    • Trip to Gangtok - Gangtok - Darjeeling

This was my first trip with Travel Triangle and I am glad that I choose Zippi Trip for my travel arrangements. Sanjeev Sharma was quite proactive in all his communications and he maintained complete transparency while booking hotels and cab. Vouchers were delivered as soon as payment was done. Milan - our cab driver for Sikkim part of the tour ensured our safety at high altitudes and was jovial. I will definitely recommend Zippi Trip to all of my friends! Keep up the good work!

    • Trip to Gangtok - Gangtok - Darjeeling

Sikkim- truly paradise on heaven. Our trip was awesome and we all enjoyed thoroughly. We were able to cover most of the important places during our trip. Thanks to trips to nature. Especially raj for arranging the itinerary, shantanu for coordinating our trip. Loads of love from us. Our main objective was to visit north sikkim, gurudongmar lake and zero point. Unfortunately lachrn roaf was closed due to land slide, so we couldn't visit gurudongmar. But tripstonature team (shantanu) made immediate changes in our itinerary and included zuluk. Though it was a good location, due to heavy rain and fog we couldn't see anything in zuluk and nathang valley. Rest all were amazing places and we were lucky enough to see all the spots like river rafting, budda park, nathulla pass, tsong lakr, baba mandir, waterfalls, zero point, yumthang valley etc. Still i regret for not visiting gurudongmar lake, hopefully we will make one more trip to north sikkim to cover this regret. Hotels were not that satisfactory, gangtok stay was good, lachung and aritar was ok ok. Regarding extra payments to additional places like nathula(4000), zero point(4000), nathang valley(2500) could have included in the package.rest all were fine in the trip. Thanks team for providing us this wonderful experience and keep up this spirit. All the drivers provided to us were exceptionally good and friendly.we had very good interaction with them. We were fortunate to experience snow in zero point. Thanx to our driver (milan) for taking extra efforts to make that possible for us. Arny had closed that road due to some vips visiting but we waited for almost 1 hr and driver shown patience for that.

Deepak was our point of contact during the trip and he is very responsive at any times. We booked only taxi for our trip and he provided me the best. Also he upgraded the vehicle on the first day of my trip. He did follow ups every day for two times atleast. I would recommend this travels based on my experience. Also Nisha is the person who took care of payments and point of contact before the trip. She was very good at her work. Thanks again.
