My Trip to Manali (from Delhi) was overall ok. 1. Ok because of the worst experience on Traveling by Volvo. I suggest not to choose the Volvo option. Though i have done the reservations 3 months back, I was given Back seats in Volvo in both onward and return. Never ever deal with the Volvo representative Manoj. He is the vendor for 1 point 5 billion. At Delhi pick up point he asked me to wait at the Church (ext to indian oil petrol bunk) and told me that the bus will come by that route. Later he changed it and asked us to come to that galli as Police will not allow the bus to stop over there. There was an other family as well had to walk down with baggage towards another pick up point. It was not a Volvo bus, it was a age old Benz bus. Very noise and no AC to maintain the temp. It was so cold outside and the same inside. Bus broke down on the way. when I asked Manoj about the Bus quality and no maintaining of AC, he says though its broke down it reached on time right?? Regd to temp inside, he acted like he doesnt know how Volvo buses maintain the temp inside. Return was a clean/good AC Volvo but again BACK seats. 2. I made my booking for an Innova with addl chanrge for it for the local trip. They have never provided me an Innova. a) Bus stop to Hotel- a TATA car. Not sure of the brand. Never seen on Bangalore roads b) 1st Day local site seeing a different car and the 1st one engaged with something else c) 2nd day local trip - Maruti Alto. It was too tight and a tough one d) 3rd day some other can kind of vehicle. Again never seen this car on Bangalore roads 3. Hotel (Tanglewood villa) -Good. Service was bit slow but i njoyed the stay in the hotel Location - Good, Cleanliness- Good, Food- Super, Balcony view- Excellent I dont think i should complain on Hotel/Stay. Representative Ansh Mehta was very responsive. My overall interaction with her - Excellent. If my Volvo exp would have been good, I would have rated Very Good over all.

Trip was a little bit hectic due to long journey. Hotel in McLodgang was good but Hotel in Manali was average. Mostly visiting places in manali/shimla or dharmshala are in a high climb place, and the driver used to drop us at starting and did not parked cab in parkings to avoid parking charges , due to which we have to walk more. Overall a nice experience of whether and places like Kufri and Solang valley.

The trip was awesome as the place is. The travel agency has provided satisfactory support as and when required by me. The hotel was clean and located in a approachable area. The hotel staff is well behaved. However, the rooms provided to us as honeymoon suite was never considerable as suit. The hotel have to think and re-planned their services under honeymoon inclusions especiallyabout the candle light dinner. Overall the complete trip is good and many thanks to the driver 'CHHOTU' for his heart winning service. Lucky to experience Snowfall at Rohtang pass in the off season like October.

They convince you by saying that they are himachal specialists as they are local. Companies from delhi wont know much about Himachal. However, I dint find anything extra ordinary in the trip. I went to Himachal 15 years back as a kid through an Ahmedabad based travel agent. North INdia travels made me see the same spots one more time. Nothing extra ordinary as they say.. Everyone should avoid Shimla as a whole. Nothing extra ordinary to see. Not even suitable for good photos. The staff in Shimla hotel was not welcoming. They were behaving as if they are doing something great for us. Rooms were not as awesome as it looked in photos. Food was good although We stayed in Manali for three nights. Hotel was good. liked it but again you come to hill station to enjoy the view. Here we were taken to temples and couple of museums.. Dint find it amazing as they say. I wanted my trip to start from Pathankot but agent told me to start from Ambala or Delhi. Because of that the road travel increased by 300 kms. My wife got ill due to so much of road travel on hill roads. We cut shorted our trip and so so so happy to be back at home. Might not recommend Northindia to anyone..

I just casually called Ansh Mehta that food is not good in one hotel and she taken the responsibility to sort out the issue just in hours. Hotels are neatly maintained and driver who assigned was very professional and helped us when ever needed. Over experience is too good.

It was a great Trip . Superb arrangement by Capture Kashmir . The Hotels , Food and specially the Cab Driver ( Suhail Bhai ) . Suhail Bhai helped in every possible way. He helped to save a lot of money from many ways with the best products from the market . One thing if you are coming winter you will face issues in the House boat as they turn off heater in the night . Also the food in house boat is okay okay . Rest everything is superb . We had a great week visiting Kashmir. Travel triangle gave us the best options to choose travel partners comparing prices quoted by several travel agents. We went with capture tours and travels, hosted by Danish, an excellent agent who made all the efforts to make sure we got the best hotels and were comfortable during our stay. We were driven by Zahoor who is a very friendly and safe driver. I highly recommend booking through travel triangle and also capture tours and travels as a travel agent.

Mr.Danish planned our trip very well and kept taking feedback from time to time. Whenever we called they responded very nicely. My Cab Driver Mr Anjar was excellent in his driving and well known for all places and guide us very well. Thanks entry team. I will again plan to book my next trip thorough Travel triangle only. We get good support from hemosa trips. Our special thanks to HAFSA Madam for their cooperation. Just one thing I want mention about poor food quality in house boat. Otherwise our trip is good. Pahalgam hotel vista was fabulous for food n sevice and facilities. Hotel classic was good but there was service issues. Man power n electricity issue was little bit we observed there.

There was some faux pas experienced at the end of the travel agent Trek De Kashmir in connection with the Check-in at the hotel in Patnitop. I had to wait for around half an hour for the check out as the hotel did not have any information of a booking in my name. Eventually, it was sorted out with the intervention of the travel agent but this forced waiting was unwarranted and a spoiler as well. Moreover, the travel agent could have advised me to ensure that I indeed had a post paid mobile connection in J&K, which I was not aware of. As a result, I remained without communication except through wifi (WhatsApp) only when I was inside the hotel. Our SIM cards had gone inactive as soon as we entered Jammu region. I had never experienced a snow fall even when I have been travelling for the last 25 years throughout the hills. Encountering a beautiful snowfall was the USP of this Bhaderwah tour.

Overall trip was fine but we didn't liked the behavior of driver ,he was denying to take us to some of the places ,and was also not friendly .

Overall very good experience . one small issue was.. We had to request for heater then they provided. Hotel was changed at the last moment although it was good hotel.

It was a good experience to book the package from travel triangle. We can personalize it according to us. We booked a package for Rishikesh, Auli and Haridwar. It was a good trip.

You people do wrong commitment. Upgraded the package 29000 to 31500 for facilitate honeymoon inclusions but it was only for inclusion. I did not get anything like honeymoon package. Please do not cheat customer.

Trip Date : 09/07/2022 to 17/07/2022 Hotels and Cabs were excellent. Travelling with them around Ladakh was great, it would have been nicer if they would have started early as we were not able to stop for photographs and had to avoid many places due to time limits. As the trip was planned long ahead proper communication with the drivers should have established earlier so that our choice of places to visit could have been more clear and well informed so that they would have planned accordingly. All though not much of suggestions, but since Ladakh is a region were mobile network is very limited or NO Access to service, proper instructions should have been given to the drivers and the hotels pre-booked of our arrival and departures. Hope people reading this understand it and properly plan for the future bookings.

Trip was well planned by the agency. Ansh and team gathered the requirements correctly and proposed & planned a suitable trip.

Trip was well planned and executed, Driver Tashi was polite and always on time. Hotel oriental at leh was very good with tasty food. Hotel Organic boutique at Nubra was also good but two cockroach was in room. This may be because of kitchen in adjacent room. One star reduced for that. Regal camp at pangong was changed in last movement but 100 sky camp was very good and comfortable. Best view from all hotels and camp. Camp was near to pangong lakes 3 idiots shooting points. Trip coordinator Mr Stanzing was always available on phone call.

I first time have booked from 1 point 5 billion inches and the overall experience was great. The whole trip was seamless. Cab was great Folks assisting in our trip were really nice. had 1 problem in the last hotel booking but then they arranged an alternative hotel which was also similar to what we have opted for, just little far from our previous hotel. Will definately recommedn 1 point 5 billion inches for any Ladakh trip.

Except for the hotel stay in Delhi, the rest of the hotels were decent. Delhi hotel was not upto the mark. Had cockroaches and food was sub standard and highly priced.

The Hotel (Sita International) which was booked for us in Delhi was not at all Good., simply pathetic. So, it's strictly recommended not to visit or book any room at Sita International in New Delhi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

Very good experience by travel triangle. What room you provide in agra is worst. And also driver didnot have experience to show best south meals hotels. And drivers view best hotel means high paid hotels. And small request you must provide room for drivers and also observe car parking Every thing is best memory, aditya sir is so good

Hotel stay at Jaipur was not at all good. No hygiene or proper facilities were available

Hotels were good. Breakfast was well prepared. But cab driver was not knowledgeable. Even he changed the itinerary due to which we won't be able to cover the spots. We missed some places. Although overall it was a nice trip. Thanks to travel agent for providing us good facilities in reasonable price.

Regarding hotels, I would like to say Heritage Juma Resort at sand dunes was excellent with delicious food services and its cultural program was awesome. We recently chose services for first time from back to holidays for our trip to Rajasthan, and while there were some positive aspects, unfortunately, our overall experience was not as smooth as we had hoped. Issues with Driver and Vehicle The driver and vehicle provided were from Uttar Pradesh, not Rajasthan. As a result, the driver had no local knowledge, which caused significant delays and confusion. For instance, upon our arrival at Udaipur airport, it took 30-40 minutes for the driver to locate us, despite being at the airport gate. We were with six children and had to direct him over the phone repeatedly. Throughout the trip, the lack of local knowledge meant we had to rely on Google Maps to reach destinations. This consumed extra time and added unnecessary stress. Inaccuracies in Itinerary The itinerary mentioned an elephant ride near the Birla Temple, which was not there it was near amber fort and due to this details we missed that. This was a major disappointment, especially for the children who were looking forward to it. Sightseeing in Udaipur was poorly planned. For example: Jagdish Temple, listed for Day 2, should have been included on Day 1 as it is adjacent to Jagmandir Palace. Due to this misalignment, we had to waste time traveling across the city on Day 2, which resulted in skipping Fateh Sagar Lake and the Aquarium. Hotel Experiences Devi Palace, Udaipur: This hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, providing detailed guidance for local sightseeing. The breakfast and meals were also outstanding. The Lighthouse, Jaipur: Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. The staff was rude, unresponsive to feedback, and the breakfast quality was subpar. We decided against having any meals here. What ever ratings we have given to the hotels are only to devi palace we consider poor rating to the light house. We enjoyed, our stay at Devi Palace, the overall experience was spoiled by the lack of local expertise, misinformation in the itinerary, and disappointing accommodations in Jaipur. We hope you consider this feedback to improve your services for future travelers.

Our Rajasthan Trip was good and Mohit's suggestion and planning was good where he accomodated Chittorgarh and Kumbhalgarh in our 8 days and 7 nights travel which other travel agents were reluctant and price was also competitive. Hotels provided were good and Driver Dara Singh was also good and drove patiently and gave us time around.. All places in Rajasthan were memorable, Jaipur - Amer fort and Nahargarh fort, History of Chittorgarh, Meera temple, Udaipur palace and boating Fateh sagar lake, Kumbalgarh fort and shiv temple, Jodhpur Mehrangarh fort, Enjoyed jaisalmer desert camp the most with Jeep safari and camel ride the most, Visited Brahma temple in Pushkar and finally finishing with Hawa mahal, Jantar mantar ans shopping in Jaipur

They were very clear in terms of what can be achieved and what cannot. Stuck to all commitments they made. Cab service was critical and that was taken care of extremely well.

Overall a good trip but on trip coordination could be better.

The hotels provided were not upto the mark and located in a remote localities. Cab drivers were not supportive in showing the local sights and restaurants.

yeah the trip was excellent .the planning part with the help of travel agent was best. The cab driver was also good but did tried to skip few local places tough. travel triangle was very responsive and helpfull. U can surely book through them. there were some glitches overall trip was good.

It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. In all it was a great experience & from now Wild Lotus will be my preferred tour operator when it comes to touring North India. Thanks again Rakesh Gilly.

Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.

Total Holiday package deal was done in a transparent manner. Every quarry was resolved/clarify by travel adviser. Vehicle Service provided by Guruji Travels was excellent. Especially Driver Mr. Sandeep Kumar has made our journey safe and enjoyable. His Driving was the safe and excellent command on vehicle driving in Hilley region as well as on the plain road. He was so cooperative and polite with us. He has tried his level best to maintain our schedule.
