        Worst experience with Travel tringle and trip sailer, I booked hotels for my trip with 4 star category, after making payment trip sailer changed my hotels to lowerand worst class hotels by stating that rooms are not available even they didnot discussed with me for changing hotels, when I checked ot
        her platform room are showing vacent, also after change of hotel they didnot refund the differential amount as well, after that when I went for check in I found that rooms not booked and on my complaint they booked the hotel to a third class hotel, and after spending 3 hours outside hotel I have to go for another hotel, trip sailer is a completely fraud company and behaviour of sheetal and saurabh was too bad, they are not customer oriented and totally unprofessional, when I made complaint to travel tringle executive, he was also feeling helpless and not supported to me, I am surprize to see that travel tringle is doing business with such fraud agents. worst experience this time but still I expect that Travel tringle will help in refunding differential amout and will take strict action to this fraud company trip sailer. worst experience
