Vietnam Luxury Packages From India

Compare up to 3 agent quotes on 5-star tier Vietnam trips, with private transfers marked.: rated 4.6/5 (based on 1204 reviews) | Packages starting from ₹16,380/-

Vietnam Luxury Package: Overview

Vietnam luxury packages on TravelTriangle list from Rs 42,999 per person for 5 or 6 nights at the 5-star tier, on twin sharing and without flights from India. An 8-night trip with a night on a Ha Long Bay cruise lists at Rs 72,000.
Add about Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 for return flights from Delhi and the e-visa.

These are 5-star hotel packages, not butler-and-seaplane trips. Most include private transfers and an English-speaking guide. The Ha Long cruise is usually shared with other guests, and on the shorter routes it is a day cruise. We mark all of that trip by trip below, so you can see what the money buys before you enquire.

Every package can be changed. Ask a verified local agent to swap a hotel, upgrade a room or price a private cruise, and the change appears in your quote. If you want the wider range at every hotel grade, see all our Vietnam tour packages.

Quick fact Details

How Much Does a Luxury Vietnam Trip Cost from India?

A luxury Vietnam trip from India costs about Rs 73,000 to Rs 1,11,000 per person for 5 to 8 nights, once flights from Delhi and the e-visa are added to a 5-star tier land package. The table shows the listed land price first, then that planning total.

Package Nights and route Price from (land) From Delhi with flights and e-visa (estimate) Key inclusions
Heavenly Vietnam Honeymoon Tour 6N/7D. Hanoi, Ha Long day cruise, Ho Chi Minh City Rs 42,999 Rs 73,000 to Rs 82,000 Private transfers, guide, Hanoi to HCMC flight, Mekong boat day
Splendor of Vietnam For Honeymoon Tour 5N/6D. Hanoi, Ha Long, Ho Chi Minh City Rs 42,999 Rs 73,000 to Rs 82,000 Private transfers, guide, seafood lunch on the bay, Hanoi to HCMC flight
Mesmerizing Vietnam Honeymoon Tour 6N/7D. Ho Chi Minh City, Mui Ne Rs 50,000 Rs 80,000 to Rs 89,000 Private transfers, guide, Mekong boat trip at My Tho
Riveting Vietnam Tour Package 7N/8D. Ho Chi Minh City, Hoi An, Hanoi Rs 71,900 Rs 1,02,000 to Rs 1,11,000 Private transfers, guide, 2 domestic flights
Classic Vietnam Family Tour Package 8N/9D. Hanoi, Ha Long, Hue, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City Rs 72,000 Rs 1,02,000 to Rs 1,11,000 Overnight cruise, chauffeur, guide, entry fees, 2 domestic flights

Land prices are per person on twin sharing. The estimate adds a return Delhi fare of Rs 28,000 to Rs 37,000 and about Rs 2,400 for the e-visa, before Indian taxes. Late December and Tet cost more, and your quote carries the figure for your dates. For a smaller budget, see our Vietnam budget packages.

What Makes These Vietnam Luxury Tour Packages 5-Star?

Each price above is the 5-star tier of its package, so three things should change compared with a standard trip. Hold your quote against all three.

• The hotel. Every package page lists the hotel for each night at each tier. Check you are reading the 5-star tier, since the same trip also sells at 3 and 4 star.

•

• The room. A 5-star price buys the entry room category unless the quote names another. Suites and villas are an upgrade, so ask for them by name.

•

• The service. Private transfers and a guide should appear as line items. If a line says "joining tour", you share that day with other travellers.

•

A few routes include one stop below 5 star. Splendor's Ha Long night and Riveting's Hoi An nights are 4-star, the Ho Chi Minh City hotel on both trips is listed 4-star on booking sites, and three Cambodia trips use a 4-star hotel in Siem Reap. Ask the agent to price a 5-star swap if that matters to you.

Private or Shared: What Each Trip Includes

Five-star hotels do not make a trip private, so this is the first question to settle. Private transfers or a chauffeur are listed on 9 of the 11 trips on this page, but no Ha Long cruise here is private unless you pay for a charter.

Trip Transfers Guide Ha Long Bay Domestic flights
Heavenly, 6N/7D Private English-speaking Day cruise, boat not stated as private Included
Splendor, 5N/6D Private English-speaking Day cruise, night in a Ha Long hotel Included
Mesmerizing, 6N/7D Private English-speaking Not on this route None needed
Riveting, 7N/8D Private English-speaking Day trip from Hanoi Included
Classic, 8N/9D Chauffeur, all transfers English-speaking Overnight, shared with other families Included

If you want the whole trip private, tell the agent early. A private boat is the costliest change, and the rest is often a smaller step because the transfers are already private.

5-Star Hotels and Ha Long Bay Cruises by City

Each trip's hotels sit on its package page, listed night by night. Where you stay within a city matters as much as the brand, so use this as a guide when you compare them.

City Where 5-star stays sit Trips that stop here Worth asking
Hanoi Near Hoan Kiem Lake and the French Quarter, with quieter stays around West Lake Heavenly, Splendor, Riveting, Classic How far is the hotel from the Old Quarter on foot?
Ho Chi Minh City District 1, close to the Opera House and Dong Khoi Street Heavenly, Splendor, Mesmerizing, Riveting, Classic Does the room face the city or an inner wall?
Ha Long Bay On board a cruise, or a hotel in Ha Long City Classic overnight. Splendor by hotel Is the cabin a balcony or a window?
Hoi An On the Cua Dai beach strip, or near the ancient town Riveting, Classic Is there a shuttle into the old town?
Hue Along the Perfume River Classic Is the river view in the price?
Mui Ne Beachfront resorts on the bay Mesmerizing Is the room a sea view or a garden view?

If you only need a room, browse luxury hotels in Vietnam or 5-star hotels in Vietnam. For more boats and a wider choice of cabins, see our Vietnam cruise packages.

Day cruise or overnight? Pick overnight if the bay is the reason you are going. A day cruise gives you 4 to 5 hours on the water, while an overnight cruise gives you about 23, noon to noon, with sunset and sunrise on deck. Classic is the Vietnam-only trip here with a night on board. An agent can add one to Heavenly, Splendor or Riveting. Quieter water at Lan Ha Bay is also a custom request, as no trip here lists it.

How Many Days Do You Need?

Six to eight nights suits most luxury trips to Vietnam. That gives you two or three regions without a hotel change every morning, and a good hotel deserves more than one sleep.

Nights What fits Pick this if Start with
5 to 6 Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with a Ha Long day, or a city and a beach Leave is short Splendor, Heavenly, Mesmerizing
7 to 8 Three or four stops, with a domestic flight or two You want north, centre and south Riveting, Classic
7 to 11 Vietnam plus Siem Reap or Phnom Penh Angkor Wat matters as much as Vietnam The Cambodia table below
13 Most of Vietnam, plus Cambodia You have a long break and want depth Alluring, Romantic Vietnam Cambodia

Build in one spare day after a cruise. Ports stop boats in bad weather, and Ha Long sailings were suspended on 5 October 2025 for Typhoon Matmo. Our Vietnam honeymoon packages and Vietnam family packages cover more trip lengths at every hotel grade.

Flights, E-Visa and Indian Meals

Flights. No price on this page includes flights from India. Nonstop flights reach Hanoi from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, and Ho Chi Minh City from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. Most take 4 to 5.5 hours, and Kolkata to Hanoi takes about 3. From Chennai, plan on one stop and 7 to 9 hours. Kochi also needs one stop. Tell your agent which city you fly from, since routes that start in Hanoi and end in Ho Chi Minh City need an open-jaw ticket. Departure-city prices are on our pages for Delhi and Mumbai.

E-visa. Indian passport holders need a visa, and most use the official e-visa at evisa.gov.vn. It costs US25forasingleentryorUS50 for multiple entries, and allows stays of up to 90 days. Apply at least 2 weeks before you fly. The document list is in our guide to the Vietnam visa for Indians.

Meals. Breakfast comes with the hotel, and other meals follow each package's list. Vegetarian, Jain or eggless food is a request, not a given. Ask your agent to mark it on the quote, so hotels and the cruise galley get it in advance. Indian restaurants are easy to find in Hanoi's Old Quarter and in District 1.

Best Time for a Luxury Vietnam Trip

October to April suits most luxury routes, but Vietnam has three climates, so the month that works depends on where you are going.

Region Best months Take care in What it means for your trip
North: Hanoi, Ha Long Bay October to April July to September, when storms can stop cruises December to February is cool, so pack a jacket for the deck
Centre: Hue, Hoi An February to August Late September to December, the rainy and typhoon months Avoid a beach-led plan here in those months
South: Ho Chi Minh City, Mui Ne December to April August and September, the wettest stretch City days still work, with afternoon rain

Tet falls in late January or February, on 6 February in 2027. Hotel prices peak around it and many shops close, so choose those dates only if you want to see the festival. Month-by-month weather is on our best time to visit Vietnam page.

Five Add-Ons Worth Asking For

A luxury trip leaves room for one or two experiences beyond the standard itinerary. These five come up often. Ask your agent which are already on your route and to price the rest. Food, culture and history have a fuller home in our Vietnam tourism guide.

• Light a lantern in Hoi An. The ancient town switches off its electric lights on the full-moon night each month, and lanterns float on the Thu Bon River. Match your Hoi An nights to that date. Lanterns and boat rides also run on other nights, but the lights-out is monthly.

•

• Take a boat through the Mekong Delta. Heavenly, Mesmerizing, Riveting and Classic already spend a day on the Mekong. For more, ask for a private sampan.

•

• See Hang Son Doong. It is the largest known cave in the world, big enough to hold a skyscraper. Entry is only on a strenuous multi-day expedition run by Oxalis Adventure, the sole licensed operator, with a fitness check and about 1,000 places a year. All of 2026 sold out by March, so plan a year or more ahead, book it directly with Oxalis and build the trip around it.

•

• Visit the War Remnants Museum. Photographs and artefacts in Ho Chi Minh City tell the story of the Vietnam War. A private guide makes this a far better visit.

•

• Go to Tay Ninh. The Cao Dai Holy See, north-west of Ho Chi Minh City, is the centre of a faith that blends Buddhism, Christianity and other teachings. It works as a day out from the city.

•

Ninh Binh is another common request. A Romantic Honeymoon In Vietnam spends a day at Hoa Lu and Tam Coc, and no other trip here stops in the province. If you want Trang An or a night there, ask the agent to add it, and check first that the boats are running.

Vietnam with Cambodia or Laos

Add Cambodia if Angkor Wat is on your list. These six trips run 7 to 13 nights, and four list private transfers. Check the last column closely, as this is where trips differ most.

Package Nights and route Price from (land) Ha Long Bay What to know
A Romantic Honeymoon In Vietnam 7N/8D. Siem Reap, Hanoi, Tam Coc, Ha Long Rs 49,900 Overnight Private driver on arrival, other transfers not stated as private. Gala dinners on 24 and 31 December cost extra. Cambodia visa extra. Check that the Siem Reap to Hanoi flight is in your quote
Ecstatic Cambodia Vietnam Family Holiday 10N/11D. Hanoi, HCMC, Siem Reap, Phnom Penh Rs 74,000 Day cruise Private transfers. One 4-star stop in Cambodia
Perfect Cambodia and Vietnam Family Holiday 11N/12D. HCMC, Hoi An, Hanoi, Siem Reap, Phnom Penh Rs 71,999 Day cruise from Hanoi Private transfers. One 4-star stop in Cambodia
Engrossing Cambodia Vietnam Laos Honeymoon 11N/12D. Hanoi, HCMC, Siem Reap, Luang Prabang Rs 81,249 4-hour day cruise Private transfers. One 4-star stop in Cambodia
Alluring Vietnam Cambodia Tour Package 13N/14D. Hanoi, Sapa, Ha Long, HCMC, Siem Reap Rs 83,450 Overnight, shared Private transfers and Mekong boat, but the Sapa legs are by shuttle bus
Romantic Vietnam Cambodia Tour Package 13N/14D. Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Da Lat, HCMC, Siem Reap Rs 98,999 Overnight Touring is mostly on joining tours and air-conditioned bus, not private

Cambodia and Laos need their own visas, and your quote lists them. For more routes at every hotel grade, see Vietnam and Cambodia packages and Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos packages.

How to Choose the Right Vietnam Luxury Package

Four questions will cut this list to two trips.

• Who is travelling? Couples can start with Heavenly or Mesmerizing. Families should look at Classic, which has the most stops and a cruise.

•

• What is your land budget? Around Rs 43,000 to Rs 50,000 buys 5 or 6 nights. Around Rs 72,000 buys 7 or 8 nights and more of the country. Private cruises and suites sit above this.

•

• What do you want most? For the bay, choose an overnight cruise. For a beach, Mesmerizing is the pick. For Angkor Wat, go to the Cambodia table.

•

• How much do you want to share? If nothing shared is acceptable, ask for a private quote first and compare it with the listed price.

•

Our experience with Asia Luxury Travel was truly exceptional, and a huge part of that credit goes to Joanna Tran. Right from the booking stage, Joanna took the time to understand exactly what we wanted—especially our concerns as we were travelling with a baby. She patiently listened to the itinera
ry I had planned and then suggested thoughtful improvements, including using three hotels instead of two, while keeping the itinerary almost the same. She even managed hotel upgrades without making a significant difference to our overall budget. What impressed me most was that Joanna was available 24×7 throughout the trip. Whether it was a simple query or an unexpected situation, she was always just a message away and responded with incredible speed and ownership. Everything after reaching Phu Quoc was equally smooth—airport transfers, local assistance and even upgraded vehicles were perfectly arranged. The island tour was another highlight. Having professional photographers with us, along with drone photography, was such a wonderful surprise and gave us memories far beyond a regular island-hopping experience. And then came the biggest test on our last evening. We had no clarity about our “Kiss of the Sea” tickets even at 8:45 PM, with the show starting at 9 PM. Joanna immediately jumped in, coordinated everything and got us through the entry just in time. That moment truly showed how seriously she takes her clients. I am genuinely grateful to Joanna for the care, patience, availability and personal attention she gave us throughout the journey. She didn’t make us feel like just another booking—she made us feel looked after. Choosing Asia Luxury Travel was one of the best decisions we made for our Phu Quoc trip. Thank you, Joanna, for making our family holiday so smooth, stress-free and memorable. ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed all of our stays in Vietnam. Q Boutique was exceptionally clean, the service was excellent, and they offered a delicious breakfast with good vegetarian options. Our stay in Da Nang was equally enjoyable, with a great room and an excellent breakfast. Happy Life Grand Hotel Suit
e was comfortable after the room upgrade. However, the triple-sharing room could be improved, as its setup did not feel comparable to the Deluxe Twin room. It would be great if the triple-sharing option could have better arrangements to provide a more comfortable experience. All of our transfers and tours were well-organized and always on time. Every driver and guide we met was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the trip. A special thank you to tracy for going above and beyond when we needed assistance with a hospital visit. Your generosity, kindness, and support were truly appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier for us. Bana hills, lantern town, chu chi tunnel, hanoi city tour

Recently we booked Vietnam - Phu Quoc Trip through Asia Luxury Travels and Ms. Joanna was the POC for the travel guidance and end to end planning and execution and she has done really great job in our trip planning, answering our impromptu questions at any time of the day and also arranged all the t
hings as per the plan. Only drawback which I faced in the entire trip was, we need to fill the VDAC when we enter Vietnam and this was not communicated to us earlier and due to which I need to wait in the long queue for clarifications with the Airport team and fill the form and get through the immigration, else all other things really went well. Also another improvement area which i need to give to travel agency is, please provide the tickets / cakes (in our case, my son's birthday Cake) on-time without we following up with the agency. Thanks again to Asia Luxury travels for arranging such a nice trip for our entire family.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience traveling to Vietnam from 20th to 30th May 2026. The entire trip was very well organized, smooth, and hassle-free from start to finish. All arrangements including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and local support were handled perfectly. The itinerary was we
ll balanced – covering beautiful destinations, cultural experiences, and enough leisure time to enjoy at our own pace. A special mention to the coordination team gracie and lacie from the local tean for being quick responsive and supportive throughout the journey. Everything ran on time, and we never had to worry about logistics, which made the trip truly relaxing. Vietnam itself was breathtaking – from vibrant cities to scenic landscapes most important food , this is the only problem for pure vegan people like me, rest all the things every moment was memorable. Highly recommended for anyone planning a stress-free and well-managed international trip. Looking forward to planning the next journey with the same team again.

FAQs About Vietnam Luxury Tour Packages

How much does a Vietnam luxury tour cost from India?

Vietnam luxury packages list from Rs 42,999 per person for 5 or 6 nights at the 5-star tier, and about Rs 72,000 for 7 or 8 nights. Prices are per person on twin sharing, not per couple. Add about Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 for return flights from Delhi and the e-visa. A private cruise or suite costs more, and your quote carries the exact figure.

Are Vietnam luxury tours private?

Partly. Most packages here list private transfers and an English-speaking guide, but the Ha Long cruise is usually shared, and the Romantic Vietnam Cambodia trip uses joining tours. Check the Private or Shared table on this page. If you want everything private, ask for that in your first message, so that agents price it from the start and not as a late change.

Is the Ha Long Bay cruise private?

No, not by default. The boats on these trips carry other guests. The Classic package page says so directly, and a family shares the boat but has its own cabin. A private charter is possible on request, but it is the costliest change you can make. Ask for the vessel name, cabin type and whether kayaking is included before you pay.

Which hotels and room category are included?

Each package page lists the hotel for each night, tier by tier, so open the 5-star tier before you compare. The room is the entry category unless your quote names another. Your agent may offer a hotel of the same class on some dates, so ask for the hotel name and room type in writing. Suites and villas cost extra.

Are international flights from India included?

No. Every price on this page leaves out flights from India. Domestic flights are different, and most multi-city trips include them, such as Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City on Heavenly and Splendor. Agents can add flights from your city to the quote. A return from Delhi runs about Rs 28,000 to Rs 37,000 in economy, and Business fares cost far more.

How many days are suitable for a Vietnam luxury tour?

Six to eight nights suits most travellers. Six covers Hanoi, a Ha Long day cruise and Ho Chi Minh City at an easy pace. Eight adds Hue and Hoi An with a night on board. Five nights works if leave is short. With Cambodia, plan on 10 nights or more, since Siem Reap needs at least two full days.

What is the best time to visit Vietnam?

Visiting Vietnam during the month of February to April, i.e., spring season or August to October, i.e., the autumn season is highly favorable.

Can Indian, vegetarian or Jain meals be arranged?

Yes, on request. Breakfast comes with your hotel, and many 5-star hotels can handle vegetarian food at short notice. Jain and eggless meals need more warning, especially on a cruise. Ask your agent to write the request on the quote, so that hotels and the boat get it before you arrive. Indian restaurants are easy to find in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Can the luxury itinerary be customised?

Yes. Your agent can change hotels, add nights, upgrade the room, turn a day cruise into an overnight one, or add a private guide. Each change is priced in the quote, and you can compare up to 3 quotes at no charge. Tell the agent your dates and what matters most to you, because that shapes which hotels they suggest.

What is the difference between a premium and a luxury Vietnam tour?

A premium trip means 4 or 5-star hotels, often with shared touring. A true luxury trip adds private touring, a higher room category and top-end boats, and it can cost well above Rs 1,00,000 per person. The packages here sit between the two, with 5-star tier hotels and mostly private transfers. An agent can price a step up on any of them.

Do Indians need a visa for Vietnam?

Yes. Indian passport holders apply for the e-visa at evisa.gov.vn. It costs US$25 for a single entry or US$50 for multiple entries, and allows stays of up to 90 days. Apply at least 2 weeks before you fly. Cambodia and Laos trips need separate visas, and your quote should say which ones you must arrange yourself.

What is the best time for a luxury Vietnam trip?

October to April suits most routes. The north is best from October to April, though December to February is cool. The centre is best from February to August, so avoid beach plans there from late September to December. The south is driest from December to April. Tet, in late January or February, brings peak prices and many closed shops.

Is there any mountaineering region to visit in Vietnam?

Yes, Dalat and Sapa are two regions in mountain areas of Vietnam with the most surreal seasonal climate. Best time to travel such mountain areas in March and April for warm and dry weather.

What should be confirmed in writing before payment?

Get five things in the quote: each hotel name and room type, the cruise vessel and cabin, what is private and what is shared, which meals are included, and the dates that the price holds for. TravelTriangle releases payment to your agent only after your vouchers arrive.

Which season would be the best to explore Hanoi?

The autumn and winter are the best seasons to explore the exotic tropical downpours in Hanoi.

When should you avoid beach-visits in Vietnam?

From August to November, rainfall in Vietnam increases. So, if you want to visit Vietnam for its beaches, then you must avoid traveling during the time period of August to November.

Which festival in Vietnam must be enjoyed once in a lifetime?

Tet is the Vietnamese New Year celebration which is celebrated during late January or early February. If you visit Vietnam, then you must ensure that you experience the beauty of the Tet festival.
