We also had a small issue with our room at one of the stays because we checked in late in the evening. Alia immediately stepped in, spoke with the hotel management, and helped us get the issue resolved. There are many more things I can mention, but overall, Pleasure India and especially Alia made our Kerala trip much smoother and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Pleasure India to anyone planning a Kerala trip.

sightseeings are overpriced. Beaumont plantation retreat - one of the best resort I've ever visited. But it would have been better if no of cottages are increased clearing up some forest area. Munnar trip was also beautiful. And last but not least the houseboat. Could have been better if a continental cuisine instead of kerala cuisine was served.
