Though there are no railway stations in Phuket, one can either take a bus or ferry from Bangkok up to Phuket. Bangkok to Phuket distance is about 840 km. One can either take a bus or ferry from Bangkok to reach Phuket, depending on their budgets and time.

There are many direct flights available from Delhi to Phuket at a reasonable price. There are connecting flights available from India to Phuket. The nearest airport to Phuket is the Phuket International Airport, which is the busiest airport in Thailand after the Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok. It is well connected to different parts of Thailand. The airport has two terminals in which the terminal-1 is for international flights and terminal-2 is for domestic flights. If one is facing problems in getting flights from India to Phuket, then they can take a flight up to Bangkok and travel to Phuket by air, ferry or road. There are many flights from Bangkok to Phuket daily.

By Road

Traveling to Phuket by bus or car can be quite tedious and time-consuming. India to Phuket route is via Myanmar. There are many documents and other essential reports required for traveling in Myanmar. One needs to pay double the cost of the private conveyance they are traveling with in Myanmar. India to Phuket distance is about 5100 km and it may take days for a person to reach there. However, traveling by road is convenient in Phuket with a number of public conveyances available for people. There are many bus services that connect Phuket with different cities and make it convenient for locals as well as tourists to commute. Pattaya to Phuket distance is about 971 km and traveling by road via bus is an option, however, taking a flight is much more convenient.

The trip was so pathetic. I have been told by travel agent that the room's will be available in Manali since I was travelling from Chandigarh and reached by 6 am but after reaching to hotel, I have been informed that the room's are not available and hotel were not been informed by travel agents. ad to wait 5 hours in cold to get the room then later driver denied to go to kasol and Dalhousie due to bad weather condition so I requested travel agent to cancel the hotels from Dalhousie and book it in Dharmshala which they did but when I reached hotel, they booked the lower standard room when I escalated it, next day room got changed. While checkin out the hotel, hotel demanded 2500 rupees which travel agents never informed me until I called them during checkout. The travel agent (Vaishali) threatened me to pay the money. I asked the reason then she said she already paid money to other hotel in Dalhousie but actually the manager from Dalhousie hotel called me to cancel the room so that he can offer the room to other tourists with higher price. I only traveled Manali and Dharmshala nd had to pay extra 2500. I am going to file a case in consumer forum. I don't want this to happen with other passengers. They make the people fool and when your trip is about to over, they will threaten you to pay extra money. It is advisable not to use this travel agency. If travel triangle is also not able to help, I will never use this app and advise others/family members to not to use this which they do very frequently.

He lacks the ability to listen to customers and solution, which is key to success in this service industry. On the other hand , Ayush was very professional and handled the conflict well
