayan Mysteries — a true gentleman. He was respectful, well-mannered, and went above and beyond to ensure my two-wheeler trip was safe. He even shared the history of places along the way, which made the experience richer. On the last day, he made sure I boarded my bus safely and only left after I was settled. That level of care is rare these days. What I truly appreciated about this entire team — Travel Triangle, TravelEPedia, and Himalayan Mysteries — is that they are genuinely people-centric. When you feel safe, supported, and cared for, paying a little extra doesn’t matter. As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making this journey so memorable.

Safari World was equally amazing—the safari drive and shows were captivating, and seeing the animals up close was a memorable experience for both adults and children.
