Vishal Thakur had made good itinerary The tour was good and well coordinated including staying in hotels, transport and other facilities.the experience of hop on hop off in Amsterdam , Paris and Athens we're good . Vishal thakur's coordination on phone was really helpful and great.

To start with Shailesh from shell and pearl holidays is very helpful .He answers to all queries at any point of time and listens to concerns .5 star for him. About the trip other than the hotel that they gave in Paris which was not at all upto the mark ( poor food and locality of the Novotel hotel) everything else wasvery good . Just hope that travel triangle and shell and pearl holidays will improve the hotel chosen for other trips . Amanterdam and nearby country side visit . Park plaza airport hotel in Amsterdam. Sunny and beautiful afternoon in the Bruges city centre.

First of all I want to thank Travel Masterz esp Arpita and Amit for making my honeymoon experience such a great one. Round the clock support was a big relief for the first time traveler to Europe like me. Very well planned trip, totally taking my requirements and budget into account. Travelled to 3 different cities in 3 different countries - Amsterdam, Belgium and Paris. Full support was provided for visa application. Before boarding the flight, everything was very well explained. All the hotels in which we stayed were really good esp the one in Paris. Special thanks to travel Masterz for the wonderful decoration and champagne surprise in Paris Hotel Room. Had the best time of my life.

We just returned from our personally customised trip to Amsterdam, Belgium and Paris. We got to know about Holiday Aces through Travel Triangle. Without Holiday Aces and our wonderful tour planner Gaurav Arora, this trip would be incomplete. Entire team was really patient and understood that people from different cultures and background would have different preferences and tastes while travelling to countries. The whole team arranged everything properly as per our wish and guided us throughout our journey. Special credit to VISA process team who organised everything properly and helped us in getting the visa in a timely manner. Gaurav took extra effort to make sure that my husband and I enjoy this trip to the fullest. Everything was perfect and perfectly-arranged. Really enjoyed the trip. Few things could have been better. For example, our cab pick up from the hotel to the airport did not arrive and we had to rush and catch a cab with a hefty amount. However, thanks to travel triangle and Pratik's prompt management we got the refund! The hotels in Amsterdam and brussels were excellent. Hotel in Paris could have been better. Also, we couldn't locate our guide for the Eiffel tour. It would have saved us a lot of money and headache if were informed about daily bus and train tickets that are usually available for intra city travel. Overall, really good service. Loved the Amsterdam canal cruise and the day tour to Bruges. The Lido show is a must if you are visiting Paris.

My tour of Munich, Vienna, Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam was very well organized by Memorable Vacations Holidays. They took care of all the hotel, flight and train bookings including all the pickups. The sight-seeing which they had arranged was also very good. In this regard, I would like to express my gratitude for all the help extended by Pratik and everyone else at Memorable Vacations. They were always there to help me out during the entire journey starting from the initial planning until the very end of the tour.

It was our bachelors trip before marriage , and we had an unforgettable trip to Spain . SHUBHAM was a really great and helpful person , who managed all our bookings and planned our day to day activities on our trip . SHUBHAM and PRASHANT became my friend , i also dont know how this bond created , even we did not know each other face to face . Someone has rightly said Your behavior should demonstrate you . We are on a long travel for 9N 10D . We visited Madrid , Zaragoza , Seville , Malaga , Ibiza and Amsterdam . Truly speaking this was our best trip with my friends . We did scuba diving and Enjoyed nightlife of amsterdam and done many more activities . In starting we booked the hotel , but after visa we told Shubham not to book hotels as were not sure how many days we will stay at particular place , Shubham and Prashant was so humble in nature they agreed our opinion and they suffered loss due to cancellation of hotel at the end movement they Cancelled the hotel and refund the hotel amount , They provided there service by going out of box which is rare for any travel agent and for this I really appreciate Prahant and Shubham . They also helped us in getting visa , which is very tough for bachelors to get visa . Shubham helped very well in assistance of visa formalities also . In the end i can only say Good work guys, keep it up and Thanks again for the wonderful experience we had with you. Shubham and Prashant I am sure to continue this bond in the upcoming travels with you .

Hotels provided in Amsterdam, Austria, Switzerland were excellent though breakfast provided was not very good in Apart hotel Switzerland but room was very good. Sight seeing suggestions for Amsterdam Switzerland and Paris was very good. Special thanks to Amit and Kavita from Globus for hotels provided and sight seeing suggestions. They were very responsive and helpful. Thanks to prabhakar too from travel triangle. Due to ease of public transport in Europe sight seeing was hassle free and tours suggested were good. For Austria hop on hop off tour instead of tram tour would have been a better option. In certain cities providing hotel transfers and train station transfers where it is not very close will improve the experience. In case it is on travelers they should be informed to keep cost in mind. Local taxis are very expensive in some places like Paris and sometimes they cheat and charge more. Also in case checkout time is 6-8 hours before airport transport it should be clearly mentioned in the itenerary otherwise it leads to confusion at the hotel. Providing a tour on that particular day with details on the itenerary to checkout and leave baggage at hotel will improve experience. Overall providing the details itenerary at least 1 month in advance(leaving side a few details that may not be available then) will help avoid above mentioned ambiguities. Dutch village tour in Netherlands was amazing experience. Stay at Hampton by hilton was very comfortable. Mt. Schilthorn and Montreax sight seeing was memorable in Switzerland. Paris Sienne cruise was a good experience.

Firstly, thank you very much Rohit and Prashant in helping us have a great experience during our stay in Paris, Brussels & Amsterdam. The whole experience was really great right from the beginning until the end of the trip. Rohit helped us get good price for the trip, which included the hotel stay and sight seeing, the hotel was more then enough for a couple with the staff being really nice and friendly an was accessible to most of the train and bus stations. He also helped us getting the tickets for most of the sight seeing. Rohit & Prashant was always reachable at any given time and assisted in all possible way. Thought it was a hectic trip but Rohit had helped us with the above things as we wanted to do everything. Also unexpectedly there was a situation with us, Etihad airways were not able to issue our return boarding pass due to Jet Airways(which is closed company) connecting flight from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai. Special thanks to Prashant, he sorted things with Etihad Airways(IST midnight) and got us seats on next connecting flight to India from Abu Dhabi. Really thank you Rohit & Prashant for supporting us throughout the trip and I would really want to approach him in future. Very disappointed with Travel Triangle service, specially with Prabhakar Choudhary and entire Travel Triangle team. Not able approachable when needed and none had picked up call in emergency.
