i plan for 2n munnar trip and its good budget and perfect co ordination with agent thanks

We have completely satisfied with Munnar location but as compare to Alleppey with have less satisfied due to which we have not completely enjoyed in Alleppey houseboat

My trip was kerala was arranged by Namaskaram travels. My agent Sunny was very helpful throughout the trip. However I had some bad experience through the trip. The hotel in Munnar, Grand Valley, which was given to me in a 4 star package package was not of the standard for a 4-star. The location of the hotel was 100-150 m steep down the road, which could only be reached through hotel jeep, our traveller stayed out. A good hotel but not a 4 star. The next day, my traveller broke down on our way to Thekkady and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere for a couple of hours. The agency arranged for another traveller which covered our itenary for that day and dropped us to our hotel, Woodnote, which was the best in our trip. Local arrangements were made for our siteseeing in Thekkady, which were also good. Finally, a new traveller was assigned to us for our remaining trip, with with we covered Allepy and our drop to Kochi. Overall: Traveller Experience: 2/10 Grand Valley View, Munnar: 4/10 Woodnote, Thekkady: 10/10 Time Square, Allepy: 7/10 Agent Communication: 10/10 Travel Triangle Communication: 10/10

The resort in munnar was not at all good. The rooms and location was good but when it comes to good they serve you the left over food and don't prepare it fresh. I have a very bad experience from aranayka resort. I have recorded the videos also of their resturant incharge accepting his mistake that they cheated when I ordered the meals. Serene Horizon was awesome
