Hi, Firstly, wishing you a very happy new year :) ✨ Thank you for your assistance and support. All in all, it was a wonderful experience in Sri Lanka. Roshan, our driving assistant and guide, was a treat to go around with. The circuit we were able to customise was great - it helped us cover the places we wanted to, while also not having to check in and out every morning. Galle's charm left us longing for more. Since we did not stay there this time, we hope to be able to plan something short covering Galle, Yala, and Ella (because the weather and train tickets non-availability didn't help this time around) sometime in the future. The stays at Topaz (Kandy), Cinnamon Bey (Beruwala), and Radisson (Colombo) were great. However, maybe we could have worked on something better instead of Heaven Seven (Nuwara Eliya) - the room was okayish and the buffet was unexpectedly limited. Everything said, Sri Lanka's hospitality and warmth, in addition to your management/arrangements were quite impressive as we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Sri Lanka. We booked the land package for 5N6D Srilanka from Travel Triangle.. Faced some initial hick-ups while booking. However, the trip was memorable and was very smooth. Both the Hotels we chose and stayed in were excellent and had beautiful rooms with nice view .Travel agent ensured the trip went smooth and accident free. From early morning pickup to drop back at Srilanka Airport we enjoyed each and every bit of the trip. Our driver "Janak" was an awesome guy who not only drove well but was very courteous and soft spoken. He wasn't for once even denied an extra stoppage ( as with our kid we had to take multiple breaks). There was no unnecessary interference or suggestions either. Brilliant guy!! Cinnamon Bey Beruwala: Property at bentota was huge with an ocean view room. It had multiple activities for kids in play area. A swimming pool for both kids and adults, live musical evenings, weekly cultural show, close proximity to beach and nice food.. Turtle farms, Hikkaduwa beach ( famous for snorkelling), bentota beach area, madhau river safari we had a nice experience.

Mention the time for travel from one place to the other as most of the day time we were in the car. Don't waste the money and time of your clients by sending them to places such as tea gardens, jewelry showrooms where prices are double the market rate and the travel agent and driver's are only benefitted at the cost of clients. Instead guide them to places where they can get genuine products at reasonable price. Your driver would take us only to places where he is benefitted. It was disgusting. In your brochure you have written stay in Bentota where as you booked us in Beruwala where the beach is gravel sand. Bentota is a decent beach but you looked after your interest and not the clients. Direct Link is a very good and reliable travel agent in Sri Lanka. Shafna from Direct Link helped us plan our Sri Lanka trip very well. She was very courteous, well-behaved, responsive before, during and after booking the trip. It was a pleasure interacting with her. Rizmi, our driver-guide, was very courteous, punctual and always available when we needed him. I would recommend him to anyone traveling to Sri Lanka. The only con was the food quality and service at the hotels -- Sri Lankan hotels really need to improve the behaviour and responsiveness of their servers and front office staff. While Horton Towers in Nuwara Eliya, Mandara Resort in Mirissa, and Manara Beach in Beruwala were just about ok in terms of service, Ehalagala Resort in Sigiriya was the pits. The service quality at most of the hotels wasn't up to the mark. Ehalagala Resort in Sigiriya was the pits. There was no electricity or hot water (I had to literally beg for a bucket of hot water to take a shower as I had fever and couldn't shower with cold water), the intercom was not working, the food quantity was a joke, and service was very, very bad, to say the least. The manager wouldn't even look people in the eye or be courteous while talking and should be fired immediately. We heard that the hotel staff can't do their work properly because of his inefficiency. The food at Horton Towers and Mandara Resort needs improvement, as does the time responsiveness of the servers and hotel staff. At Manara Beach (Beruwala), on the first day, the hotel staff messed up, as our rooms had been given to some other people as we arrived late. They later made up by giving us really good rooms and great service. The food at Manara Beach was excellent.

First of all let me start with the sales agent Mr.darshana, I just gave him the no. of days I would be visiting Sri Lanka and he was amazingly quick to put together a plan for us in a couple of minutes,his choices of hotels were amazing, especially the views from the rooms. Their prices are reasonable and services are excellent. We landed on 6th august,2019 in SL and the guide(Mr.Ramesh) was waiting for us patiently with the name board,he was not difficult to find. He was courteous and polite and helped us board the vehicle and start our trip to the different destination in sri lanka. We travelled from Colombo->Kandy->Nuweraellaya->ella->Beruwala(water sports and river safari). They even plan a day trip to visit the town of Galle from beruwala. I would definitely suggest Relax Lanka Tours to anyone travelling to Sri Lanka.

We had a great trip to Srilanka baring unexpected rain on Thrid day in Nuwara Eliya. Special mention to Chauffeur Mr. Dankan who was polite, helpful and extremely supportive during this trip. I will give one additional point to Boomlanka to have Ms.rashmi as one of their key member. All hotel stay were good, especially out stay at Ypsylon resort Beruwala provides wifi only in the lobby not in the room. . The only feedback I have for Boomlanka & Travel Triangle is while doing the planning, the entry fees & other exclusions for sightseeing which are mentioned under exclusion, they should provide a rough estimate (if not in detail) of how much it will cost us more after paying for the planned trip and when customer asked something which was not sure, i would request boomlanka team to provide better suggestion to make the trip more fruitfull . This will help us to plan in better way on monetary basis. Anyway, overall trip was good and will plan again to visit Srilanka to explore the places which we missed during this trip. And a big thanks to Ms.Divya seth from travel traingle team for making this trip happen, she has been very supportive and fast in response for every request.

Elegant Vacations is a very professionally managed travel agency. A huge thanks to Miral for his excellent support and constant endeavor to make this a memorable trip for us. He managed to get us into all the hotels that we asked for. We were provided with a nice car and an excellent driver-cum-guide Isuru. He took us to all the usual tourist spots and also some off the usual route. Overall, a truly enjoyable holiday... Going to the Beruwala harbour early in the morning and then watching wild turtles in their natural habitat rather than in a hatchery. This was made possible by our driver-cum-guide Isuru, who knew his way around the place very well.

I will recommend The Palms as it is a perfect beach resort in/near Bentota.
