This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially towards tourists who contribute to the country’s tourism industry. 2. **Availability of Indian Food:** Before flying to Sri Lanka, we repeatedly confirmed that Indian food would be available at the hotels where we would stay. Despite this, 4 out of the 7 hotels did not provide Indian food. This was disappointing, as it affected the overall experience. We kindly request you to address these issues to ensure better experiences for future travelers.

All of these definitely made us feel that we overpaid atleast 200usd for the package. The travel agent also didn't accept these issues and chose not to respond. It was a great trip but these were the only moments of disappointment and frustration.
