I have a very bad experience from aranayka resort. I have recorded the videos also of their resturant incharge accepting his mistake that they cheated when I ordered the meals. 1. Driver: Rude behaviour/ doesn’t answer when you ask something and doesn’t even acknowledge 2. ⁠ mysore palace was not in the itinerary but he asked if we wanted to visit. We said only if it is on the route. Meanwhile he went to some other place and we had to wait for him for 20 mins 3. ⁠Left us in cab for around 30-40 mins unattended on the way to ooty. This happened multiple times that we had call and wait. Once he kept chatting to a friend and we waited in the car for 10-15 mins 4. Took longer route to ooty saying the other route is under maintenance 5. ⁠always in a hurry 6. ⁠on call most of the time while driving 7. ⁠ignored us quite a few times. 8. ⁠did not stop for lunch/tea on the last day although we had asked twice. Later said “ airport pe cafeteria hai sir” rudely as he was in a hurry to complete the trip

I am not satisfied with service provided , while booking agent told he will provide hindi speaking driver also he said full day driver will be with you and wherever you want to take you can take him in stipulated time but , in actual that driver refused to go any far place which takes 30min only, driver said he will charge extra if he goes 30 min far from city , also he was not able to speak hindi or English properly. Also after booking driver details given very late to me , I only called to booking agent for driver number Kodaikanal stay was beautiful, sky view villa is best to stay

Worst experience with Travel tringle and trip sailer, I booked hotels for my trip with 4 star category, after making payment trip sailer changed my hotels to lowerand worst class hotels by stating that rooms are not available even they didnot discussed with me for changing hotels, when I checked other platform room are showing vacent, also after change of hotel they didnot refund the differential amount as well, after that when I went for check in I found that rooms not booked and on my complaint they booked the hotel to a third class hotel, and after spending 3 hours outside hotel I have to go for another hotel, trip sailer is a completely fraud company and behaviour of sheetal and saurabh was too bad, they are not customer oriented and totally unprofessional, when I made complaint to travel tringle executive, he was also feeling helpless and not supported to me, I am surprize to see that travel tringle is doing business with such fraud agents. worst experience this time but still I expect that Travel tringle will help in refunding differential amout and will take strict action to this fraud company trip sailer. worst experience
