We have successfully returned to India today after the completion of our tour. The arrangements made by you for the tour were commendable, and I would like to share our detailed feedback as follows: Cambodia: Our tour in Cambodia was highly impressive. The hotel accommodations and services were excellent, and the transport arrangements, along with the driver’s service, were truly commendable. However, I must express some concerns regarding the guide, Mr. Phrom. His behavior requires significant improvement—particularly in avoiding loose conversations and inappropriate comments, especially when interacting with women tourists. This is an area that needs immediate attention. I kindly request that you share this feedback with your counterparts in Cambodia to ensure better service standards. Despite this, we deeply appreciated the excellent services of the tour driver and the overall quality of the hotel and service arrangements. Vietnam: Your services in Vietnam were equally good. That being said, I have a few suggestions for improvement: We faced issues with dinner on the day of arrival in all three cities due to late nights. After our flights and hotel check-ins, dinner was delayed, causing inconvenience. I recommend scheduling local flights to arrive earlier in the evening (preferably before 4:00 PM) to allow sufficient time for dinners. It would be beneficial to arrange accommodations in higher-quality hotels, even if it incurs slightly higher costs. For instance, my brother-in-law, who accompanied us, was dissatisfied with the room at the Prague Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Offering customers the option to upgrade their accommodations with an additional cost could greatly enhance their experience. Overall, we are happy with the services provided and appreciate your efforts in organizing this tour. TT had a good tie up with S Vietnam trip. The S Vietnam trip coordinator , Ms Emily was very courteous & replied to every query I had regarding the trip. The arrangements were seamless requiring no follow up from my side, on a day to day basis . Proactively, guides & drivers contacted & communicated the pick up & schedule for the following day, a day in advance . The operators ensured we had a comfortable trip . Hotels & food arrangements & internal tkts were well organised . We recently booked a vacation package through SVietnam Tours via TravelTriangle, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Jennie and her team went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was seamless and enjoyable. There were so many unforgettable experiences throughout the trip, and some of the top highlights included: - **Ninh Binh Boat Ride**: This serene boat ride through the stunning limestone landscapes was an absolute highlight, offering a peaceful and picturesque experience. - **Halong Bay Cruise**: Cruising through the iconic Halong Bay, surrounded by towering limestone pillars and emerald waters, was nothing short of magical. - **Bana Hills Cable Car**: The cable car ride to Bana Hills offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, providing a truly unique experience. - **Phu Quoc 4 Island Tour**: The Phu Quoc tour was another standout experience, with the cable car ride from the 4th Island to the 1st Island offering spectacular views of the ocean. The entire tour was well-organized, and our guide Vivian made sure we didn’t miss any must-see spots, like the shows at VinWonders and GrandWorld. Phu Quoc itself is a paradise. Even though our Phu Quoc tour was a group tour, Vivian made sure to provide us with all the details to make the experience smooth and easy. He was available round the clock to answer any queries and helped us cover all the must-see spots on time. We also have to thank Jennie for recommending Wyndham Gardens for our stay in Phu Quoc – it was indeed a fantastic choice. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation filled with unforgettable memories, and it was all possible because of Jennie and her amazing team. Travel Triangle connected us with Vietnam local tour operation named Asia Luxury Travel. Our experience with Ms Joanna of Asia Luxury Travel was extremely amazing, smooth, immediate reverts to our whatsapp queries (if any). By all means, we had a beautiful 9 days Vietnam tour, which was seamlessly executed by the very proactive Ms Joanna of Asia Luxury Travel. We had no scope to worry about anything, right from the pick up from the airport to drop to the airport. All the sightseeings, hotel bookings, cruise, internal flights and transfers were smooth, without any hitch whatsoever. We being vegetarians, we taken care of, but within their limits, as Vietnam is a paradise for non-vegetarians. All the tour guides provided, were knowledgeable, entertaining and we being senior citizens, took good care of us too. Since the beginning from the itinerary to the return all goes smooth. Indo china travel agency was very good. Specially Ms. Hyuen , she always there for help. Well there is a some concern about your guide and i addressed to her . Halong Bay was one of the best experience. The cruise was really good. And as a vegetarian they are giving so many options that we never complain about that.. very good experience.

Overall experience was excellent, Hotel arrangements were in busy areas, which helped us to explore city markets, culture, people, Pickup and drop arrangement was very good with high-end vehicles, and timely drivers..Hotels were excellent. Vietnam agency was awesome. Always ahead of us and details were shared before time without any follow ups. Huge shout out for Huyen Pham (our SPOC) - she was exceptional - she ensured trip was enjoyed at the most without being worried for pickup, drop , hotel check-in etc.
