Staying hydrated is essential at high-altitude places like Kedarnath. Carry a decent-sized water bottle and try to drink an additional 1-1.5 litres of water to avoid dehydration.

Best Route For Kedarnath

There are multiple route options available to reach Kedarnath. The trekking route starts from Gaurikund. Helicopter services are available from Phata to help those with health issues or limited mobility.

You must book your accommodation in advance, especially during peak season. Apart from this, many hotels, ashrams, and guesthouses are available in Gaurikund, Sonprayag, and Kedarnath, where you can find budget-friendly options.
