The only thing I wish could be better was the airline which was offered to us- Batik Air. Almost all flights were delayed and not even water was offered as complimentary. Booked Bali trip thru Aga Holidays Pros:- 1. On Field drivers and agents in Bali were very good 2. Hotels were nice 3. Overall trip experience was a good one. 4. Bali travel agent were super concerned polite and helpful in time of need. Cons 1. Lack of professionalism in communication. 2. After repeatedly asking for details of scuba didnt get any information on the experience 3. No response from the travel agent when in need while changing the hotel from ubud to kuta again.
