Beaches In Rome

The ‘city of beaches,’ Rome will surprise its visitors with its large number of amazing beaches. The summer heat in Rome will make anyone rush to Rome beaches. Santa Marinella beach has clear water and many lounge chairs to relax and get connected with the sun. Santa Severa is an astounding beach with a more free area for setting up a lounger and umbrella to take a serene sunbath. To reach Santa Marinella and Santa Severa, make a train journey to their respective stations. To travel less to have an astounding beach experience, visit Ostia beach which is closest to the city of Rome. Take a metro to Lido Centro station to reach Ostia beach. Reaching Sabaudia beach takes more time which is worth the beauty it offers. To get to Sabaudia beach, make a one-hour journey in train from Termini to Piverno-Fossanova and then make a 20-minute journey in a Cotral bus to reach Saubaudia. Some of the other most visited Rome beaches include Fregene, Ladispoli, Anzio and Sperlonga.
