n well advance & getting this type of service while travelling abroad with family was never expected. The cost of trip package was high as compared to actual cost & service rendered.

Suggestion: better to provide upfront information on expectation post booking and communications as I was clueless when there were no responses in the portal after complete payment was made. Post booking: Travel request was passed on operations team, as per discussion with agent. Operations were available for clarifications over email always it was reactive than proactive communications. Vouchers were not issued on the portal as indicated in the confirmation saying all vouchers and invoices would be shared within 3 days of payment. Infact, all travel vouchers and tickets for places as per itinerary were shared on the day of visit to the place. Only Hotel and Invoices were shared prior to travel on request. Suggestion: Either make proper communication on when can traveler expect vouchers, etc upfront or stick to the claim of sharing with 3 days of payment as indicated in the portal. During Travel: Team was available for all clarifications and communications on each day activity. Sharing the day plan, driver details and for any clarifications. It would have been better if the vouchers were issued well in advance as in some of the cases, tickets were missed for kid and sometime issued on the day of visit to the place on requesting for details. Hotel: Quality of the hotel, and all basic necessary stores like restaurants, pharmacy, clinics, shopping malls were nearby and the quality of the food served in hotel was very good. However, the type of the room booked was not meeting our needs though the agent was made aware to book a room for 2 Adults, 1-Kid. The room booked was very small though they claim it as Deluxe which had Queen size bed (By joining 2 single cots), Travel agent and operations team was not helpful making necessary changes rather insisted to speak to hotel front desk which is not expectable as booking was done through the service not by an individual. Cab and internal transfer: Vehicles provided during internal transfer were of good quality and drivers were also very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the trip to Dubai & Abu Dhabi with the attractions covered, friendly and helping nature of people. But from the service availed from Travel Triangle (TT), its a mixed experience on availing the service from TT , as everything needed a follow-up post payment, till then the communications were immediate. It's not like we make a booking, relax and wait for travel dates. Based on the services availed from TT, rooms allocated are not of same start rating as indicated in the itinerary.

en though there were some changes in the itinerary just before the trip but Shalini handled it well even at 1am in night. And how could i forgot the surprise compliment of miracle/global tour on private basis instead of sharing basis. During the city tour, the 'Monorail Ride' was the fun piece for my 7 yrs and 3 yrs old children. Again thanks to Shailini. All thanks to Travel Triangle to connect me with Ask world vacation and will be looking forward to take more trip from Travel Triangle and Ask World Vacations. However, every trip taught us many things and some improvements to thought off are, 1. Advised better to carry cash instead of forex card for shopping in Dubai. (For mobile and Gold). 2. Break fast in the hotel was so-so. Not comparable wit 4 star hotels. 3. To my shock, hotel has asked charges for providing empty plates, spoon and forks in the room. 4. Miracle garden and Global village are large place to cover and keep sufficient time to spend over there. (Personal suggestion: min 4hrs.) Normally planned in single day. 5. Future museum also requires a minimum of 4 hrs to spend. 6. Marina cruise arranged was a wonderful experience but the cruise ambiance and food could be better. May be with some different cruise operator it can be better. 7. Food in desert safari was not upto the mark. But i understand at all desert safari, it's like that only. 8. Don't miss the 7pm time slot for fountain show, light and sound show at Burj Khalifa. 9. Lot's of options are available at location of fountain show at LG floor of Burj Khalifa, so don't waste time in food court of Dubai mall for food. In a nut-shell, I will say my first international tip was awesome and the reason is the experience, hard work and personal touch of Sh. Shalini. Thank you once again and Soon will contact you again
