Overall, my travel experience was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. A special thanks to Sandeep Sir from Turn On Vacations for his assistance. Hotel Welcome Paradise provided a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location offered a perfect view from the room. The food was good, although there is room for improvement, especially with dinner. The breakfast, however, was quite nice. Hotel Old Manali Retreat was good overall, but we faced some issues with the location on the map, as it was inaccurate. However, the view from the room was fantastic and definitely made my day. The staff and food were below average, though. Hotel Indrasan was another excellent property. The staff were polite, the food was very nice, and we had a good variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. Chalo Kasol Huts and Camp was a great camping option. Although there’s no view from the room, it is located near the river, which allowed us to enjoy the surroundings. The dinner here was excellent, with multiple varieties. It’s important to note that the timing for both dinner and breakfast is fixed. They won’t serve food before the designated time, and while the meals may be delayed, they won’t be served early. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to have breakfast on our last morning due to an early checkout, as my driver was in a hurry. Driver Experience: The driver was good overall. The first two days went smoothly, but his behavior changed on the activity day. We didn’t participate in any of the activities where he dropped us, which seemed to affect his attitude. On the last day, I had informed him multiple times that I needed to reach Chandigarh by 4 PM due to a 5 PM train. However, he had to pick up another traveler, and he dropped us off in Chandigarh at 2 PM. Due to his hurry, we missed our breakfast that morning.

Hotel stay are fine. Food is good, we could not get South Indian food for our daughter as she is not able to accustom to north food. Cab and Driver were good. He is very cooperative and safe and good driving. We had only 2 things which could have been better. 1. We expected a driver who can converse with us in English, because we are poor in Hindi. But unfortunately that did not happen. 2. While returning back to Delhi the driver who was with us for all 6 days has transferred us to another driver for the last 3 hours drive. The new driver was not conversing at all. I did not even heard his name properly after asking 3 to 4 times. We asked him to stop for tea/coffee few times. In spite he did not stop and his answers were 1 word. Apart from that overall the trip is very memorable

Booked Amritsar Dalhousie Dharamshala tour with ideal tours. Services of Hotel Sawera Grand at Amritsar were pathetic. The travel agent wanted us to remind her of the trip as she was busy with personal commitments. We had to wait for hotel rooms as the hotel was not informed about early check in. Despite full payment to the travel agent our check out was delayed as hotel was not paid. Driver drove recklessly in ghats causing motion sickness. The travel agent had no clue about booking at Wagah border and other trek details. Hotel DLS at Mcleodganj and Hotel Ark at Dalhousie were good.

This is our 3rd trip with Travel Triangle. But this time trip was not as we expected as earlier trips. Could have been better. Itinerary was well planned arranged by Travel on Ease and our driver was very professional and polite. Problem was the poor coordination among the local coordinator ,driver and hotel. Detailed information was not shared with driver about hotels ,bus timing, itinerary etc. We had to wait till last minute for Bus details from delhi to manali and vice versa on which our inter linked travelling journey to Odisha was dependent. Had to call several times for the Travel Details n Timing. We checked out from hotel in kasol and waited for the bus details from 1.30 pm to 7 pm in a restaurant which was very irritating. No details received for further plan. Similarly while travelling from delhi , had to wait in delhi for manali bus details for 11 am to 6 am.Just 1.30 hrs before we received bus details. If we had received details earlier we could arrange hotel for rest and check out hotel accordingly. Manali Hotel "Yaato Retreat" was great. We spent 02 days there in manali. Great service, behaviour, location near mall road. Overall great service. Also thanks to Travel on Ease for the arrangement of Cake on our anniversary day. A big thanks to them. Kasol Hotel Devlok International was also good.location is at the kasol market place.Room view was great.Service was good.You can roam around the market area nearby and visit some famous cafes. The stay was comfortable. Had a very good experience except the starting day and the last day. I would suggest for the customer taking the bus booking from delhi to manali in your own scope instead of any agency in order to avoid the last minute rush. This is also a suggestion to Himachal agency if you can't share the bus details before 01 day then don't take the bus booking in your scope as it creates a big rush confusion and tension in customer part which ultimately destroys all the beautiful memories collected in the trip. Customers forward journey from Delhi is dependent on our itinerary shared timing. Please do share all the details with timing at least 01 day prior so that they can plan accordingly without wasting time sitting idle and plan accordingly for forward journey to their convenience.

All good with Capture Kashmir tour operator. Ms. Mehak was passionate to organize the tour. Driver Aizeez was decent. The hotel arrangements are good except in the Hotel Devine Oak at Katra. We asked for single room with Quad sharing for 4 persons. Hence the room sizes in Hotel Azizia in Srinagar, Frosty mountain in Pahalgam were given good rooms. House boat experience at Srinagar was good except some communication gap between operator and boat organizer. On the whole , the tour went on well with Capture Kashmir. "Finally, we completed our trip to Kashmir. It started well, as per the itinerary promised by Arooz. However, the Pahalgam attack drastically changed things, and we were eager to leave Kashmir and head back home due to the fear that gripped every face. But then, a magical turn came in our trip and I am very much thankful to Arooz(Breezy Travels) and Amir(Our Cab Driver). I messaged Arooz to change our hotel due to the attack, and she assured me that she would take care of it. Within no time, she changed my hotel. When I checked into the new hotel, my family and I felt safe, especially since an Indian army bunker was nearby. I asked Arooz to cancel our houseboat and continue with the hotel. Arooz worked tirelessly to secure a room for one more day, and finally succeeded. Throughout our trip, she kept calling and sending WhatsApp messages to check if we were okay and feeling safe. She even offered us to stay at her home, saying we were her responsibility. Her efforts touched our hearts, and we started feeling safe in Kashmir. We also can't forget our driver, Amir, who was with us for all six days. He became like family, and after the Pahalgam attack, he reassured me, "Don't worry, sir. I'll take a bullet before anything happens to you." He would call me multiple times a day to check if I was okay, if I'd eaten, and sometimes he'd arrive hours early just to boost my morale. The most touching moment was when he brought mangoes and bananas for my little child, saying, "Please take this so your child can have it when they're hungry." He even took me to a bat shop to fulfill my dream of owning a Kashmir willow bat." But I am expecting partial refund as I was like house arrest in hotel for half of my trip which I accept no one's fault, not you, travel agent or anyone... It's just if possible please provide partial refund Sonmarg snow mountains, kashmir willow bat

The Trip was awesome. It was my most awaited trip to remembered lifeline. Travel agent Farah from Hermosa trips has managed every thing very carefully . The driver provided by agent i.e. Imtiyaz was very helpful and caring. He fulfilled all our requirements including travel, food and shopping. Love to recommend all to book your trip through Hermosa trips. Only problem we faced was we had to book flight tickets from Srinagar to Jammu with a much higher price which was not expected. That happened due to landslide in Srinagar Jammu Highway. Though Farah managed the Hotel to airport drop the reschedule costs us Apx Rs 40000 more including that additional flight tickets and another day stay at Hotel . Initially as per package Katra Drop was included. Would have been more happy if any additional help in terms of some refund was there.

My Leh Ladakh trip was so awesome, I was in touch with Amrita who was always helpful throughout our journey, really appreciated her service and always available on call for help with me during the trip, I was traveling with Kids but never felt unsafe. We got private car with expert driver Firoz who drove so smooth and safe always. One day while going to Pangong there was land slide and we missed hotel stay there cozof road closed but Amrita immediately transferred our stay from Pangong hotel to Nubra hotel and we did not had to worry at all, also next day she planned our trip accordingly so we can cover all the missed places in 1 day We had an absolutely fabulous time. Also, our driver Firoz was also so active and given superb service. and I have already told people about you and your service Amrita, next time where never will plan will defiantly plan with Travel Triangle only, trip was very comfortable and reasonable. The Hotel (Sita International) which was booked for us in Delhi was not at all Good., simply pathetic. So, it's strictly recommended not to visit or book any room at Sita International in New Delhi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

The hotels in general were not at a three star level except for Shani Vilas in Ranthambore. The hotel in Agra did not even have hot water. The initial room provided in Delhi's metro view was very bad and we had to request for a change. The toilet flush was not working, the bathroom door did not have a latch, the door was broken etc. Please ensure that the right level of hotels are provided.

Overall Trip Experience: I had a good experience overall. The travel agent, Abhishek, was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. This trip was planned for my parents and grandmother, and I appreciate the effort that went into organizing it. Areas for Improvement: Cab Driver Changes: One of the major issues I encountered was the frequent changing of cab drivers (4-5 times during the 5-day trip). This created confusion, especially for my parents and grandmother, as they had to adjust to new drivers each time. It would be helpful if the same driver could be assigned for the entire duration of the trip or at least for longer periods. Traffic and Local Insights: While traveling from Varanasi to Prayagraj and then to Ayodhya, the cab got stuck in heavy traffic, which was a bit frustrating. Since this was during the Kumbh Snan period, I understand that there were challenges, but it would have been beneficial if the local drivers provided tips on avoiding crowded routes or traffic hotspots. Local advice could have helped avoid delays and made the trip smoother. Positive Highlights: Apart from the challenges with the drivers and traffic, the overall experience was enjoyable. Kudos to Abhishek, the travel agent, who was always there when needed and made sure everything else went smoothly.

It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. In all it was a great experience & from now Wild Lotus will be my preferred tour operator when it comes to touring North India. Thanks again Rakesh Gilly.

Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.
