We planned our Kerala trip with Travel Triangle and Wondersky Travels. Hotels for Kochi was below average, Hotel in Munnar was the only hotel in entire trip which we felt great. Hotel for Thekkady was 12 kms away from Thekkady when we finished our activities in Thekkady we couldn't explore local market as the hotel was 12 kms away from town and we had to go there. Houseboat in Allepy was of average quality. Although the houseboat staff was very polite and helpful we didn't felt that bad. Hotel in Kovalam was pathetic. The room which we got initially when we reached was very bad and smelly the linen and towels were very dirty and bathroom was in very bad condition. Our entire time for that day after check in got spoiled in bad mood. We called Sandeep from wondersky and explained the situation about room then he asked for images on whatsapp as proofs and had to ask him to change the room and all. Then he upgraded our room to a good room. The cab driver was friendly.

However, our experience in Varkala was marred by a delay of over half an hour in confirming our booking. Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was not up to the mark, and the bathroom was congested. In conclusion, while we enjoyed our journey, there are areas that require improvement. We suggest providing more effective local-level guidance and ensuring that drivers are more interactive and communicative. While I appreciate your efforts in organizing the trip, I found that the itinerary was not as well planned as expected. Firstly, the places to visit in the selected locations seemed poorly organized. Some of the destinations mentioned in the itinerary like Dam in Coorg and Sakleshpura didn't exist or may not be operational and waterfall in Sakleshpura is a private property that we cannot visit without permission. Additionally, the sequence of the places was not ideal. The travel flow felt disjointed, and there were long travel times between certain cities, which could have been optimized to make the trip more enjoyable. I hope this feedback can help improve the planning for future trips, as I believe with better organization and sequencing, the experience would have been much more seamless. The trip was well planned. There was no rush or chaos at any destination. The driver Mr. Srinivas was very friendly and talktive. He was alway ready to take us whichever place we want to visit without any complaints. The hotels provided are very neat, clean and safe. Hotel at Madurai was far way from the Meenakshiamman temple and other places. Hotels at Rameshwaram and Kanyakumari was very close to hhe major tourist places almost at 5-15min walking distance. It really help us to explore the city even better. Overall it was an excellent experience of travelling without any tension. Entire trip was a best to preserve in our memory. One thing I would like to mentioned is the local south Indian food we had during intercity traveling was best. Also, the exploration of wax museum in kanyakumari give us lots of funny and happy memories. Also the sunrise experience at Kanyakumari pier is one of its kind, it's mesmerizing.

The ambience was superb, location is very good. We faced some problem regarding the car and the driver. The person is very money minded and did skip couple of places. Please try to assign a young driver next time. Also, take the full responsibility to pay the amount to the transportation and the resort/hotel next time. Please assign a good car next time as we had to wait for more than 2 hours in pykara as the car did not respond because of battery problem.
