Very good arrangement of Hotels and Cab as per our requirement. Kudos to Travel Triangle and TMIC Holidays. Nitin helped in building the itinerary keeping all our requirement in minute details. He is too good and keeping in touch in all the time of the tour. We went for Jammu, Patnitop and Vaisno Devi with Hotel accommodation (Breakfast and Dinner) with Cab. No issues anywhere with hotel or Cab. We enjoyed the whole trip. Patnitop is so relaxing with serene beauty of nature.

Seemaherle's 6 days trip to Kashmir

The trip was well organised but a few things could have been better. We didn't know that there would be travel restrictions due to Amarnath Yatra due to which we had to return to our rooms early. The hotel at patnitop was horrible experience with loud music till midnight and our group feeling neglected with dirty rooms. Unfortunately, we had to change tour vehicles due to problem with the vehicle. The driver, Mohsin Khan, explained and guided us when he was driving us around. But once we changed vehicles it was not the same experience. Mohsin took us to a lot of shops where we could shop for dry fruits and carpets and clothes just as we asked. The last day we didn't have a good support from the manager, John as we had to call multiple times to get vehicle for airport. Since only 3/11 pepper in our group has seen Kashmir before, they missed seeing a lot of places because of the yatra. Numaira, who organised the tour for us was very supportive and tried to help us a lot. Pahalgam was delightful.

Total Support and nice arrangements by Faisal from Peacock Travels. Because of Bad Weather our Trip was not as per initial plan, however the support which Mr. Faisal from Peacok Travels was awasome, He was awailable 24 by 7 and the timegap arrangements done by him shows his quick responsiveness. The trip which we started from Jammu and ended up with Patnitop snow viewing was briefly and beautifully arranged by faisal. Also thanks to Sara mam from Peacok travels for redefining our package.

The hotels provided in Srinagar were good including the boat house stay, the decor at both places was outstanding. We were also provided with transport facility for pick up and drop including the daily sightseeing and the attitude and punctuality of drivers was superb. Both Sameer and Raees were wonderful all throughout our tour helping us with useful tips on sightseeing and shopping. Our last stop at Patnitop was a make shift arrangement as we needed to cancel Pahalgam due to traffic restrictions. This part of our trip was really not upto the mark as the make shift Hotel arranged was really falling short on the hospitality levels set so high in initial part of our trip. Apart from this one exception we really enjoyed our trip Special thanks to Bisma and Travel Home for coordinating a fantastic trip for us.. :) Shalimar Garden at Srinagar Hazrat bal Sonmarg (especially the fiery ride of Zojila pass) Gulmarg

Ca's 4 days trip to Kashmir

We booked our Trip from Katra to Shiv Khoro to Patnitop to Jammu, due to our late departure from Vaishno devi we are unable to go to Shiv Khori, hence next day we will proceeds to Patnitop, our driver stops the Cab many time on the way to meets his friends and relatives, hence almost 2 hours had been lost in transit, when we reached patnitop, we enjoyed Padora Chowk and Children Park, some where we listen the loud music we enquire from local end they said there is a cultural program hence we approached our driver to take us the destination, he said there is no such cultural program, we have a fixed schedule to go to Nathatop and Sanasar Lake, next day when we go to Nathatop and approached our driver to go to Sanasar Lake then he refused and giving many excuse that there was a mud and my car willbe fall there due to whether problem, believe me there was a clear sun shine no such incidents happen there, we inquire about the roads from local tribes they said no such incidents happening there, many other vehicles will also go there, but he refused to go there, on the way to Jammu he again stopped at many other places to meets his friends and relatives, overall experience was very bad with Travel designer, and even our Travel triangle adviser didnt want to get in touch with us on tour. Even in Jammu he has come to 11 AM to take us further at Raghunath Temple, didnt want to say anything else, but make sure will never booked any package from travel triangle in future.

first of all thanks to travel triangle & KIRC, srinagar (my tour planner) to make my holidays plan so special and memorable. to begin with i was little bit anxious about visiting Jammu & Kashmir but due to its beautiful places very much attracted to this place. So beginnining with Sringar stay at hotel and trip to all garderns famous in sringar was all awesome secially tulip garden, valley of flowers. next day shikara ride at evening time was one of the best moments of my life. i would recommend shikara ride at evening time only. stay at delux houseboat was quite cool. then comes the beauty of snow at sonmarg and gulmarg and snow activities like skiing, sleging & bike riding was first but always memorable kind experience. stay at patnitop & katara was good. Then comes the Famous mata vashno devi shrine.. a heavenliy experience there....one full day going to temple and return... Special mention to My tour planner Qasim bhai & tour guide Majid Bhai & Mr. Ajaaaaad Bhaijann never will forget these persons for handling us with so much love and care....thank you brothers...

Dhanankanuradha's 5 days trip to Kashmir

This tour was a gift to my children who saw ice only in fride earlier. so our main concern was to enjoy snow fall and play in ice. This review would be incomplete if i dont mention the name of Miss Shabina from Peacock Holidays and the Driver Mahadev. Shabina helped us in last moment changes of our plan and also arranged the rooms at Patnitop. The best stay was at Hotel Pahalgam Retreat and Gulmarg Resort. We got red carpet welcome. Both the places were extremely cozy and comfortable. We not only enjoyed rains, sunny afternoon but also the snow fall next morning. Mahadev was a person of great patience and happy go lucky person. Always ready for the drive. We used to start at 5am or 6am on chilly morning, but he was always ready. Really tons of thanks to Peacock Holidays for allowing us enjoy so much on our dream vacation... we are planning to have more such tours with them and already told our friends to do so.. thanks ..

All the people I dealt with during my trip was very polite and professional. The arrangement was up to expectations From Katra, Patnitop, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Houseboat, Srinagar Hotel all were excellent and up to mark. And I constantly got calls from Peacock Holidays to make sure of the trip is going nice. Specially the cab driver was very polite and professional. We got stuck in Srinagar Due to snow as road was blocked due to their extra efforts & Local network they insisted to leave the plan to go by road and rather take a flight if we want to catch the connecting flight from Delhi. i appreciate true dedication towards work by Saika & her Husband they arranged hotel for extra night & Cab at very nominal charges. Booked Vaishnodevi Tour with Peacock. Ahmad was good in handling in my requirements & Made some suggestions. He insisted me to take a night in Patnitop & Trust me that was out of the world. We were picked on time from Jammu Airport & Drived to Katra to our Surprise our Hotel was Upgraded from 3 Star to 4 Star which was lovely with great rooms & food was great. our next destination was Patnitop i was little bit confused about the hotel & Weather as i was traveling with family. But Ahmad made sure that we have lovely time and He made our rooms upgraded to Valley view rooms. It was a jaw dropping view with great ambience's & up to mark service. Without Seeing some one by face and he treated us as our own family & Made sure by regular follow ups by Him or By Office staff both from Srinagar & Katra that we are having good time.
