How To Reach Kuala Lumpur Bird Park

In one sentence I simply say "Its awesome". This is for both Travel Triangle & to Mr.Abhinav from Holiday matrixx. I was exploring many options for my travel to Singapore & Langkawi and I just gave a try in TT. I ended up booking with them. Got in touch with Abhinav from Holiday Matrix. This guy was so cool, helpful, calm and composed. He picks up call anytime and explains each and every bit clearly. Though they had very few opportunity to serve me during the travel as I had my own itenary in place but even then they have provided an excellent service. I loved it. The cab driver was on time in every place and they took care of us very well. I would definitely recommend to my friends and collegues. Thank you TT and Abhinav for your service.

Trip was good. But small small issue which can be rectify but travel agent didn’t bother and he blaim of us that we were wrong evertime but in the depth proper planning was missing Only this thing can be improved Best part of trip is langkawi tour and Genting Highland

One awesome trip to remember!! All the places covered was good. We had a wonderful experience.

Please book the hotels inside the city rather than outside of the city. Book the hotels which has access to the hotels to have lunch and dinner (I suffered lot in finding food in Malaysia) as the hotels provided to me are dry without any food places. Singapore trip was excellent. Planning is perfect in terms of pick and drop to and from the hotels and attraction spots. Everywhere the sic drivers are polite and experienced guys. They explained things real clear. Sky bridge breathe taking views

1st Day Trip From Bangalore to Singapore , 1 .We reached Changi Airport at 4.30 am Local time but we waited in Airport for 3 hours to pick us and take to the Hotel. 2. We reached hotel at 8 am Local time and they were not ready to give Early check in as there is a Default check in at 2 pm - Whne you people know about the check in time is 2 pm in Singapore , why did you mention early check-in quotation or else you could have arrange a flight ticket according the Hotel check in time . 3. from 8 am to 2 pm we were just sitting in the reception area as no one is ready to ask us anything , we were tired and feeling sleepy and hungry also . 4th Day early morning from Changi to Malaysia - we reached Malaysia at 1 .15 pm and from there to hotel 3.30 pm , Driver came to pick us at 5.15 for City tour -- When it is already evening 5.15 pm , what is necessary of taking a City tour because each place Driver stopped only for 10 minutes --- We went to Malaysia to see place only for 10 minutes ?????????????????????????? When we went to KL tower they allowed us only till 1st floor and you people also took ticket till 1st floor -- Why is that KL tower show only will enjoy by going to top floor but you people said we have given voucher for all floor -- Next time onwards dont do this with other customers or else tel them clearly voucher is only till 1st floor if u want top floor ticket then you can purchase in reception area. For Night Dinner in Singapore - restaurants were toooooo far from the Hotel and we use to walk more then 2 km till hotel when we dont no anything in the new city but some we managed to reach hotel . except few things we were happy with the hospitality , pick and drop and the hotel everything was fine .

We planned the honeymoon trip for Malaysia. Subhash Soni from Tomorrowland managed it very well. The problems normally we faced was due to Arrogance of cab driver and room quality was above normal. We are vegetarian so faced issue in hotel breakfast lesser items and not so good. Otherwise it's all good well managed by tommorowland and on time pickup drop.... Crystal Yatch and leisure day at Bella vista(swimming pool and lake side view) at langkawi hotel.

Overall on-trip experience was God. Faced many hassles during the booking of the trip with the travel agency . Ended up paying more than required due to lack of communication and transparency. Langkawi was perfect and the resort excellent. But KL could have been better . The choice of restaurant for the dinner and the drivers could have been better.

Had a real good experience with Travel triangle and Ghumne Chalo. Had my apprehensions in the beginning but it all turned out smooth and planned for our Malaysia trip. If it's Malaysia you are planning, go for Travel triangle and Ghume Chalo. Special mention for Stuti (Ghumne Chalo) and Saloni (Travel triangle) for keeping the process smooth and transparent.

Trip was good as we explored the location much more than the itinerary provided. Not really happy with the way coordination was happening with the local travel agent in Kuala Lumpur as compare to Langkawi for private cab facility as there was no information being shared with me if there were delays in pick up in Kuala Lampur, I didn't get a response till I called to know why there was a delay which he blamed on traffic. Breakfast options in Langkawi (Century Langkasuka resort) was not upto the mark with limited option available for Indians. Still i appreciate the work done by URVI from holiday 2 cherish in terms of all planning n scheduling of itinerary. In all a good experience and memories to cherish for a lifetime.
