Lets start with the driver. In spite of his perfect driving skills and good behaviour, he could use some maturity. Asking us to be ready at 08:00, he ate breakfast at 09:15. Ttravel Vichar follow-up was non- existant but Prerna at Travel Triangle was excellent. Hotels: Nandini Villa in Dharamshalla is the very best with supper caring and professional staff. Stylia hotel in Dalhousie: The view from the room was excellent but there it all stops. They are not used to European tourists, they did not have knives to the fork, they could not offer non-veg food the first day, did not have shower in the bathroom, the electrical installations didn't work properly, the room was very cold, the electrical sockets did not fit the plug and were not placed pracyically. Worst of all, there was no wardrobe to hang clothes. Vijay, the Manager, wwas though very accomodating and did his best to make ourr bearable. Grand Cobbanaa hotel was ok but did not have hair drier. To conclude tge hotel staff in all hotels very friendly and did their best to help our stay. Hotel Nandini Villa

From planning to execution to followup everything was very satisfactory.

Food taste of Manaw Valley Resort was very dull. When asked for the same they replied "we serve dull food only". Not a good experience with the food there. Apart from that no other issues with our stay in any of the hotels. Cab driver was the best I have come across. He was friendly throughout.. Paragliding

Hotel booked in Dalhousie was an excellent hotel. Highly satisfied with the choice of hotel for Dalhousie. Unfortunately graph went down in Dharmashala and hotel of Amritsar was not at all good property. The property in Amritsar doesn't even have a door. There are just windows through which you get in. Not recommended at all. Dalhousie. khajar and Driver that you had arranged. Those were best parts of the trip. Driver became our family member ! He is one of the best drivers I have ever came across including the one I use daily for my office trips. God bless him !

This was our was first trip-planning with Travel Triangle, and we got to connect with Ms Urmila - our travel agent from The Ideal Tours. She is very sincere in her approach and designed the itinerary nicely. Travel Triangle was also very much cooperative and kept their commitment. Our full trip was awesome, we ( myself, my husband and our son) enjoyed a lot, We visited Amritsar, Dharamshala and Dalhousie. Visited the much awaited Golden temple and Wagha Border parade. Enjoyed the mesmerizing scenic beauty of nature , including the life-time experience of paragliding. The hotel room in Amritsar was congested and lacked in proper ventilation, though the staffs were very amicable. They served 3 bottles of free mineral water to us while we checked out, The hotels in Dharamshala and Dalhousie were very nice , with picturesque beauty and amicable stuffs. All thanks to our trip guide Sunakshi Sharma from Travel Triangle and our travel agent Ms Urmila. Our Driver Mr. Kanhaiya was cooperative and guided us throughout the trip. Our car was having some problem with the AC. When this problem was reported to Ms Urmila, she took this matter seriously and replaced the car at Dharamshala, which is much appreciated. Had amazing travel experience.. Good cab and driver service...travel agent was prompt in resolving queries and concerns..little disappointed with hotel in mussoorie which was bit unhygenic, wifi, mobile phone and intercom all three were not working..had difficulties with connecting people.. Jungle Safari experience was simply wonderful..was given Bijrani zone..greatful to have seen Tiger and that too twice.. Couldn't have expected anything more.. Hotels in Jim Corbett and Nainital were exceptional..friendly staff, services were prompt, food was unmatchable..never had such delicious food earlier on any trip...driver was polite, knowledgable..never felt unsafe.. overall very much happy with experience..

Hridey resort overall was good. However room wasn’t clean even. Corbett Treff room had no balcony although I was promised. Food was average! Girija Temple, Kosi river.

Recently booked Mussoorie-Haridwar-JimCorbett-Nainital trip. Komal was very helpful throughout the booking process and during the trip. The hotels chosen in most of the locations were good. Hotel in Haridwar, Jim Corbett, Nainital were in good location and clean with good staff. The taxi alloted was very good and driver was very friendly and made the journey smooth. I want to thank Komal and team for making this trip smooth from start to end.

Firstly, Mr Sunil Kumar Panda from Navicrow convinced me to make this trip as I contemplated what to do during the second week of my holiday. He gave me a good itinerary and helped me close in on the trip. I went to Nainital, Kasauni, Saraikhet and Jim Corbett from Delhi. Firstly, Navicrow formed a WhatsApp group to assist me which I felt was very reassuring. All the initial hiccups were amicably sorted, especially with the cab, which turned out to be a bit of a surprise. Navicrow managed it well, but the driver and car that they sent were outstanding. Hotels-wise, I was extremely delighted with the choices provided in Kasauni and Saraikhet. There were not many choices in Nainital. But it could have been a lot better in Jim Corbett. Thanks to Navicrow for arranging a great trip. Wish them well.

The hotels Bodi Tree and The Dunes were excellent. But the cottage at Pangong and the hotel at Hanley was horrible and hopeless. I wish u please make the tourists aware that there is no heater, no hygiene and food is hopeless in these 2 places.

The stays were amazing and what made the trio more amazing was the cab driver Zakir. He explained everything nicely and was very professional throughout .

Journey was excellent, finalised the trip with minimum time. This is my second trip with Travel Triangle after Kashmir last year. Hotels and cab was very good, special mention for supportive and polite drivers. Nubra Valley and Pangong lake was awesome. Travelling between huge mountains range it self is a permanent experience.

The travel experience with Tripita was excellent. There were no hiccups during the entire trip. The hotels were very good. Especially the one at Leh and Pangong. Shefali was very reachable whenever we had any concerns. It is always good to have a bankable travel agent when travelling to a different climate. The best part of the trip was the driver. The Hotel (Sita International) which was booked for us in Delhi was not at all Good., simply pathetic. So, it's strictly recommended not to visit or book any room at Sita International in New Delhi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

Ashok country resort Hotel which was provided in delhi was not upto 4 star standards, doesnt have any restaurants near by. It looks like an extension area. Hotels in Agra and Jaipur were good. Driver Shiv Ji was too friendly and very supportive through out the Journey. Overall it was a good time spent except the hotel experience standard in Delhi.

Agent denied to take the cab ahead as the balance payment was pending we told him that we will make it once we reach the hotel. We were not informed that car AC cannot be used in Pahadi areas. Driver was not local most of the times we were checking the distance on Google. Overall Okay experience

Geyser is not working in hotel room amer valley in jaipur, but its good that they have arranged the alternative electricity heater, make sure this won't be frequent scenario's. Coming to driver he is a good person with polite behaviour but coming to work level he needs to improve he is not sure of the routes which caused a lot of delay sometimes , it would be great if you can arrange driver with good knowledge on routes for respective trip plan. Which saves both driver and our time instead of leading to wrong route.

We had our trip planned for 2 cities, Agra & Delhi. I have no doubt to say that all the facilities provided were exceptional. Right from transportation, hotel stay, sight seeing and food. Everything was good. Thank you Travel Triangle for arranging a memorable trip for us.

We booked a 6 days and 5 nights trip to Rajasthan from MY OWN JOURNEY Except on day 1 , Hotels provided are good enough room size are big However for rest of the days there was no confirmation from travel agent which hotel to stay. Note: we booked the package almost 3 months prior to trip. Still on travel day there was no assurance where we will be staying. TRAVEL AGENT SHOULD HAVE PROVIDE CONFIRMATION IN ADVANCE Otherwise hotel stay was good. Vehicle / driver - vehicle we hot is clean and in very good condition. However I felt the driver little bit arrogant In one instance, he refused to dropped us at restaurants for dinner and we have few seniors citizens with us moreover the restaurant was hardly within 1km range So that thing I didn't like. Recently I have completed my trip to golden triangle (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) with my family. This trip was booked with Trip sailor on travel triangle platform. Initially I was hesitant to use travel triangle since it is a online platform but travel triangle support helped in clearing initial doubts about the platform and then I connected with Preeti Aggarwal from TripSailor. Preeti was helpful and approachable throughout the tour and provided best itinerary with in our budget. During the tour as well she was available all the way over the call. Hotels and Cab arrangements were also good and in particular cab coordinator Parvinder was very friendly and provided great service . Overall It was pleasant experience with Tripsailor.

Over all we had a good experience, certain things like guide’s promptness could have been better. Shopping, Heritage site seeing and food.

Trip agent was co-operative. Jaipur hotel were not up to the mark w.r.t cleanlyness and Food quality . Co ordination is needed between the Agent and Cab owner for the payments.

Trip was good and relaxing, but driver misguided us during trips in Ayudha also in Varanasi, about travel conveyance in side the city where our allotted car could not enter and cost of boat ride facilities for Ganga Aarti and other temple timings,he didn't take us to few spots according to travel itinerary, but car was good and hotels in Ayudha and Varanasi were good, location of hotel in Prayagraj was not very satisfactory . Travel agent was very cooperative. Overall a good experience . This is our second trip with travel triangle. A good reasonable platform for planning and choosing a family trip

It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. In all it was a great experience & from now Wild Lotus will be my preferred tour operator when it comes to touring North India. Thanks again Rakesh Gilly.

During Crisis... Pathetic Coordination... absolutely unprofessional..half the locations could not go...loss paid money was waste..travel agent no even courteous to refund any amount

Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.

Total Holiday package deal was done in a transparent manner. Every quarry was resolved/clarify by travel adviser. Vehicle Service provided by Guruji Travels was excellent. Especially Driver Mr. Sandeep Kumar has made our journey safe and enjoyable. His Driving was the safe and excellent command on vehicle driving in Hilley region as well as on the plain road. He was so cooperative and polite with us. He has tried his level best to maintain our schedule.
