how far is the hotel from the main attractions ? Are there any good restaurants nearby ? how do we get to the main attractions? what does the hop on hop off bus offer? I have asked these questions repeatedly and got very vague answers from the agents until the final day where Kusum helped us a lot answering those unaswered questions I preferred a travel agent to give me all that information they seem to lack that information about Paris. The last day of hotel was horrible and filthy. I would rate it one star it is not livable and I’m not sure why the travel agent has chosen it. Lift is not working. They gave us 2 rooms away from the main building and rooms are so small. Photo attached. We had to immediately vacate and go to another four-star hotel and complete our trip. Also, some of the fine prints were not highlighted to us such as 1. Eiffel Tower tickets were not purchased and we had to stand in liny 2 hours to purchase it. Btw I was able to purchase the tickets online. Not sure why Centaur was not able to do so 2. Hop on hop off is only day tour and there is night tour separately 3. Eiffel Tower tickets will be refunded back 4. Switzerland plan was much smoother and easier with my research again. The reason we have used a travel agent is to make us more familiar with the with the place we are visiting and make it smoother such that our experience is going to be great. I did not get any such information from Centaur Vacations. It just look like I can use away Expedia or booking.com to book my hotels and I can put together my itinerary and that’s it. I believe that you guys have taken that travel agency commission for nothing I’m disappointed.

to reach the airport on time. Till now did not get any refund for this. Among all the hotels Vienna and Salzburg hotels were good but Budapest and Prague hotels were ok. Locations of all the hotels were very good . Since the flight got delayed and we missed the connecting flight and then took the next flight and reached Budapest late, we missed cruise also that day. For this also we paid extra to go into the cruise next day. While travelling from Budapest to Vienna our train got delayed too much and due to which we couldn’t see the palace for which we were already having the ticket . And also we just got the Hop On Hop Off in Vienna only for half an hour due to train delaying.
