Paris-Sevilla-Barcelona Trip ID 9152202 Organised by Street Romeo Travels, Surat. Recently, me and my wife planned a trip to Europe, ie., Paris and Spain. We consulted 'The Street Romeo', our organiser team namely Mr. Maulik Bauldha, Mr. Jigar Baldha, and Ms. Rinkal Sonani and Ms. Krishna for a convenient and hassle-free travel plan. The itinerary provided was as follows: Day1: Louvre museum visit and Seine river cruise with 3 course meal Day2: Notre Dame and Montmartre walking outdoor tour Day3: Paris hop on and off bus tour Day4: Disneyland Paris visit Day5: Paris to Seville flight Day6: Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda tour Day7: Train from Seville to Barcelona Day8: Barcelona hop on and off bus tour Day9: Shopping-La Rambla The whole trip was organised well. Cab services were arranged everyday from after city tour back to hotel, also all airport pickup and drops. Their 24x7 support throughout our 10 day trip was available instantly through a WhatsApp group. We really enjoyed the paintings and sculptures at the Louvre museum. The cruise via the Seine river in Paris was a memorable one with a fine dining experience and live music, all the while with beautiful views of Paris city. Disneyland is a must visit in Paris for families as well as young adults. Don't miss the Eiffel tower night view with every hour light ups. Spain was a different experience and more cultural, Seville was breathtakingly beautiful with it's rich cultural heritage and Barcelona with a more modernistic approach. Must try the local tapas and sangria. The whole trip was smooth and hassle free. Thank you team Street Romeo for this memorable time abroad.

The trip was well organised and co-ordinated. Response from the team was prompt. We had a really good time ! The stay at Dusit Thani Krabi resort was a very good experience. We also enjoyed the island hopping.

Planning suggested by Travel Triangle was compact and covered all the places what we wanted, within the specified time frame. Even the hotel was centrally located and was very convenient. Only issue was, due to traffic between Surat and Mumbai, we got delayed and missed the onward flight, which was non-refundable. We had to shell out again for this ticket. However, the agent from Travel Triangle / Holidays Dhamaal, was available even when I called him at 5:30 in the morning, when we missed the flight. He guided me on the next step and was very helpful. However, during the booking stage, Holiday Triangle with our itinerary proposed a very low price in the second quote. When we agreed on the same, they suddenly mentioned that the Flight charges were missed out and once again increased the amount. Again, when we finalized, they had proposed the departure from Mumbai at 6:45AM, based on which we had booked the train tickets from Surat. But, when they shared the details, the flight was changed to 5:05AM, due to which we had to cancel the train and decided to drive down to Mumbai. On the way, due to heavy traffic near Virar and Bhayender, we got delayed and missed the flight. Apart from these, the overall experience with Travel Triangle and Holiday Dhamaal was good. Rest of the holidays was well organized and the cab always used to reach within the specified time. Overall, it was a good experience. For Dubai, it is better if Fridays are avoided, as almost everything is closed till 4:30PM. We could spend the first half in Miracle Garden, which was not included in the package, as this was luckily open on Friday.

We enjoyed our Trip as it was hassle free.All well coordinated as per itenary. Little bit of confusion in the start but finally taken care. Only Phuket hotel was far from beach. Overall very good experience. Travel Fliers Roshini helped us in making the trip memorable. Dusti Thani Pattaya Hotel was worth remembering.

I would like to appreciate Ashima from Redefining Tours that it was a well planned trip where almost all my requests were accommodated. I would like to expand on the following scope of improvement, 1. Bookings I had asked for direct flights goa and back but the flight back to delhi was via Surat, which i had objected at the time of booking but was told they were done and no changes will be possible. Hotels My stay was pleasant at the Ibis Styles and there was no complain whatsoever. Novotel was an excellent property and Ashima even arranged for an upgrade which I truly appreciate, the spa session was excellent but sadly the dinner was a disappointment and that was entirely at the fault on Novotel side. Cabs Our driving partner in Goa Digo was a good and was there whenever we required him. The Goa Room provided to us at Ibis Styles on our second leg of our stay there was a great experience.

Agent was quick and responsive. Planned a good package, could've been better with a few tweaks to avoid extremes of both leisure and excursion activities. Phi phi and 4 island tour. Stay at dusit thani.

I must tell you that we really enjoyed our 7 days Dubai tour. It was a very nice and friendly experience we had with you. Your arrangement was very good and especially your presence and personal attention to each group member was some thing is appreciable . The itenarary was well planned and comfortable. Dear Sailee mam, very sorry I cudnot call you because was not in town. Definately i pleased to share my experience with you all. Madam, you are aware that i am also tour operator and Shah & Jain family is my regular surat based clients. Shah group was of 11 people. They departed on 27 Oct and tour was for 7 nights. I booked this tour with local agent in ahmedabad only for sightseeing. He promised me to book the hotels also but at last moment he denied for private transfers, and offered us SIC. But my client insisted for Private. and i also paid to that agent for private only. But 6 days before departure he demanded us for Rs. 3500/- pp extra & denied Limo ride. So at last i sent confirmation of Shah group to travel triangle i mean bhramanti tourism. I must say here travel triangle is very trustworthy portal. ANd Bhramanti tourism done nice job. As per your commitment, atlast moment you arranged all sightseeing for my clients. Sailee madam, Shah group is very happy with your arrangement as well your comfortable vehicles.I heard from them You were in constant touch on whtsapp with Mr. Sunil shah & Rahul shah. Even on client's request you rescheduled Ski Dubai slot as one of the member was not feeling well on that day. You arranged doctor also. After giving in terms & conditions, no sightseeing is refundable or rescheduled, then also you arrange Ski Dubai after 3 days. Thank you very much. I m also in service industry ie. in tourism but , this kind of services only can be possible by bhramanti tourism. I must say here only sailee madam you can do. I really appreciate your ground handling as well as your hold in dubai. No doubt i had monetary loss in this tour because of previous agent but for me customer's satisfaction is important.
