      My trip was overall good one with a few hiccups here and there. For example, I was travelling solo in Turkey with a lot of domestic air travel and one of the flights selected for me was landing at midnight which i wasn't comfortable with. Also my visa was issued incorrectly and it had to be reissued once I was at the airport and waiting for my checkin. Also the international airline chosen was pathetic. This is something you expect from the travel agency that they highlight such things. For eg, my airline had no food being served, had I known this in advance, I would have chosen to fly another airline. However the good part was that my on ground daily tours were perfectly managed. The pick up & drops were timely, cabs were good and drivers punctual and well behaved.

      I had a great trip to Turkey and was impressed with the arrangements made by the team for hotels, meals, excursions and trips during our vacation. The vehicles used throughout were impressive, large enough to suit our needs and were clean. The hotels and included meals were very good as well. Would definitely recommend our itinerary. The staff was very courteous, the guides were knowledgable and eager to share information and also very attentive to our questions and needs. The only bummer on the trip was the cancelation of hot air balloon ride which was dependent on weather. Rest all was absolutely perfect.

      We had a great trip. It was very well planned and the overall experience was excellent. Pros: - The day tours were seamlessly planned. - Domestic flights were booked very well (evening/night flights) , it gave us time to explore the places more. - Hotels were all really good except palm hotel in Kusadasi. Locations of all the hotels were very near to the tourist areas or old city area. - Rajat was available throughout the tour over call, even though he was in India but not once we faced problems as such. - We covered so many cities, so many different locations. Cons: - The transfers from Airport could be made smoother, perhaps by making a WhatsApp group with the agency coming for the pickup. Since driver's number is not provided, it gets little difficult to spot the driver at the airport. Overall, I would like to say thanks to Rajat and his team but all the arrangements.

      From the time you are received at the Airport to the time you are dropped back you have nothing to worry about. Trips are very very well co-ordinated. all cars, drivers, guides were amazing. All hotels were amazing except one which was ordinary. The best hotel was the cave hotel in Cappadocia. Aydin our tour co-ordinator was extremely help throughout the process. From the time booking was done till we reached back home he was always available on whatsapp to answer all your queries patiently. All the site seeing programs started bang on time and ended on time. A lot of free time is given from 4PM onwards so that you can explore places on your own or even chill out or shop!! I highly recommend City of Sultans for your trip to Turkey.       We had planned a 12 day trip to Turkey and Egypt through Offbeat Trippers / White Rabbit Holidays. Abhishek was extremely prompt and with his help, we were able to customise our itinerary over just one weekend. After that all bookings, travel details, emergency contacts etc. were shared well in time, and without any confusion. He was also available through the trip and was sharing updates as and when needed. On ground, all the airport transfers, day tours were extremely punctual, and there wasn't a single place where we had to wait. The hotels were good too. It was a memorable trip, with absolutely no glitch! Suggestion: A better agent for managing Visas. The contact given to us was not very responsive, so we found another agent.
