hotel in ooty.was AVG. food in ooty hotel was very bad. mysuru hotel was good. ooty hotel rooms were also not clean.

We were happy with the driver throughout the journey. While droping back for departure, he asked for more money than what was promised earlier. On asking him, he told that this is the amount which was told by his manager. I had a conversation with manager, he was again telling the wrong amount. On asking him to confirm with the agency, he said it was too late, just give the amount to driver. Luckily the agent picked up my phone and the issue was resolved right then.

The trip was properly planned but the driver was pretty rude and was not co-operative in few instances. The hotel was good and clean. They provided us the hill view room on demand. But the food was not great as per ITC standards. I wish the food was better to make the stay perfect.

Hi, I had booked a Coorg trip/tour through Lee Vacations. Starting with the very first communication from their representative (Varalaxmi) I was impressed. They provided me with an amazing quote for the trip having included my choice of the resort. They were very courteous and guided me well. Couldn’t have asked for a better deal..! The stay at Evolve Back (Orange County) Resort itself was a memorable one. Being disconnected from the world and closer to nature was something the highlight of the resort. The sightseeing tour of the Elephant Camp and the Tibetan settlement was great as well.

Agent vaara is really helpful and coperative. She knows how to handle and care the requirements of the trip. You can contact her anytime regarding any trip issue and the agency will be ready to modify any changes on demand. Driver was really friendly and punctual. It was like he is our friend who is taking us to trip. I am really seeing forward to have more trips with you all.

Everything regarding the trip was good. The only concern is that the quotation price are way higher than the actual cost of the service provided.

Leena helped organize our trip to Darjeeling and Sikkim with land package as well as hotel accommodation for 5D/4N including the complete transport from Bagdora to Darjeeling/Sikkim and back. The planning and execution was flawlessly implemented by Leena. The accommodation and services at Summit Namnang Courtyard & Spa Gangtok was very comfortable. The driver at Darjeeling, was very friendly and approachable. Not once did we face any hassle or problem during sightseeing at Darjeeling. Overall we were all very happy with the arrangements done by Leena and her team. Looking forward to more such trips with you guys in the future. Keep up the good work, and all the very best.
