Pachmarhi is known as one of the most popular hill stations in Madhya Pradesh. This place has been there since the British Raj as it was also a part of the British cantonment. Traveling by train and flight is the best way to travel from Ahmedabad to Pachmarhi. Although direct connectivity is not available, one can easily travel through indirect routes by flight, train, and buses. Most direct buses closest to Pachmarhi are available for places like Bhopal (195 km) which is an overnight journey, Itarsi (52.3 km), and Chhinwara (135 km).

Ahmedabad to Pachmarhi distance of around approximately 727.6 km can also be covered by taking a bus or train to the closest city possible and then book a taxi till Pachmarhi.
