Trip to MalaysiaOne of the worst co ordination between travel agencies in India ( I need trip ) & Singapore ( NAM HO) , zero customer satisfaction ( not even bother to cater the customer requests). Universal studios & Sentosa travel transport cor ordination was really bad and very rude guide allotted during our Singapore bus tour. I called Ineed trip travel agency from Singapore to India for one of the request for early drop at airport which was totally ignored. Better to book everything by yourself instead of opting for any travel agency. I want to appreciate and thanks Rahul for helping me during my trip planning.
Trip to MalaysiaEnjoyed every single day of out trip. Every day we spent there was a wonderful experience. It was a good decision to choose travel triangle for my honeymoon trip. Hotels, flights, travel agents, etc everything was nicely managed. Day 1 to day 7 everything is memorable. I cherished every moment of my trip. Stay at the amazing resort, wonderful views from the balcony. Tasty food options and beautiful places to roam around. Have so much to say about the whole trip but the feeling cannot be expressed in words. Hotel in KL was also very good, beautiful views from there, swimming pool on roof, roof top bar. Whole experience was pretty amazing. Loved it.
Trip to MalaysiaAmazing experience. Service was excellent from the agent always on time and a very comfortable stay.
Trip to MalaysiaIt was a awesome trip. Support and service from Travel Triangle as well as I need trip was very appreciable. We both were enjoyed the entire trip. Hotel ambience was good. View and location of Lagkawi resort was up to the mark.
Trip to MalaysiaWe are very happy with entire trip to Singapore & Malaysia. We highly recommend Travel Triangle & travel agent Aadi Travels for any international trips. Our travel Agent Mr. Santosh Singh from Aadi Travels was very co-operative and polite. He helped us in all respects of the trip - starting from customized package, Visa, Vouchers, Flexibility to payments, Flight change(due to bad time of Jet Ariways during our travel) etc. Entire planning, timely co-ordination from Aadi travel really succeed our trip. Wishing all the best to Aadi travels and Travel Triangle team for better success. Special thanks to Mr. Pankaj Gupta from Travel Triangle team who co-ordinated well in absence of our travel advisor.
Trip to MalaysiaThe initial coordination started off well and got prompt responses. But after the payments were done, I had to take the proactive steps to reach out to the agent for any clarifications. Often faced a lot of panic. For most of my queries or issues, TravelTraingle were just mute spectators who could not do much about them. Luckily, because of the support and service that I received from the travel agents in KL and Langkawi, the trip was not that bad after all.
Trip to MalaysiaOverall it was great service from Smiling Trips , though there were few issues, here and there, we faced during the trip.
Trip to MalaysiaThe trip started off well but from day 3 things started to become a little uncomfortable. First of all we didn't get a single bed room at hotel in langkawi even after this being one of my first parameters while planning the trip. I had to pay for room upgrade out of my own pocket that costed me 50 RM extra. We had a trip scheduled to Coral island, we had conveyed that we are vegetarians. But the meal pass for coral island didn't mention that and as the island was at remote location we couldn't purchase anything. We couldn't have our lunch and had to pass the day hungry. After that when we reached kualampur from langkawi, the pick up was 1 hour late. I had to talk to the hotline number multiple times. After that the we had a city tour planned the agent didn't inform me that KL tower had two separate decks one is observatory and one is above that. She booked tickets for observatory deck and that was total waste of money for us. Also, on final day the itinerary shared with us mentioned 2:50PM as pick up time and our flight was at 4:50 PM. The distance from our hotel to airport was 1 hour away. I had to talk to the agent multiple times about that then he moved the time to 12:50 on our travel day but even after that the cab was 1 hour late and they didn't inform me about that. I was waiting with my luggage for entire hour. So, to summarize travel triangle didn't meet our expectations. - Cabs were repeatedly late. - The agent didn't actively participate while planning the itinerary. - The hotel quality and amenities were not at par with the expectations. - Agent didn't convey the important information like being vegetarian to the agents in malaysia. Wont recommend travel triangle to friends.
Trip to SingaporeWe had a fabulous trip to Singapore & malaysia. The way urvi(holiday 2 cherish) was well organized and executed the same..The way she have supported was outstanding @ anytime of our requirement...We have enjoyed a lot in Malaysia than Singapore. The hospitality provided by the Mr.gurvinder Singh & team was so good. Each and everything was supported in very cooperative manner. In Singapore travel agency - Mr.benoy & team was not responsive. For each and every small matter we have to call continuously but there will no proper response. They have stressed us to purchase local sim, even we have what's app & internet facility also they have not called a single time..For each and rides we have to call and ask for tickets everytime..Then only they used share with us.As per our itinerary we have complimentary dinner that was also not properly organised by benoy & team.for pick up time at tour places cab drivers were not so supportive in Singapore..full time used to say if won't come by this time we will go away....Try to change your travel agency in Singapore to asap for further visitors which will spoil your reputation and will get bad feedback.... Each & every moment of Malaysia we have enjoyed a lot...Especially last day was coordinated by Mr.Daljit Singh who have given utmost hospitality...Shown us each & every part of city by explaining about it and suggesting us a lot about the city & places. special thanks to urvi who have supported a lot for our tour,Mr.gurivender & team and last but not least our trip memorable person Mr.daljit singh
Trip to MalaysiaSmiling Trips has made end to end booking of flight tickets, hotel booking , tickets for attractions. Visa for Singapore and Malaysia and interacting with counterpart ( RedApple) at Singapore and Malaysia. Smiling Trips representative was responsive and took bottom line of completing the each and entire activity. Especially when our flight was delayed by 3 hours at Chennai , she co-ordinated with Singapore team ( RedApple) and ensured we got Airport transfer there and arranged the local tour. RedApple Singapore was very accommodative. On the area of improvement , I would suggest RedApple can be more proactive. For example , If any changes in the schedule or driver or late arrival due to traffic/weather, there is no information/update though I had local number . Only after we called up, we would come to know the change.
