    • Trip to Europe

I went on a 9 days Italy trip with my wife and 1 yr old daughter. Trip was planned by Shashank from I need trip. From the very first call, the itinerary seemed interesting and value for money. He took care of each and every small need of ours and modified the package as and when needed. We spent 4 nights Milan ( including day tour to lake Como and Lugano and one day tour of Venice ) personally felt that one day tour of Venice from Milan is better than staying in Venice. the tours arranged were excellent. 2 days Florence and 2 days Rome. The location of hotels were extremely convenient.. in the heart of the city, close to metro stations and numerous food options around. We didn’t face any challenges. Following are the points for improvement: There were tours of lake como and Lugano which allowed baby strollers that would have made it easier for us in the day long excursion. So for families with infants try to book those tours. The last tour.. vetican and colosseum one day.. was kind of hectic as we had to move from vetican to colosseum on our own. There were tours which covered the transfer as well. Overall it was a fabulous experience.. full marks for hotels , trains and flights. Specially hotel Axial in Florence.. it’s is located right in the center of the city where all important tourist places are 2-3 mins walk Thanks to your team for making it a memorable trip for us! .

    • Trip to Europe

Rome Florence hotel, transportation and location everything was very good. But Venice hotel, distance between the hotel and pickup point, ease of transport was not convenient and not aware of mode of transportation in Venice. Rome and Florence everything was wonderful. Venice City was mind-blowing.

    • Trip to Rome

We contacted Duniya Safari for a customized Italy trip covering 3 cities - Rome, Florence and Venice and they really exceeded our expectations! Everything about the trip was so well-organized and coordinated. Right from the airport to hotel transfers, hotel bookings, inter-city transfers and sight-seeing vouchers- everything went very smoothly. The high-light of the trip was a day trip to the Tuscany region and Piza with a wine-tasting lunch at a family-run vineyard. A special thanks to Mayuri Ganguly from Duniya Safari for making this trip so memorable for my family and me!

    • Trip to Bali

It was nice trip. Good service from local agent. Some of the sightseeing points were not worth go to like monkey forest. Villa was far from city. And was difficult to rome in the night while stay in villa. For second hotel stay we had already asked agent for pool view room but we didn't got so it was bad experience. Bad point was like we had to pay extra around 50 dollars for sports activities even though they were included in our package. I forget to ask this to agent but I also didn't received any call from agent which they should do. Let's see after review..

    • Trip to Europe

We had a good experience with TravelMasterz. I have special praise for Arpita as she helped and was very supportive. The travel means and itinerary was well planned. The quality of hotels could have been better (especially in rome and venice - had no elevators) which was a sort of disappointment. I have tried traveltriangle for the first time (have done around 5 international and 14 national trips with MMT in the past) and found my experience comparable with MMT (could have been better). Will connect back next year for another trip.

    • Trip to Europe

This was first trip outside India with my spouse. After some due diligence I selected Travel Tringle as preferred partner for my Europe Tour. Ms. Sonali help me to finalize my quote with Insane Traveler. Mr. Arpit on behalf of Insane Traveler customized my trip as per my choice within very competitive price. My itinerary was made very precisely & elaborative. Agency provided me all tickets, entry passes , Hotel & Transport Vouchers well in advance. Our destinations were Rome, Venice, Paris & Switzerland. I was in constantly in touch with Mr. Arpit on my Roaming call as well as on whatsup, therefore I felt very confident to move in & around all the cities & places. Hotel in Rome & Lucerne may be more better. I would like to extend my Gratitude to Mr. Arpit & Ms. Sonali for making our trip so wonderful & memorable. once again thanks to M/S Travel triangle & Insane Traveler.

    • Trip to Rome

Hotel in Rome was not good...and other hotels are good hut much far away from the main points and in that my travel adviser didn’t help me and he even not provide me cab transport facility for Florence and Venice. Memories created by us but bookings played a good role, here as well my trip company charges twice the actual cost for everything

    • Trip to Rome

Had a great trip to Rome, Florence, Venice and Paris. Uday and Prasanth from Travel Triangle supported us well with flight, rail tickets and hotel accommodation. They also suggested to book Skip the line tickets for major attractions and it saved a lot of time. They were also available 24/7 during the trip on phone for any queries or support. Thank you Uday and Prasanth!

    • Trip to Europe

Dear Travel Traingle & Insane Travel team, As desired the feedback of our trip is as under: 1. Overall trip was very well planned and good, however the following areas could have been better: 1. Hotels : a) Delfino at Venice : The hotel was good and well connected to main city center by bus and very near to train station (a walking distance). However they did not have electric kettle in rooms for convenience of morning teas and instead they asked for charge of Euro 5 for the same which is generally not international practice and the same should have been made available in rooms. b) Diana Park hotel in Florence: Hotel's ambience internally was good - seemed to be in an old property renovated and converted into a hotel. Location was not near station and far from city center due to which we had to incur extra costs in commuting by taxi. Further the bathroom was very congested and narrow and elbows used to hit the bathroom fitting while taking bath. Thus it was not convenient to stay there, although room was good. The booking could have been in a hotel with better location and convenient to stay for the price charged and paid by us. c) Emona Aquaeductus in Rome: Location was far from city center and train station and thus not well connected. The room did not have electric kettle for morning tea although on request they provided the same to us. Thus from location perspective it was inconvenient to stay there. A better hotel could have been arranged for the price charged and paid by us. The hotels at Florence and Rome seemed to be family owned properties although 4 stars were displayed on the same but they did not have that international standard which we wanted and price which we paid. 2. Tour to Murano, Burano & Torcello islands in Venice was overbooked (may be due to long weekend on account of Eater holidays) due to which we were not accommodated on that day and instead were given option for trip on next day but since we were already booked for Florence the next day,we had to manage on our own as advised by tour operator(Alilaguna). We understand from Arpit Patel that the refund for the same is being processed and is expected to be given soon. Please take the above feedback not as a criticism but a way to look into weaker areas so as to improvise the same going forward. Overall we were comfortable with the quick revert from Insane travel when it mattered the most. With Best Wishes to you and team at Insane Travels Aditya Mathur & family
