Your journey begins with an overnight stay at Srinagar.

As you arrive at the local airport in Srinagar our representatives will be there to receive you and guide you to your vehicle. You will be then transferred to the new Srinagar city which is about 35 minutes away from the airport. You will then check in to your hotel in Srinagar and then rest up for the day as a long adventurous day awaits you tomorrow.

Visiting the magical valley of Sonmarg

The next morning, after breakfast we drive to the resorts of Sonmarg through a scenic landscape. The drive from Srinagar to Sonmarg is absolutely brilliant as it showcases the true beauty of Kashmir. On this drive, you will be able to witness the green forests, the wooden houses of the locals, the crystal clear waters and the blooming rice fields which surrounds Kashmir. We visit Kangan and head towards Sonmarg through Mammar which is famous for its trout farms. Halt at Gagangir. We will then take a small 3-hour trek in Sonmarg or we could also avail the services of horse riding to the Thajiwas glacier. We will then make our way back to the hotel after checking out the local markets and the lifestyle of the local people. Dinner will be served at the hotel as we retire in our rooms for an overnight stay in Srinagar.

Visiting the meadows of Gulmarg

On the third day, after checking out of our hotel in Srinagar, we visit the meadow of flowers also known as Gulmarg. To reach Gulmarg, we drive through the colorful villages and Tangmarg market place. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes and high altitude golf course. Here at Gulmarg, you will get the opportunity to experience a cable car ride which is known as a Gondola. The thrilling 8-minute ride will help you to discover the valley of Gulmarg in an efficient manner. You will get a bird’s eye view of the Gulmarg valley and will get a chance to witness the different colors the valley possess along with the local lifestyle of the shepherds. The Gulmarg is at the foot of the Afarwatt mountain ranges. We proceed to an overnight stay at a hotel in Gulmarg.

Drive to the saffron fields of Pahalgam

On the fourth day, we drive to Pahalgam via Pampore which is famous for its saffron fields. We visit the Bijibera which is the bread basket and Anantnag which is the second largest city of Kashmir. Pahalgam is a beautiful valley covered with lush green trees and imposing snowy peaks. It is also known for being the home of shepherds as most of the local people in Pahalgam are either farmers of shepherds. You will then check into a hotel in Pahalgam and rest up for the night after the consumption of dinner.

Explore the Baisaran meadows.

On the fifth day after breakfast, we travel to visit the Betaab Valley. The valley got its name after the famous Bollywood movie Betaab was shot in this location. The picturesque landscape and the natural beauty of the location will surely blow your mind away. We also enjoy a horseback ride through the Baisaran meadows while visiting Aru and Chandanwari. Towards the end of the day, we will make our way back to our hotel in Pahalgam.

Visiting the spectacular Thiksey Monastery.

On the sixth day after breakfast, we travel back to Srinagar and visit the local attractions such as Mughal gardens, Cheshma Shahi, Nishat, Shalimar which was built by the Mughal emperors. We also visit the famous Shankaracharya Temple as well. We also have an overnight stay in the boathouse on Dal Lake and also experience the famous Shikara ride of Kashmir.

End of the journey. Time to head back home.

On the final day, you are made to check out of the hotel after breakfast and you are dropped at the airport for boarding to a plane to return home. Our tourist package ends here.
