When confronted, the driver actually shouted at us instead of apologizing. DreamYatra clearly ignores quality control; if they

Thanks to his timely guidance, we were able to plan accordingly and reached Madurai Airport on time without any stress. He also arranged a panda at Rameshwaram Temple for us, which made our darshan smooth and very special. We had a truly great darshan experience.
