The trip did not begin on a sweet note. We had to wait for a long time at the airport and had to keep calling svs travels which was quite a problem (making international calls is surely a problem). On reaching the hotel we came to know that our booking had been done for 6 nights whereas everywhere, be it traveltriangle app or personal whatsapp, it was mentioned that the trip was for 5 nights and 6 days. What followed next was argument that was the worst part of the entire trip as it involved tension, anxiety, blame game, unpleasantness, not desired when someone is on vacation. What had angered me even more was the fact that the Svs travels representative(Mr. Santosh if I am not mistaken) did not apologise for his carelessness even for once. However I feel happy to state that services in Dubai were really good. Mr. Paul and Mr. Sonu, our Dubai tour operators, were always available through whatsapp (we would have loved to meet them in person). Overall a memorable trip mainly because Dubai itself is beautiful and does not give a person enough chance to complain. I thank Mr.Sonu and Mr. Paul for their prompt services. I would definitely advise Svs travels to be less casual with their way of working. Lastly we too learnt a lesson...to be more careful in checking each and every pass/ticket provided by the travel agent. Difficult to compare one with another...each place has its own charm and wonder.

Vyshali has done good job on this booking. Appreciate her effort in fulfilling our needs. Visa team has guided well. Great team work. Dubai siteseeing tickets needs bit of more coordination by the agents there. Please work on fixing this

I booked Dubai land package through travel triangle with TripOn and I must say it was amazingly planned. Right from all the bookings to all pickups/drops everything was perfect. No delay No complaints. It was just amazing. I am looking forward to plan more trips with them. I will consider myself very lucky to get one of the best desert safari driver. That was an amazing experience like a roller coaster.

Overall my trip experience was very good. Mr. Sonu who were our cab service incharge in Dubai was very responsive and attentive. All cabs and cab drivers were came on time for every day schedule. I hope I will again choose TT . Now there is one irritating part was on behalf of SVS and Travel Triangle both and that was little irresponsible attitude. I tried to contact Miss. Kamal many times but she has not responded then I contacted to customer service and they connected me to some TT representative (don't remember the name now) . He told me that Miss. kamal is on leave so he will be handling all my queries. Again when I tried contacting him he disappeared. Now my question is if Miss. kamal or any other representative was on leave then why TT didn't updated me in this regard. Nobody from TT was replying to me during last 15 days of period. . . For SVS Mr. Santosh was the communicating person. He was responsive and attentive (atleast better than TT) but he never cross verified about the services I asked to him. For example I asked him one week before that what is the status of our visa then he replied "ok let me check and he said one or two days it will take". Now after two three days he didn't get back to me and again I asked him for the visa then he immediately sent me the visa. If my visa was prepared then why he didn't sent me himslef . My flight was on 6th morning and on 5th I asked him where is there contact number of the person incharge in Dubai. He told me that by 11.00 pm you will get the number and message on whatsapp. Again on 6th before flying till 8.00 am I haven't received those info and I had to again ask him for the same. Mr. Santosh has not cross verified about that. It was really very irritating. There many more such incidents I have but I don't want to mention those .Although after reaching dubai I have not faced any problem. Over all my trip was very good. Burj Khalifa trip and Atlantis water park trip was one of the best memories.

Our trip to Dubai was really amazing and we enjoyed alot during our trip. Mr. Santosh helped us and he made our trip hassle free. We really liked all services and we suggest to book your Dubai trip from SVS Travel (Travel Traingle's Agent). He is the best travel agent for Dubai. Desert Safari and Marina cruise was the best. I enjoyed with my family. I celebrated my birthday on Marina Cruise.

The trip was really good and we enjoyed a lot. But the travel agent In Dubai was not at all professional and I had to take many follow ups for the can schedules. He showed zero responsibility.. in sit in coach basis transit priority is given to other guests like (seat priority). Was not able to njoy Desert safari at all. Itinerary was good. Hotel selection was good but location could have been better( close to city/market)
