Coorg Tour package by Volvo Bus From Bangalore 3 Days & 2 Nights

There was no piece of coordination from the agent during the trip. They didn't try to reach out to us if the trip was going smooth and even didn't call back after we tried reaching them on the first day of the trip. The agent just booked two rooms and gave a vehicle with a driver. Apart from this there was no other support from the Agent. Driver had no proper idea about the site seeing places in and around Coorg and Chikmaglur.He had incorrect information due to which we missed an important place to visit Thala cauvery. Lot of our time wasted due to this. We couldn't cover couple of places, and it was huge disappointment for us, having come from faraway place. Also, the room booked at Coorg resort was disastrous. The room was ill maintained, and the service was very poor. We asked the agent for a room which had good view preferably on the top floors. Our room was allocated on the ground floor which also had seepage on the walls. Even there was no Hot water in such a chilled weather early in the morning. The staff out there were unresponsive to our requests. During check out , we had to carry the luggage all the way to our cab as there was no response from the reception. Only good thing during the trip was the Chikmaglur homestay which was well maintained, and the staff were friendly & approachable. The campfire setup and breakfast were good. We had lot of expectations from travel triangle team and their agents, but we are greatly disappointed with the service. To book an accommodation and a vehicle is no big thing which needs an agent, it can be easily done by any individual. We wanted the trip to be planned properly and our preferences to be taken care. But they failed to do so. This even spoiled our birthday. I would think twice before I could even talk about Travel triangle with my friends and colleagues as it was a waste of hard-earned money and precious time.

The hotel rooms in Coorg was not so good as we were expecting because the water taps and the electric geyser was not good. We also once ordered the dinner from the hotel which was not good and prices were extremely too high with not so good quality food due to which 2 of the relatives got sick and had a bad stomach ache , also one of our relative got a hair in the medu wada while having a morning breakfast, We had already given this feedback to the manager who was handling in the hotel on our check out time. Also few of the places were also not by the driver , it is not the tourist responsibility to look after all these, 2 days of the trip we completed around 3 pm and we were back in hotel which did not made any sense and we wasted many of our quality time. Our parents were not so much happy with the trip as we expected it should be like. Upset with the huge amount as per the trip didn’t went so good. We wanted one driver, till the trip ends but we had 2 drivers and we were co ordinating with the transport driver team, I don’t think it was our duty to do all this. Few places were good and climate was pleasant

Its very good travel planning by travel traingle specially thanks to Gagan for making our trip memorable. Our driver Raju also cooperative person. Corners of beds of hotel coorg jungle backwater resort not covered properly and i got hurted 2 times. So its my suggestion to hotel management to take care of it. Hygiene in hotel can be improved Very nice tour

Though the trip was planned let, it was well planned and executed by Dream Yatra agent using Travel triangle platform. Travel triangle is the best in all the existing travel services platform.

It wasn't a well planned trip. We spent more time in the traveling rather than sightseeing. Distance and time should have been mentioned in the itinerary for the travelers. The other thing is we were very much unsatisfied with the hotels/resorts provided (location, services and the standard). It was like a reducing slope. When I agreed with the 3-star deluxe rooms, the standard should have been maintained throughout. Overall it wasn't a very good trip, I would say. Specially after we had a wonderful 7 days experience in our Kerala trip from "Kerala Travel Exotica". The only good thing was the cab and the driver (Mr. Sathish) provided.
