Had a good overall experience planning a South Korea trip with Travel Triangle. Their team handled everything end-to-end, making the process quite smooth and hassle-free. Payments were straightforward and there was no confusion or last-minute trouble—credit to the team for solid coordination and clear communication. However, a few things could be improved: The cab arrangement for one local transfer was disappointing; the vendor was informed, but the experience still stood out negatively against an otherwise well-organized trip. Hotel choices in Busan and Daegu could have been better. While locations were prime, the rooms were very small and cramped, and we ended up with a single bed for two adults. Restrooms were especially tight and uncomfortable. Overall, recommend Travel Triangle for their reliability and ease of planning, but hope to see some attention to hotel quality and better vendor management going forward.

I booked via TT, agency Serene Holidays for my South Korea tour. My tour was a mix of personal planning and agency planning. I was worried that this mix and match may create an issue for the agent. However, Darpan was really amazing while helping me plan for the trip. Given that we were extremely unsure, he demonstrated an amazing level of patience, was open to multiple ideas (thanks to the confused us!) and also helped us in zeroing down to the best solution given our travel intention. We planned part of our Seoul + Busan tour along with additional requests like pickup and drop which wasn't in the original plan. Darpan accommodated all our requests, even when some changed at the last minute. This really took the stress out of the trip planning. On the actual trips - the partners for local tours identified were amazing. The trips were extensive, the guides were knowledgeable, and we were able to experience the place with the full charm. No undercutting, and no overdoing! The trips started from our hotel which was an added plus. The hotel in Busan, which was booked by them had an amazing location - right in the middle of the train station and the subway. It literally took us 2 mins to reach either location. Only thing - the rooms were very small. However, I can ignore that keeping the other benefits in mind. All in all, thanks to TT and Serene for making this a beautiful event. I will definitely keep them in mind while booking future trips !

We travelled to Japan in May'25 and our Travel partner was Wanderbird tours and travels. It was a great experience. Be it transit, hotel bookings, our day tour itinerary, everything was seamlessly managed. The choice of hotels were amazing and the tour coordinators - Ronak and Surya always checked on us. Overall it was a great experience and will come back again.

The services of the travel agent - Street Romeo was excellent . Very professional and took care of everything. The involvement of TT was limited. A lot of repeated automated mails from TT and quotes that keep coming long after the trip is over. The service could be more personal.

I booked a holiday through Travel Triangle and they have assigned the trip to Street Romeo travels. The service of Street Romeo is excellent. They followed me on each stage and guide me excellent. Their booked hotels are very good The service of Street Romeo Mr.Moulvik Badia is excellent. He helped in each stage on daily basis. He answered me very promptly whenever I called him even at odd hours. Their service is one of the best I have seen.

They provided us wonderful package and Raunak guided us through the entire trip. We had an amazing time in South Korea as everything was arranged as per our requirement.Raunak made sure everything was arranged and we had a smooth transition from one city to another. He would call us everyday to make sure we didn't have any issues with the hotel. Car arrangements, tour packages. We will surely book more vacations with Wanderbird.

We went to Japan for a family vacation through Wanderbird. Raunak and his team customised the perfect itinerary for us and made sure that we had a seamless experience. Visited Japan from 30.1.20.to 6.1.20. All the bookings were planned by Ms Divya of Booking World.
