I had Great experience from booking to execution and experience of tour package to Kerala with Travel Triangle Anshu helped us select the right Itiniery keeping in mind the affordability and convenience. Our Driver Sameer was very helpful and friendly and guided us well throughout the tour covering all the spots throughout the day. All the hotel properties selected were very good and was as per our expectations. In terms of area of improvement, I would say the the Houseboat should have been better that this. The look and the facilities at the houseboat was better than us for most of our fellow traveller's and was at a lesser price. However, the self cooked food served at the houseboat was amazing. Once again thank you very much Back2travels for the amazing unforgettable experience.

website wont allow me to rate low, it wont allow me to submit rating unless i give good rating.(I have a video proof to prove about this rating scam) Terrible experience with dream yatra agency from Travel Triangle, after completion of my trip on march 11, I got calls from some transport team on 15th March saying the agency didnot pay the balance amount to them, even though everything was paid to agency before trip itself. transport team called me frequently saying agency is not responding to them. when i tried to contact Rakesh from Dream yatra I could not connect via call to his number, later when I finally got touch with him on whatsapp and told him the transport is calling me frequently, he was so rude, told me to inform the transport team myself that payment will be released on monday which is his duty. He later told me directly not to call him again for this matter even though transport team is calling me frequently for update. Is that a customer duty to take care of bills to third party even after paying everything to agency?? such a unprofessional agency it is. and this portal wont let me submit the review unless i give good star rating to agency what kind of a stupid service is this.

Both Krish Garden farm resort at chidambaram and Welcome Grand Residency Hotel at Pondicherry are very clean and neat. Vehicle Provided for 14 people travel also had nice comfortable seats and ample space for baggage. Driver was friendly and also communication was fine. Blissful journey team planned the trip with great care and budget we requested addressing our every minor requirement. Overall trip was very good. Hotels accommodation was also good. Driver was professional and cooperative but vehicle Innova provided was although neat & clean from inside but since it was very old hence was not good enough for hill station rides and pickup & speed was lacking. Travel agent was not upto his words regarding payment. Previously he gave us the option to pay 2nd installment after reaching the hotel while booking the package whereas he asked us to pay 2nd installment instantly 1 day before beginning of the trip. Although travel triangle team told us not to pay any other person or agent. My feedback is to improve the payment system such as paying 50% advance and remaining 50% during the trip. Or 50% advance and 25% at the start and remaining 25% at the mid of the trip, as per convenience.
