The hotels in Katra and Srinagar were quiet good. The best hotel was Petals of Chinar in Srinagar. The Hotel Pahalgam Suits was good but the rooms were quiet small and the water was dirty and smelly. The Divine Oak Golden leaf hotel was good on first visit, but during the last visit the bathrooms were unclean. Also the dining area had grey water leakage at multiple places which was not taken care of for over a week's time. We literally had to have our breakfast and dinner in smelly dinning room. Apart from these small things, the hotels were good. The cab driver was amazing and the service agent was good too.

Hotel should be little some better in size at Katra n pahelgam , Srinagar hotel Pital Chinar is good in all respect . otherwise good . Food is good in every hotel . Transport for sightseeing is good n comfort . Driver Shohel bhai is gentle n nice man , also responsible for timely completion daily schedule . Response every time Lishanula tour travels staff during Eid utsav also.

Thanks for all the arrangements. This trip was really a memorable one and all kudos to you travel triangle teams. The hotel and houseboat in Srinagar was really good. I found the food in Dewan hotel to be very tasty and the staff being courteous. The house boat staff was good, however the food options available in the boat was limited. The hotel in Gulmarg wasn’t that good. Room was very small. However I was not at all impressed with the hotel at Pahalgam. Those staffs were unprofessional and were in denial for most of my asks. The food options and tastes are not at all great. Overall I was bit disappointed with them. The driver stayed with us the whole time and he was really a knowledgeable local person who helped us tread well in the mountains. However I would recommend him to drive slow and have patience in the traffic. I was expecting the travel agent team to inform us about the SIM card, for which we had to spend extra hours in Airport. Overall my experience was good and had a great family outings. Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to a stunning location. Our hotel accommodations were superb. While the food could have been better on occasion, the Srinagar hotel provided satisfactory meals, though breakfast could have been improved. We didn't spend much time at Frosty Mountain, but the food there was enjoyable. The Gulmarg hotel boasted a breathtaking view, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Our stay on the Anarkali houseboat was the most pleasant; the location was perfect, and the food was delicious. Our travel agent provided prompt and helpful service whenever we needed it. One small suggestion is that after payment, we did not receive a follow-up check-in regarding our trip. However, they were very helpful when we contacted them. Before our trip, we attempted to contact Trivale Triangle; unfortunately, they were unreachable.

Each destination had its own charm—whether it was the breathtaking Dal Lake, the snow-covered Thajiwas Glacier, or the lush green meadows of Doodhpathri. I especially enjoyed the Shikara ride on Dal Lake, the Betaab Valley, and the Gondola ride in Gulmarg. The trip was planned in a way that allowed me to explore the beauty of Kashmir without feeling rushed. Transport & Driver Experience The driver assigned to us was very professional and well-mannered. His nature was friendly, and he guided us well throughout the journey. He made sure that our travel between different locations was comfortable and hassle-free. Hotel Reviews The hotels booked by Ozzo Kashmir Holidays were a mix of good and average experiences. Here’s my detailed review: Hotel Azara, Srinagar (2-star) – The service was average, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. (Rating: 2/10) Sea View, Srinagar – Service was good, and the stay was comfortable. (Rating: 8/10) Petals of Chinar, Srinagar – The worst hotel in the entire trip. No hot water for a bath, and the staff was not cooperative. (Rating: 1/10) Signature, Gulmarg – Service was excellent, and the stay was pleasant. (Rating: 8/10) Diamondstar, Pahalgam – A good experience, though there was room for improvement. (Rating: 7/10) Divineoak, Katra (2-star) – Service was just okay, nothing special. (Rating: 3/10) Overall Experience & Recommendation Apart from a couple of hotel experiences, the trip was well-organized, and I would recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays for their efficient planning and execution. The sightseeing was great, the transport was smooth, and the driver was cooperative. If they improve their hotel selection, the experience can be even better. Co-ordination from Ashima is good. Hotel Zaryab in Srinagar and Divine In n in Sonamarg is good. Hotel River Walk resort in Pahalgam is not good and Akbar house board is poorly managed. Taxi driver not provided any support in negotiating and talking to union agents. Virtually no support from travel triangle

We booked a 7D/6N Kashmir tour package with Himalayan Gateways through travel triangle. Our trip included destinations of Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Doodhpathri along with local sightseeing at Srinagar. The hotels were the same as shown. The best part of the trip was the Cab driver, Muzammil who was driver cum guide, very polite, jovial and a wonderful human being. He elevated our kashmir experience to nex level, and one which we will remember for a long time. The services provided by Himalayan Gateways were exactly as per brochure and that was the best part. Will definitely recommend Himalayan gateways if you want to book your Kashmir package for a good experience.

Firstly, the itinerary provided was well-planned and covered some of the most stunning destinations in the region, including Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam. The transportation arrangements were comfortable, and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Our car Driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable by sharing interesting insights about the local culture and history. The accommodations were generally good, though a few could benefit from better maintenance. For instance for Pahalgam stay. However, the locations of the hotels were excellent, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. The food provided during the trip was delicious, and it was a great introduction to Kashmiri cuisine. However, I would suggest offering more variety, especially for travelers with dietary restrictions. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I appreciate the effort your company put into organizing the trip. At first, I was reluctant to book my trip with Travel Triangle as nowadays there are lot of fake websites and agents but seeing their payment terms which was to be done in three installments, I decided to book the trip with travel Triangle. Only 30% of the amount to be paid before the start of the trip and all the payment to be done through website build a sense of trust on them. They also assured that all the agents are verified ones. So, I confirmed my booking with Design your trips as the budget suited me well. The trip manager handled the queries very well, be it early morning or late night she was available to answer and make changes in my itinerary according to my needs. But just after payment of the 1st installment she informed that the hotel I have selected is not available and she suggested me a different hotel near to the previous one. I reacted negatively as how can she do this after payment but later I accepted it as the hotel turned out to be a good one with good staff and food. Also, she said that all hotels including houseboats in Srinagar have 24 hours check in and check out facility but that was again told to convince the customers, and we were told that at the houseboat that the check-out time is 12 o clock. Overall, the hotel was good, but the Cab driver was not up to the mark. Throughout the journey he was driving very roughly which is the last thing to do in the hilly terrains of Srinagar and Gulmarg. Before reaching Gulmarg, he stopped the vehicle at Tangmarg saying that we need to book a different vehicle from there for our onward journey to Gulmarg as the weather is not good uphill. But as guided by the tour manager if there is no snowfall there is no need of chained vehicles, and the same agency vehicle will go uphill. After bit of protesting he agreed to continue but he tried his best to avoid going for the side scenes stating that only local vehicles are allowed to do so. Even being the local of Srinagar, he did not guide while visiting the local sightseeing of Srinagar. Also want to inform that staying in houseboat include booking a Sikara for going to and fro to the houseboat which was provided free of cost only once. Overall, the experience was good with smooth payment system and customer friendly tour and travels providing customized trips. Gulmarg gondola, sikara ride at dal lake

Hotels were excellent, we visited pahalgam, srinagar, gulmarg and sonamarg. It was an enjoyable trip in snowy paradise. The driver Mr. Ashiq guided us very well and made our journey memorable. Mr. Faisal provided great support and planned our trip in a very organized manner. Highly recommend Kashmir Heaven
