Delhi to Ujjain By Flight:

There is no direct Delhi to Ujjain flight. You will need to reach the nearest airport and then take a taxi and reach our final destination. Like you can first reach Indore from Delhi and then take a taxi to reach Ujjain. Or you can also reach Bhopal first and then reach Ujjain by taxi. Delhi to Ujjain distance (aerial) is nearly 620 km. Once you reach the airport at Indore you will be able to reach Ujjain in no time as it is only 56 km away from the main city. Major airlines on this route are Air India, Vistara, AirAsia, IndiGo etc. It takes just 1 hour 30 minutes to reach Indore from Delhi by flight and then 1 hour to reach Ujjain from Indore.

Delhi to Ujjain By Train:

There are around eight Delhi to Ujjain trains which will take you directly to your destination. The time taken to reach Ujjain from Delhi is about 11 hours or more. If you love long journeys then opt for train journeys as these will prove to be comfortable, convenient and easy. JAT INDB Superfast Express, Intercity Express, Malwa Express etc are the major trains on the Delhi to Ujjain route.

Delhi to Ujjain By Road:

If you want to reach from Delhi to Ujjain by road i.e, either bus or car, then it will take nearly 15 hours to reach as you will have to cover 620 km. If you love long journeys and want to self-drive then go for it as this journey will have more fun and privacy. You will be able to reach Ujjain safely and comfortably.
