Everything after reaching Phu Quoc was equally smooth—airport transfers, local assistance and even upgraded vehicles were perfectly arranged. The island tour was another highlight. Having professional photographers with us, along with drone photography, was such a wonderful surprise and gave us memories far beyond a regular island-hopping experience. And then came the biggest test on our last evening. We had no clarity about our “Kiss of the Sea” tickets even at 8:45 PM, with the show starting at 9 PM. Joanna immediately jumped in, coordinated everything and got us through the entry just in time. That moment truly showed how seriously she takes her clients. I am genuinely grateful to Joanna for the care, patience, availability and personal attention she gave us throughout the journey. Only drawback which I faced in the entire trip was, we need to fill the VDAC when we enter Vietnam and this was not communicated to us earlier and due to which I need to wait in the long queue for clarifications with the Airport team and fill the form and get through the immigration, else all other things really went well. Also another improvement area which i need to give to travel agency is, please provide the tickets / cakes (in our case, my son's birthday Cake) on-time without we following up with the agency.
