Trip to HimachalThis was a trip with friends for 7 days which included Shimla, kasol and manali. We all had some really good time during the trip but also some bad time. The best part of this journey was that we got a really cooperative driver and the vehicle was also good. The scenic beauty of himachal never stops to amaze you. Specially views at shimla, kasol and rohtang pass. We had a very bad experience at Kasol when the hotel incharge over there informed us that there is no electricity at hotel due some failure. They asked us to see alternative hotels which were very dirty and of low cost compared to what we had already paid. After travelling for almost 12 hours, we wasted 3 hours in looking for other hotel options. We called travel agency but they couldn’t do anything except talking. We had no option, so we had to stay at the same hotel we booked. The hotel could not provide us with basic amenities like toiletries, towels etc. At that moment I realized, never pay full amount untill your trip ends. TravelTriangle should take care of these things. We woke up in the morning and went to manikaran gurudwara. The hot water springs over there were amazing. The best part of the trip was rohtang pass and river rafting at manali. One thing which we felt gone wrong was that we came from Mumbai to Delhi and started our trip from delhi onwards. Instead we should have booked tickets from Mumbai to Chandigarh. If our trip start point and drop would’ve been from Chandigarh, it might have reduced 6 hours of Cab journey. We didn’t know this as it was our first trip to himachal. I wish our travel agent has informed us about this. Otherwise, it was a good experience overall. Hotel at manali was good. Hotel at shimla was too far and isolated from main city. Amenities were not that good. I already shared experience about hotel at kasol which was bad except for food which they served. Experience with Travel talkies was bad, as the agent who booked our ticket had quit the job and the manager was only interested in getting all the installments done asap. After getting paid, customer is of no use to them. Experience with TravelTriangle was also not as expected or as I have experienced in my earlier bookings . They should not limit themselves by just creating one Whatsapp group. They should take responsibility of all the payment releases and if agent doesn’t meet the expectations, action should be taken. They should ask agencies to check with hotels and cab at least one day before visitors arrival. Hope that TravelTriangle will try to address these issues so that customers won’t face a hard time during the trip.
Trip to DelhiManali, Delhi, Mathura, Agra & Jaipur. At Manali, 3N stay was totally disappointed due to waiting for driver (Om Prakash) for pickup from hotel for local sightseeing 3 to 4 hrs delay every day which impacted on our happiness, like that so many other nonsense experienced with driver due to non cooperation, etc...... In fact it was total loss for us & while return from Manali to Chandigarh on last day driver again started playing with us without proper cooperation. When we contact Mr. Naman from Travelloa holidays for the same. After so many discussions with driver, his mood changed. Finally we reached to Chandigarh. Hotel Monarch Residency at Manali was not wrathful, no proper maintenance. We felt happy by visiting Rohtangpass with our own. Except this everything in Manali trip was irritated us. Travelloa holidays excused for the same & trying to resolve by arranging compensation for the loss? Delhi, Mathura, Agra & Jaipur trip was awesome. We spent quality time & enjoyed trip due to proper guidance of driver ( Thankful to Mr. Pawan) & hotel stays. My understanding on travelloa holidays is they are good towards Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, may be other places....but definitely they don`t have right agents at Manali. Thanks to Travel triangle & travelloa holidays for memorable trip.
Trip to HimachalWe had our Himachal trip for 6N 7D. We reached Chandigarh on 16th March, 2019 from where our cab (Innova Crysta) picked us. Starting from Chandigarh and end at Delhi was a really nice trip. Sachin from Summit Safari was really helpful at the time of prepare trip. Our driver Govind Thakur, a genuine and well behaved person, was very punctual. Thanks Sachin for all your effort.
Trip to HimachalI had booked Shimla - Manaali six days tour with North India Tours & Travels. From the starting there were trouble with agency. I was asked to contact Mr. Neeraj Negi for driver details. I had followed him four times over phone but he didn't provide the proper details. I got three drivers number and had to call all of them to know who will pick me up from Chandigarh. Once driver was fixed, he asked me to leave from Chandigarh early (though I didn't want it) in the morning because he was in Chandigarh that evening and he wanted to return early. when I called Neeraj Negi to know if Hotel room will be available if I reach early, he was blunt and said will you check out early if you are checking in early. Taxi and hotel coordination was his job but I was doing it and he was playing boss role. while travelling to Shimla, taxi driver (Prakash) informed me that he is not from North India tour travel. Taxi driver on day one left without informing. raised the issue on Travel triangle whatsapp group but no help was offer either by travel triangle or Neeraj Negi. During the travel, I had four different drivers (Prakash, Sanjay, Ajay, Raju) and on each day I had to coordinate with these drivers. No professionalism at all. Although, I was informed that I will have single driver through out the tour. while returning from Manaali around 1 PM during the day we were passing through planes (Sundar Nagar, Bilaspur etc) and temperature was 37 deg C and dust outside. requested driver to switch on the AC but he hadn't. this is despite the fact that we were descending from hills or travelling in plane areas. This driver (Ajay) had to pick client from Chandigarh therefore he had asked us to start early from Manaali, which I agreed to. I had to skip the breakfast because of him but when we requested him to switch on the AC, he straight forward denied it. No support from North India tour travel . Only good thing in this trip was hotel in Manaali (Himalayan heights), which is newly built and well maintained. view from this hotel is quite good and it has apple orchard within it's boundary.
Trip to HimachalRoom was not available at Simla, compromise for another room at basement.parking is not available and vehicle undergone accident.road to hotel is very dangerous. AC is not started upto Chandigarh as per agent so one have to travel in hot and dusty atmosphere.CAB is old but driver is good by nature. Service in Manali is good.
Trip to HimachalTravelled to shimla and Kullu Manali from Chandigarh. Cab service was excellent and as described. Hotel were also good. Tripsailor arranged for Hotels as per my need. Overall a good experience. Monilka Yadav co-ordianted everything very well. Thanks to Monika and Trip Sailor for a memorable trip.
Trip to HimachalFirst day of the journey when we Departed from Chandigarh tu mcleodganj however over cab driver was an aware that where are we going to he had to ask me about our trip plan as he was not informed about our plan. when we reached to mcleodganj the hotel was very nice however the manager of the hotel asked me several times to pay him however he was supposed to get payment from our travel agent this thing really bothered me as I was travelling with my family. the next day we started over trip from mcleodganj to Dalhousie and our hotel was in banikhet which is almost 5 kilometres before Dalhousie. I was provided two rooms in the hotel named greenview, as per the trip plan but the hotel was under construction and there was not any single room furnished however I was given another room in the nearby hotel Grand Dalhousie. the rooms that were provided to us were good but the bad thing was that that just below the room there was a big Nala from there lot of foul smell was continuously coming to our rooms. And the worst thing of the trip planning was that the driver from second day onwards asked me for payment directly to him. He was supposed to start his journey from the early in the morning however on the third day he stated that without getting payment he won't go to khajjiar and forced me to talk to his boss and to travel agent and other superiors to settle this matter. All this all this poor management of the trip planner who you didn't pay to the driver wasted my valuable moments of the short period trip to Himachal. I was acting as an agent between driver his Bose travelling agent and the travel triangle. only for this purpose I didn't book directly on my own so that I can escape from all this management so I didn't knew that why did I book my holiday trip from travel triangle when I have to do all these messy things. And where are those welcome drinks is the trip plan you have provided me. And just I am just to say that there are very less chances that you will get what is written in your trip plan so better book on your own but for that at you should pre plan your holiday trip. The local peoples of Himachal Pradesh are very helpful. The most memorable moment of my trip is to be at khajjiar and enjoying the sunny and slightly cold weather.
Trip to Himachaldriver best.. rafting excellent. snow games not up to the mark.rooms in Shimla with food was good.though room was good at Manali food was not up to the mark.At Chandigarh both room n food was not good.Rohtang pass was closed. spiti lahaul though mentioned in itinerary was not covered. Too many tightly packed schedule so could not explore all like scandal point club house etc.
Trip to HimachalHad a great experience with travel traingle. Agent response was fast. Thanks to Astha Agrwal mam specialy. Also thanks to Holiday traingle. They gave good quality hotel specialy at Shimla and Chandigarh. Had a delicious food we got there. I will recommend those who will stay at Shimla please visit Paradise Village resort once. Very peaceful and decent place to spend time with love ones. Also in Manali hotel was okay. And food was also okay. In Chandigarh, swan hotel and there food was very delicious. I would like to thanks Mr Jagdish Chandel sir who take effort for this trip .last but not the least I mostly thankful to my cab driver mr. Harry (contact no. 9911700182). He help us during 7 days of trip. He also gave best deals in various adventure activities. He suggests many things to make my tour memoriable. I would recommend and suggest people who are going to Delhi Manali or Chandigarh , asked for Mr Harry . He is the honest man and guide you properly during trip. He is very innocent and helping as well as soft in nature l. Thanks Mr Harry for made or trip memoriable. There were many moments are memoriable during trip. But the best is my cab driver actually he had behave like a eilder brother. He treat us like family. He took care of us . He had taken followup until we reached home safely i.e. in Maharashtra. Very heart touching for us in today's era
Trip to HimachalWe had a good trip to Himachal & Chandigarh, thanks to Pan-India Travels, especially Ms Anjana who customized our package to our convenience. We were 2 ladies and 2 kids and we were made totally comfortable by them. The drive from Chandigarh to Shimla was very tiring due to the maintenance of Kalka-Shimla Express Highway but our driver Mr Gurjant was very considerate and took great care in our journey.Thankfully, our hotel,Hill Crest Resorts ,Mashobra was an absolute charmer with beautiful garden, great ambience, wonderful hospitality and great food.A must place to stay if you are in Shimla! Kufri was a big disappointment as the trip uphill on horseback was crowded and the roads were dirty & slushyThe apple garden was a sore affair with no apples at this time of the year but we enjoyed the games ;especially Zipliner.I wouldn't recommend Kufri in summer. We also missed the Indian Institute of Advanced studies due to lack of time.We should have planned better. The Mall Road at Shimla was fun dotted with shops, historical places like the Victorian era Christ Church,Gaeity theatre,Scandal Point,The Ridge & the famous Jakoo Peak. Our drive back to Chandigarh was more pleasant with beautiful climate and a slight drizzle along the way.We visited Nekchand,s amazing Rock garden, the serene Sukhna lake and enjoyed an evening boat ride there. The kids enjoyed the Adventure zone very much. Our hotel in Chandigarh,Clarion Inn Sevilla was manageable ,though the housekeeping was poor and food ordinary. The next day we visited the lush green Rose garden minus the roses(you should go in winter) but it was still very enjoyable walking around. We topped it up with Phuchkas & hot Kachoris at Sindhi sweets and some serious street shopping at Sec 17.Altogether a memorable trip!
