Everything was exceptionally good. A special thanks to our coordinator shahid to manage last moment plan change in pahalgam due to heavy snowfall. He has coordinated very well during crisis. And a huge shout out to our driver Touqeer he was professional and yet friendly. Guided us properly throughout the journey. Without his pro driving skills we would have end up in big trouble in the snowy evening of Pahalgam trip. Hats off to the whole team Fathima, Shadid and Touqeer. Thanks making our trip to Kashmir so memorable. Will surely visit again with Kashmir Heavens team. Thanks for everything. We were travelling to Pahalgam from Gulmarg and on the way heavy snowfall started. We enjoyed a lot initially. Created a lot of memories but soon it became a nightmare when we got stuck on the road for more than 10 hours due to roadblocks. It was a thrilling night. But Touqeer has managed to somehow drive in the slippery road and finally we reached Pahalgam without any major issues. It was a night to remember forever.

It was overall a good experience in Kashmir and was a well-organized family trip by Guided trips Holidays. The trip manager Mr. Sakir & Miss Anis has been very cooperative and helpful throughout the trip. Our driver was very polite and friendly. He guided us throughout and took us to all the wonderful places Pahalgam, Gulmarg & Sonmarg sightseeing. Very well planned trip by Guided trips holidays. We were received at the airport by Mr. Amir, who was very proactive and helpful in all aspects. He navigated us throughout the tour without any rush or delay at any place, and made us comfortable throughout our entire tour. Hotel Grand Sahara Hills at Srinagar was cosy and spacious, and we had a good experience. But they need to improve their room service. (4 stars) Hotel Supreme Resort at Pahalgam is not fully ready to receive guests. The hotel  construction is not complete. Basic facilities such as approach road are not yet built, and the generator is not capable of running heater or geyser. The location is also not great. Food served had limited choices, they had only jain food. (2 stars) Hotel Zahgeer at Gulmarg is very good and in a good location. Service and food was also good. (5 stars) On the last day we stayed in Blue Dolphin houseboat in Dal lake. While the houseboat itself is okay, it was too cold to utilise any of its space due to the extremely cold weather. It had a firewood based heater in 2 out of 4 rooms, which was not sufficient to warm any room up to a comfortable temperature. We should have been advised against staying in a houseboat in such a weather condition on the last day of a long trip. The tour co-ordinators were in communication and helped out wherever possible.

He went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, always making us feel comfortable and cared for. Apart from the stunning landscapes, one of the highlights of our trip was experiencing the warmth and hospitality of the local people. Kashmir truly is heaven on earth, and the people here have hearts of gold. The food throughout the trip was consistently delicious and fulfilling, adding another layer of joy to our journey. The stay at Vista Lodge in Pahalgam was horrible. Whether it be the room heating issue or food both were pathetic one… Food hygience at serving or dining area was not all been taken care well… Added pics is just the glimpse of the cleanliness that was maintained at hotel.

Srinagar Hotel staffs were supportive and helpful, however the hotel was not of 4-star standard. The service and rooms condition including the beds were not very good. Gulmarg hotel stay was small but was good. Pahalgam hotel and services were not so good. Complimentary breakfast and dinner were with a limited spread. Guided trip Kashmir should be more professional in terms of their communication and better coordination with the hotel in terms of customer expectations. They should be more engaging with customer to create excitement and mental comfort. Traveltriangle was helpful in just connecting to the local agent and their involvement was NIL
