It was pleasant experience booking with travel triangle and eventually being handled by proxima holidays. From Proxima , Mehvish , did tried her best to ensure no hassles should occur during my 5 nights and 6 days trip. Regarding stay : Srinagar - Stay at Karam Gold was was awesome. They have good buffet option and food is also very tasty. Pehelgam - Stay at Pehelgam retreat was just ok. Rooms were very small. And one thing which i came to know after reaching there was that there is fix timing for both Geyser and AC heater , which was very annoying. Food was just ok Gulmarg - Stay at Royal park was good. The property is very nice with scenic view. Food was just ok. Rooms were good in size and aesthetics were good. Houseboat - My biggest blooper was stay at houseboat. There were too many negatives about houseboat. Although the houseboat in look was very good with good big size rooms. My stay was with Canada Group of Houseboat which was at Nigeen lake ( which was good , I didn't like Dal Lake much). With giant size rooms , there were almost zero facility in the houseboat. Most of the time AC heater wasn't working due to electricity issue so it was chilling specially during night. And caretaker didn't took any load to start the generator. There was no water bottle in the room ( very basic ) and if u ask for one you will be charged for it. There was a very good bathtub in the washroom , but no soap or shampoo. There wasn't even a dental kit available and upon asking one toothpaste also , we were denied. Food was home cooked and not good at all as options were also very limited. My driver through out the journey was very good and cab which was given to me was etios . Overall a good trip ( but very little discomfort )

Hotel at Montreal was far away from city No transport was arranged as per Ittinerary. Had breakfast for only two in Toronto though we were three persons Laurentine mountains and Quebec city

Awesome Ok here goes U may edit as needed From the moment my niece who's visiting india from canada said she wants to visit the Taj I was petrified I'd been there in Dec and it wasn't very pleasant and I am always worried about safety etc Lokesh put me completely at ease from Day 1 reassuring me that everything would be fine Sure enough, right from the choice of Vistara airlines whose service wad awesome and included meals to the car and driver provided (I insisted he speak English) to the guide provided everything was seamless safe and a trip to remember for my niece Thank you Lokesh for creating awesome memories for us.... This ONLY FOR YOU TO SEE: On another note Lokesh driver was good but he needs to talk less. Nice guy but goes on and on, even when we were trying to catch a nap lol Just for your own reference Tks

Being from India we expect the cost to be at par with India. We found the entry charges at various places higher than Europe and Canada. As travel agents is it not your duty to inform travellers about high to very high entry charges at Parks, costly water sports, temples, museums? For examples the entry fees at our Tiger reserves is nil and SAFARI charges are maximum Rs.300/= in India. whereas the same is SLR 7500.00 per head in SL. Fortunately I had carried a credit card and could manage the huge expenses but what about middle class house wives when they go for a group tour. They will have to stand out side in Sri Lankan hot whether. Water sports. Cold and healthy climate at Nuwara Elia. A surprise celebration of my birth day by Relax Lanka during breakfast time and special dinner for the same occasion on 13.01.2017 .
