Hotel Le Royal Park has really a great ambience. Only thing is the services for both at restaurant and in room dining is slower. We drove with Prithviraj, he was polite, amiable & friendly. The only glitch I felt was with the AC of the cab not working as per satisfaction, which caused me rashes. Loved the places of Mahabalipuram, Pondicherry beaches. A healthy, happy family time.

Hi, We had nice tour to Pondeiherry with Sky tour and travels provided by TravelTriangle. Overall experience was nice. Few points I would like to put over as, 1. The diver provided on the vehicle was local as he doesn't even understand English or Hindi properly. So Communication was the issue. 2. There was not proper guideline whether we have to give driver's food or not. 3. We were expecting driver which is there on vehicle he should be guide come driver. But he only knew main roads, have very less idea about the tour path. 4. And Agent should provide some extra suggestion about the destinations as guidance. -Pradumna

It was a very nice south india (Kodiakanal, Rameshwaram, Pudducherry, Mahabalipuram) trip organised by Sky tours and travel com through platform of traveltringle, though there were some communication lag was their between agency and cab drivers & hotels but its acceptable as it resolved in a single phone call only & Mr vikas frm travel agency was always available to help us out, hotels arranged by the agency were also fine, except in rameshwaram ( Aaa cottage, kindly dont suggest this hotel to ur guests).... Both the cab drives Mr Natesh at madurai,kodaikanal, rameshwaram and & Mr Prithviraj N at Puducheri, Mahabalipuram were good enough, specially The cab driver at puducheri Mr Prithviraj was a very nice man and he covered all the destination very nicely and suggested good places to visit, eat etc... OUR OVERALL TOUR IS GOOD EXCEPT CAB , BECAUSE THEY SEND CAB DRIVER WHO DONT KNOW HINDI OR ENGLISH, HE CAN UNDERSTAND ONLY UNDERSTAND TAMIL . AND ANOTHER THIS HE DONT KNOW ANY TOUR PLAN, WHENEVER WE ASK HIM HE SAID US TO TO TELL HIM WHERE TO GO. BUT OTHERWISE HOTELS AND MEALS ARE GREAT.

I have been with travel triangle for many years. This year I planned a small trip to pondicherry. The hotel was good however, the driver was not up to the mark of travel triangle. He himself was a good person and was trying his best. However, he did not seem to be a good fit for this trip. He was from Mysore and did not know much about pondicherry. He just showed two things and then back to hotel. I had done my own research and was finding out things for him to show us. Was a very very dissapointed in how this was handled. I also tried pinging the travel agent when I was there so that the driver could talk to someone local. But, there was not much response. I should get a refund on the local sightseeing part for this trip since it was the worst of all times ever.
